My favorite outfits from when I was a much younger woman are from Forever twenty one so I thought I’d step in and take a peek while o was at the Katy Mills mall. The stores are way bigger than I remember and this one in particular is immaculate with lots of clothes to choose from and a whole area for accessories as well.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the stylish selection & I was thrilled with the prices! Coming back more!

My favorite high waisted skinny jeans that I own are these from F21 & I am a 36 year old mom of 3 and I adore always being able to stay low-cost to fit our budget. Their materials and quality continue to improve year after year but the prices have also gone up a bit. They used to be less than target and now it seems they are pretty competitive in their pricing but F21 just has such a bigger selection and current trends that are adorable and warm just in time for Valentine’s this 🥶 short cold season. Really great spot to shop for all ages and men too!

Nice designer clothing at a good price. Merchandising needs to be a little better.

I believe that Forever 21 Katy mills is the worst store I have ever been. The ladies checking out are so rude, they have no idea what customers service is for sure.Their body language is a major turn off. The management needs to look into this before they run down the store. I went to pick up an online order which they took forever for them to bring out and after it brought out, they asked me to go back to the end of the line to check out which I did, when I got to the cashier I expressed to her it’s unfair for me to go start the line over and she told me that has nothing to do with her and starting to give me an attitude. She then walked to her other colleagues to talk about me. These ladies were soo rude to me on my way out. Am the customer here and I don’t think it’s right to be treated the way I was today.

All the stuff there was amazing and fit well the dressing rooms were closed due to Covid but the sizes did fit as they said they would.

The clothes may be cute but This is an awful forever 21. Instead of customer servicing, the managers (yes I said managers) catch attitudes with the customers. They take no measures during the Covid-19 pandemic, putting ALL customers at risk, (there is a lot of thru traffic in this store) . They close the store an hour early from the time listed online, when customers try to come in, they turn them down. But pick and who can enter. Which causes conflict.

There was a girl in front of me in the checking line, the employee was nice with her but when it came to me somehow feel different, not that nice at all

Was rudely turned away from this location on Sunday. It was 5:25pm and the associate at the door would not let me on. The mall closes at 6pm. She said that they were closed. She proceeded to let other people in the store while turning me away. I dont recommend this store.

Forever 21 never dissapoints clothes wise this forever 21 had some great deals and would definitely recommend. I went during tax free weekend and it was a great experience if youre coming here however make sure to go early because all the good stuff will always be stocked in the morning so go there and find the best deals and clothes early on. The have super cute clothes for a reasonable price. Almost any style can be found here, including whatever is trending at the moment. The staff is usually friendly but the stores are almost always a bit messy since they are always completely stocked out. Huge clearance sections with cute, stylish clothes for less than $10. Definitely a good place for getting basic pieces and unique center pieces.

My guilty pleasure shopping store. They always have good deals going. I would recommend coming here every once in a while to see what you can snatch up.

Great store however when I went in one day, the ladies at check out didn’t bother to look at me or greet me. They were talking about how they just wanted to go home and party and drink. One even said she wanted to drink at work but she couldn’t. Very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable and got out of there asap. Staff needs to be trained adequately

Super disorganized store, clothing all over floors & not in any particular order. But staff is friendly & was looking all over for a dress in Katy Mills, this place was my last stop & I found the perfect dress, of course on the floor under a bunch of other items that were thrown everywhere, so added a star for good find & friendly staff.

Its a good store....... for ladies! Not alot of good selection for the fellas, though. That whole wide store, and they only had a small corner, for the guys selection👎 The store clothing was all over the place. So cleanliness took a hit. And there were hardly any staff to offer help, or assistance.

Used to be my go-to location until they got rid of the plus-size recently. All that space, yet cant make a section for plus size.

I went for the first time ever to buy a swim suit my first time ever getting one. I went to try them on I came out and told my dad I wasn’t sure about it. And the lady assigned to the dressings is old me I was able to return it if it had the tag on and I had my receipt with me. Well I live in Houston and when I went to memorial mall I was told I wasn’t able to return it or exchange the item, then I call galleria and they said, “ this is galleria we don’t do exchange or returns at all” implying that just because they are in galleria they don’t need to care about customers. First and last time am ever going very bad service and staff are giving wrong information. I found out that as a young lady they could care less.

This store is a mess, a complete mess, everything is out of place, and some employees are rude but I can deal with that. The one thing I can’t deal with is the wait time. If you wanna pay you have to wait over 40 minutes because THEY ONLY OPEN TWO REGISTERS ON A SATURDAY!!!!!! Clothes are not bad but the wait time is a deal killer, they should really improve this.

This store is so incredibly messy and disorganized finding anything becomes like searching for a needle in a haystack. There is no discernible rhyme or reason to where clothing is placed. Say you see a pair of shorts on a rack and need them in another size, good luck. There is no guarantee that the shorts are even in that section. It seems that the staff are unable (or unwilling) to keep up with the guests destroying the displays.And maybe this is nit picky of me but they store boxes of clothing in the middle of the store. Outside of the fact that it is an eye sore and makes the store look even messier than it already is, they block the walk ways! It is like the store doesnt have a stock room so rather than making one by moving racks and putting up screens, they just toss them in the aisles.I know all Forever 21 stores are not this bad. The one at the Florida Mall in Orlando is just as big and LIGHTYEARS cleaner. But the state of this store makes me reluctant to waste time going into any others.

Picky shoppers will find something they love here. They really do have something for everyone from your preppy girly girls to your outcasts and rebels. This is the store for you!

Forever 21s are always messy. This one is not as messy...but you do have to look through a few messy racks. Friendly helpful staff overall.

I came January 12, 2019 and the store had 5 more minites till closing. One of the employees she was African American wearing white pants and a baby pink shirt and glasses; she was extremely rude and snarky. Once I found everything and was heading to checkout she then again yelled “ma’am we’re closed you need to go to checkout”. We were leaving and my mom had a question for another employee she then came back and yelled “ma’am store is closed and so is the register”. This store NEEDS to hire a new set of employees because they are so rude. Way to start the new year.

Someone needs to fix the clothes to a decent, presentation!!! Is horrible trying to find a size! Deals are good, but employees dont take care of the customers!

Its ok at Katy Mills. Things are picked over. Takes forever at the register even when 2 people are in line. Memorial City is nice !

Took girls clothes very sassy.

My sister bought a dress and it didnt fit well, so I helped her to come for a return just 5 days after purchase. The cashier Tyiece 5009580 did not have any tiny customer service skills. She treated me with her annoying moods. I was absolutely disappointed with Forever21 Katy Mill Mall and regreted to buy any stuff from now then.

I like shopping here. Sometimes you find good deals.

Two stories of everything to break your pockets! I always find something here!

THEY GAVE AWAY MY ONLINE ORDER.. They didn’t have a signature on file or a name/ ID OF THE person who picked up it but shows in their system that it was picked up. THEY JUST GAVE IT TO AWAY!! Whenever you pick up your order from the store, they send you an email CONFIRMING that YOU ARE the one that picked it up. We received no such email.. I bought the dress before it sold out. So there’s no way for them to send me another plus their customer service said that it was against their policy to replace it all they can offer me it was a refund . To make matters worse they can only offer me the refund AFTER they get APPROVAL from the Store Management confirming they gave it away and then wait another 5-10 days for the money!!! I’m sure one of the employees stole it and are covering it up because it just seems weird that they got no type of identification and copped it out to being “busy” that day!!!!
