Lots of variety in products and prices. Don’t expect everything to be $1.

Lately place is dirty inside and outside, staff not friendly at all, lots of shelfs empty

This store is not well organized at all. I trip over items all the time as I come here due to convenience only!! They should be ashamed that a handicapped individual would have no luck shopping here as the aisles are always cluttered with store items. This is a run in run out store for quick one or two purchase items. I would NOT recommend for much else. The employees will just stare at you when you have a question on just about anything. I don’t know why I bother. I would much rather recommend going to Dollar General or Dollar Tree which can be found close by. Organizational skills should be top of their to do training.

Typical dollar store yet if I were wheelchair bound, I would NOT be able to shop here. Always cluttered. Side note ...close to 2 years ago, my daughter was locked inside this location by a younger male team member who would not let her leave after she decided to not make a purchase after being spoke down to near closing time. She had to scream for help over and over before a lady came from the back to see what was occurring and demanded he let her go. Harris County Police cover this store and never showed. This particular young, large Hispanic male is still an employee at this location. Be aware and beware of this individual. Im shocked that he was not fired. Management gave excuse that he is slow. No excuse to hold someone against their will.

I love family dollar.. just dont like how cramped it is.

We were treated rudely by the staff. Rather than move one small box out of the way, they made my obviously disabled girlfriend walk back the length of 2 aisles rather than accomodate is so we could go forward 3 feet to get to the item we wanted. We did find it at Wal-Mart later.

The constant theme here is, sorry our computers are down. If on the off chance you stumble into this fine establishment when the system is up, plan on the carts of merchandise they dont bother to put away obstacle course.

Beware of certain employees at this location. I was locked inside the store by a male after hours and he refused to allow me to exit the store on request. I had entered at 9:02 pm not knowing if they were closed or open due to all outside/inside lights on and door opened. I was harassed about being inside after hours and I am absolutely livid that the corporation will NOT respond to my emails. I am talking to a lawyer at this point.

Went and to buy a clothes rack salesperson there was very unhelpful very rude I dont shop there a whole lot to begin with and I dont think Ill be going back!

Packed to the ceiling with items and there isnt much room to walk through if it gets busy. The customer service has slightly improved some over the last month.

Great for gift wrap cards schhol supplies and seasonal items. Always great holiday decorations have shopped at this store since they opened.

Yall just lost another customer forever! Wouldnt let my 3 yr old use the restroom! We ran to OReillys next door & they let us but it was a little too late & she wet herself some. She was so upset & so was I. Well never spend another dollar at any Family Dollar!
