These guys made every other Auto shop I’ve been to look bad!!! They fixed my ball joint and replaced my axel in a matter of minutes. It took longer for the lady at Walmart to get my tires out of the back of the store then it did for this family to fix my car. Really impressed with this family owned business, they did in 20 minutes what previous mechanics have taken days to do. A fair price, good quality, would definitely recommend

Richard and Adam saved our trip across the country after our 1984 VW Vanagon overheated on I80. They graciously fit us in on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had us on the way on Saturday morning. Melissa was a tremendous help directing us towards a nice hotel nearby. And we got to see a lot of even older vanagons that they own! This is a family of VW owners :). Theyre a great place!

Our Land Rover broke down on a cross country drive- and lucky for us Precision Auto was a mile away. They expedited shipping a Land Rover part overnight from Denver- drove my family and our luggage to a hotel, told us a great dinner spot, picked up the part at UPS at 6am!!!, and had us on the road by 10am the next morning. I wish these guys were in my home town- I’d use them every time.

My stepdad took his car in and they were suppose to fix the leak and the car kept on having the same problem it would heat up. We called to see if they could come to get the car in Grand Island because we test drove it and it started heating up and they were so rude so unprofessional telling us that it could be any hose and they dont know that it was the hose they fixed. They said they were not going to waste their time with us and wanted us to take it with the tow truck my stepdad paid over $900 to fix the leak and not just to change a hose but to fix the car and they couldnt even do that. They dont know what they are doing and then when you pay you pretty much get a kick in the butt and hope they never see you again

Gave me great service and top quality work on a vehicle they dont normally work on. Provided great aftercare as well.

Traveling Michigan to Utah- Volvo broke down at a truck stop near Kearney. Had it towed to Precision--they diagnosed, ordered parts for, and repaired some serious problems that would have destroyed the car if we had ignored them.Honest, kind, and skilled mechanics. Had our back in a pinch--grateful for their hard work! Would definitely recommend.

These guys were amazingly nice! Had issues with my passat and had it towed here. Mechanics came out almost right away and checked things out and had an estimate for me in no time. Didnt end up repairing it (total engine loss sadly) but these guys were endlessly helpful and nice through the whole thing.

This place was way over priced. After taking my 1999 my Mercedes ML320 in to have a Power Steering pump replaced. It was found that the Water Pump also needed replaced along with the serpentine belt. This was a $1,471.68 job. I called around and found that I could have had all this done at half the cost. Great work but overpriced!

I had an oil leak with my BMW and went to three different places including the BMW dealership,but non of them could tell where the oil leak is from. Some of them even misdiagnosed. Then my bmw friend told me to come here, so I did. The technician here took a look at my car, and instantly found out where the leak was from. Now my car is running with absolutely no problem thanks to them.

Cv axle broke on the interstate 900 miles from home. They had me back on the road the next morning before 11 and even gave us a ride to our hotel. Awesome people awesome price.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. After going to another shop that gave me a heart-stopping quote on an A/C repair, I took a recommendation to go here.I called, described the problem, and they had the parts delivered before I even brought my Honda in.Fixed it for less than half the first shops estimate, in less time, and found a brake issue the first shop missed.The first shop was either incompetent, or running a scam.These guys are a family of experts, honest, and friendly.

Helpful but no results,still have problem,they have my money. Could not give a guarantee of a fix but could give a cost.Reputable place with prior self satisfaction.

Precisions work for me was a replaced/milled head, rings and more on a VW 04 Jetta TDI along with egr work/pipe. It has been about 2 years since they did the work. Still going as a commuter car with 50+mpg. The cost estimates ahead of the work was on par with the final bill. Overall, they were direct with assessment and cost.

For a business that claims to be certified in working on all types of imports, they fail at all of the above. The two times I used them for car repairs, it has led to more issues with the car. Cannot recommend.
