Bough Oakleys almost a year back and the film has started to peel off. I just can’t believe a brand like Oakley having this issue. Unfortunately I bought the pair Overseas and don’t have the receipt. The customer service’s attitude was well too bad so sad that you don’t have the receipt and you are on your own. No more Oakleys going forward. Maui Jim or Serengeti are the best. Sorry Oakleys you just lost a loyal customer. See pictures attached.

Nathan at the Galleria store in Houston was very helpful. He called Foster at the Katy Mills store to see if they had the frames I was looking for. Foster gave extremely well customer service like you just dont get anymore. He had the frames I wanted. He removed and installed my RX lenses into the new frames. You have great people working for you in the Houston area. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

I was greeted and treated with the best customer service experience. Very informative and a great sense of humor...well worth the money I spent...Quality sunglasses and superior professionalism...I dont remember his name, at the Oakley Vault in Katy Mills mall...made my day!

Staff was really helpful and friendly during my visit. I was able to get the sunglasses I was looking for and was even given some helpful information regarding the ballistic M-Frame line. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

Extremely satisfied by the service. Ordered replacement lens online and chose store pickup . Pickup was very fast. They were very kind enough to volunteer and help install the replacement lens in my glasses.

Worst experience ever first sign says buy a pair of sunglasses get one 50%off then they say it’s certain sunglasses not the ones where the sign is ok fine so we buy a pair then want to buy a second pair that are priced $79 and ring up at $89 and all associate can say is sorry we must have priced them wrong said manager will be with you after his break which he just went on 2 minutes before and couldn’t get any help. Bad customer service
