Driver showed up in time and notified me of when he got to pickup location and when he left abs when he arrived at destination. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs for this job. They came in under there bidded price to do the job. I would highly recommend them for all your Towing needs and I personally will use them again.

Highly Recommend! Workers were extremely professional, considerate, and helpful. Very reasonable tow prices and honest quotes. On a trip to Colorado, my car broke down on the highway. Our tow truck driver, Brandon, was efficient, prompt, and friendly. Once we arrived at the shop, Trevor greeted us and expedited our diagnostic because we were traveling and in a bind. They allow two days of storage without pay, which was helpful for me to call family and figure out what to do. When I needed to haul my car back home, the owner, Ryan, was willing to do anything to lend a hand. Wonderful service! When I didnt know what to do, they provided suggestions and answers, and it made a very stressful situation into a manageable and good experience.

Had a bearing go out on a long trip across I-80 at night and my truck wasnt drivable. They were courteous and understanding and arrived quickly to tow it to their shop. The next day they got it repaired by lunchtime and checked with me before replacing additional parts that were damaged. Highly recommend if you have vehicle troubles in the area.

My mothers car started acting up and dying on the road. We called them and they were out very quickly. The tow truck operator was courteous, sympathetic and very good at his job. Would highly recommend this towing company!

Very thankful my insurance called Kearney towing. They were pleasant and helpful. I had just had a knee replacement and was unable to get up into the truck. Brandon called for another employee to pick me up in the car no questions asked.

My brakes on my pickup went out when I was on vacation.I called AAA and they dispatched Kearney Towing. They were there quickly to load up the pickup and towed it back to their shop per my request.They fixed the brake lines quickly and at a reasonable price.I was very happy with their services and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Dont give them your business! Very rude customer service.A truck was towed there that I needed to pick up. They said with effort it would start and is running but it needs the starter replaced, couldnt garrentee it would start again. I had a simple request over the phone to check the fuel gauge to see if the truck can travel 300 miles before needing fuel so I wouldnt need to shut down and risk it not starting again before getting it to a company mechanic. THEY REFUSED TO CHECK! I had to drive there not knowing if I could even take the thing.Very unhelpful people.

Had them tow a truck to there shop during a snow storm. i had no issues with that at all. but they replaced 2 fuel filters for almost $600 thats not counting labor just parts! when confronted about it Andy in service just asked what my question was then hung the phone up. i work on trucks for a living i have never charged 300% on parts.

Incredibly unprofessional. Just talked to Ryan and was hung up on cause he didnt like what I had to say. They need more communication between their workers and management. All I asked for was a tow and to replace the starter for less than 200 was the quote. They went an did a diagnostic without letting me know. They said its not the starter and the engine is seized. So now I have to pay the same amount for NO work done at all. These types of people are the reasons mechanics have a bad reputation. Do better or find a new profession Ryan.

Seriously a life saver. I got stood up my a roadside company & had no luck finding anyone to fix the brakes on our camper in Lexington. Someone finally told me to try Kearney Towing & they were willing to drive out and fix it within a few hours!

My husband was really in a bad situation with his big rig outside of town. Everyone else he called locally, basically told him they didnt have time to help. Eric was there within 20 minutes, put his head together with my husband and had him rolling so quickly with a makeshift startup and short tow! He literally wouldve been stranded until one of us came to get him from Elkhorn, NE. They did a stand up job to help and would highly recommend them, especially OVER the other local companies!

Our family was stopping over in Kearney for one night on our way back home when we were caught in the flood in July 2019. Kearney Towing stepped up, for a lot of people including us, driving through the night to make sure our vehicle got to where we needed it. We had to be towed off the side of I 80 and our driver JOSH was quick, safe and friendly! He was great with our kids (3&6) and had knowledge of the area for a place to stay and where to get fixed and saved us on not going to the closest town which didn’t have a hotel. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I would have them tow me every day, but I would probably first buy a new car if that were the case. Great job Josh!

When my moving truck broke down, they came out to assess the damage and were very professional and nice. When there was a mix-up between who was coming to then tow my truck, they called to make sure that I received my truck in the end even though it wasnt their company. That to me speaks volume of how this business is ran.

Stranded in a snow storm and their response was quick. They pulled us out of the snow and then followed us home. Ill never forget how amazing Tony treated us.

I had my Subaru motor blow up in this town passing through was going to cost the same to get it towed back to Denver so I let them do the work and buy all the parts. 15,000 miles later, the clutch that was replaced went out, it had a cracked shift fork, the turbo they also replaced was gone at the same time and the motor went 2k after all of this I am mad. Just not the quality repair I thought I was going to get. The car just never drove the same again be aware of the issues that happen. They also said on my recite that they didnt drive my car at all but there was a 60 mile discrepancy from what the recite said to my actual milage. So they drove my car the repair also took a month I know waiting on parts and all that but to put 60 miles on my car and not tell me just looks shady cant help but feel they were being really aggressive and led to some of these issues happening.

I called Roadside assist, who then called Kearney Towing and Repair to change a flat tire for my daughter. We called from my work and drove 1.7 miles to the car. Kearney Towing and Repair beat us to the car!!! Fastest service ever, and very polite. Probably wont happen every time, but am thankful they were so responsive yesterday.

My fiance and I were broke down 5 minutes away from Kearney, Nebraska and our triple A called Kearney Towing & Repair Center. Our representative name was Brandon and he did a phenomenal job on providing great customer service. He did nothing less then great! We are from Omaha, Nebraska and didnt know where to stay or eat and he threw out some ideas. He even dropped our truck off at the repair shop AND DROVE US TO THE HOTEL! Car broke down on the interstate and we got towed here. Motor blew and they had to completely replace. Ugh. Did a great job and worked hard to put in the exact replacement motor we picked.

Was picked up after an accident early in the morning on a rural road. The driver was professional, prompt, calming and overall excellent experience. Highly recommend them

Our jeep broke down on the side of I80 on the Sunday before the 4th of July. Austin came out while on call and was very professional and fast at loading out jeep and out uhaul trailer. Towed us to town and dropped us off at the jeep dealership. Gave us suggestions on some food and activities. Great employee and great service from Austin. The next day we had to get a tire replaced on our trailer and Josh came out and fixed it very fast and was very polite. Great company with great employees of your ever in need!

I hit a deer just south of alma,ne I was able to get to the truckstop in town. I then called kearny and the driver called to let me know he would be with me as soon as possible. When rob and his son showed up they was very professional they even asked if I needed something to drink. They towed me to peterbuilt in grand island, ne so I could get my truck fixed. If I break down in the kearny are I will definately use kearny towing again

Used them recently after I had an issue with my rear axel. Quite a horrible experience. Named one price but I ended up paying a lot more. Really not personable and worst customer experience!

Taking my vehicle there twice, paid for the same part to be replaced twice, and still have the same issue. I do not recommend!

Broke down on the interstate late at night. Quick service, friendly drivers, dropped us off and picked us up from the hotel, and repair was quick and very reasonable.

I dont EVER write reviews, but these guys straight up earned it. A couple of weeks ago I was in the middle of a three day marathon road trip and ended up breaking down on the highway about 20 miles outside of Kearny. I called these guys and they came to pick me up. Their mechanic David happened to be the one to pick us up because they were so busy that their regular drivers couldnt get to me in a timely manner. Mind you, this is at about 2 am on a Sunday morning and I had 2 large dogs a cat and about 2 hours of sleep the night before. David let my wife and I stay at their lot by the shop because we couldnt find any pet friendly hotels in the area that had vacancies. Then, David came in a few hours later after a parts store opened up, fixed my car, and got us back on the road a short time later. On a Sunday. The shop wasnt even open. Not only did David and the company bend over backwards to accommodate us, but David was friendly and smiling the entire time. I didnt think people like this exist anymore. Thank you guys so much for your help! I would recommend Kearny Towing to anyone that is in a tight spot! I just wish I had another star or two to give them.

Honestly the worst shop in United States, when called to pick up my car Owner with an attitude told me on the phone the he doesnt care because he has to pick up his kid at noon, Then over charged me $250 more and when I asked for what, the owner said just because, then the owner decided to say I only take cash or you are not getting your van back, I only had a credit card on me, had to call the cops to get my car back, THE WORST SHOP on this planet, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Horrible. They towed my boyfriends car at 11, said it would be done about 1 and they didnt even touch it till 2. Even after that still waiting another hour for them to do what his car came in for. Estimated leaving time? 5. Greaaat.
