Best Good Year. In 2018 justin the store helped my husband get new set of tires as of today we are still here as he explains things to us about our car on what needs fix.we went to another good year on Barker Cypress dont go there.we called justin he picked up and we went to them and got our tire fixed they are the best customer service weve had.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this job and ask for justin.

Had some tires put on my car, but I wont be back to this location. They tried telling me I needed a new battery for my car which only had 13k miles on it. Took it to jiffy lube later that day for inspection and the battery was in perfect working condition.

I start out by saying HORRIBLE service go ELSEWHERE! 2 hours for a state inspection is the worst I’ve seen in the area of Houston. The service manager Zeeshan Afzal has no clue in the world what’s going on with the techs. Don’t waste your time here at Goodyear.

This team really saved the day! We were on our way to our daughters wedding in NOLA with a carload of gowns, suits and wedding paraphenalia when we got a flat. A piece of metal had sliced our tire delaying us overnight in Katy. Not only do they open at 7 am but they were very sympathetic and had us on the road quickly. They were also very personable and they really eased the stress of a panicking mother of the bride. I cannot thank them enough!

I rarely take my vehicle to a service center, or dealership, if I can do the work myself. When I do I always take it to this service center. The store manager, Justin, and his staff were kind, considerate, and above all skilled mechanics and tradesmen. I took my truck in to have the tires balanced and fuel system cleaned. I ended up talking with the manager and employees for 3 hours about cars, trucks, and all the little details that only mechanics of their capabilities know and understand. By the time I left I knew more about my truck than I would have ever expected. Justin and his staff were also able to identify a tapping noise that has been a problem with my vehicle for over a year...and they did it all at no cost. I can now fix the problem they identified...and for that I will always take my business back. As mentioned before, no one works on my vehicle, except for them, and it will always be that way as long as they are open for business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and honestly...you will find that if you talk with that team they will treat you like family and take care of your car.

I visited this store yesterday. The store AC was broke, the temperature was hot. There was one other car in the bay, I thought my oil change and tire rotation would go quickly. The service took over one hour, not a huge problem. When I received the bill, an item called shop supplies appeared on the detail. What the hell are shop supplies? I was quoted $ 69.95 for the oil change, I was charged 79.70. I paid $ 111.41 for an oil change and windshield wipers. Really!!

Great prices for lifetime Alignment. You can be the only customer and still wait hours until alignment is completed and this has happened multiple times. I would be told 1-2 hours and it will take 3-4 hours.

I went in for a flat repair. Was quoted a 45 minute wait. Ended up waiting an hour and a half before my car was even taken from the spot where I parked it, in to the garage. Then after waiting another hour, guy comes back and says you need 2 new tires. He told me there was a slow leak in one of my tires and the other that had a puncture could not be repaired. The tire with the puncture has been patched 2 times before so i could understand that, but the other was completely unexpected. I just had my inspection and they said the rest of my tires were fine. I politely asked them to put my spare on so that I could leave. 2 days later after sitting in my drive way the second tire that had a slow leak is still not flat and looks exactly the same. SHADY! Today, I took it to another shop and they said that I dont need new tires and that my other tire with the two prior patches can be repaired. So either the technicians dont have the skills to repair tires like they should, or someone thought that since I was a young female that they could get me to spend buckets of money on problems that dont exist. Dont go here.

They have let me down lately. Recommending expensive maintenance not really needed. Dealership is actually cheaper. Well just dropped from 3 stars to one star. The $500 dollar front break job that I needed was only $200 at the dealership. No NEW ROTORS NEEDED! I did price the rotors just incase and the dealership price was $79.99, here they were $145.

They sent me from the Pearland location because they didnt want to do an alignment there. After being there for a while since they didnt want to do it there either. They had me waiting for almost 4 hours and they did a terrible job. They are risking peoples safety. I drove all the way home scared that i was going to have an accident. I dont think the guy who did the alignment even knew what he was doing and to top it all off, they have really bad customer service.

Taylor was absolutely amazing! He takes customer service to whole new level. I had a leak on one of my tires, turns out I had purchased them from Goodyear 2 years ago with roadside warranty. I couldnt find the paperwork, Taylor went above and beyond on a Sunday to look the system and got the tire replaced for free!! Ive purchased the 3 year alignment from them, I look forward to visiting this store often!! Thanks again Taylor!

Ive been doing business with this store since discovering them in early 2011 and taken all my business there since.Weve have multiple Shelby GT500s serviced as well as a 370Z purchasing all our tires and batteries from them.Weve come to know most of the folks working there and especially like the fact that the technicians have been with Goodyear for 15 years or more.Wed previously done business with discount tire stores but found that the high-end tires we purchase are in fact cheaper at Goodyear and are installed by seasoned professionals. We always have our cars alignment checked and when the guys are done with are car the balance of the tires and the alignment is nuts on. I mean perfect like the car just rolled off the factory floor.These cats are really good and awfully nice hombres.

So I had an appointment to get my wheels balanced and they pulled my car in within about five minutes of me arriving. 40 minutes after that I walked outside to check on things and there were two guys doing a battery test. They hadnt even taken the wheels off to balance them at that point. They said the paperwork showed I wanted a maintenance inspection in addition to the wheel balance. I have no idea who added that, but I specifically made the appointment so I could expedite things. Ive now been told by two other people its standard practice for them to do this in an effort to get more business from people. Apparently it doesnt matter what youre there for.......youre getting a maintenance inspection whether you want one or not.

Worst place I’ve been to get my car serviced. I pay the highest amount for full synthetic oil and the price changes every time. They claim to do a full inspection of all fluids when you get the oil changed yet my wiper fluid and coolant were completely empty and my car started overheating 2 weeks after everything was supposed to be checked. My girlfriend and I both took our vehicles there, but never again. I’m not going to pay for services that they obviously aren’t doing, even something as simple as a tire rotation isn’t done.

These guys do great work and seem to be really honest — which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with anything automotive repair. I recently had to take our 2012 Highlander in to the dealership because of a loud, strange noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. The dealership quotes me $350 to replace the entire rear brakes — but says the parts were on backorder for a week or week and a half. HOW does this happen? Arent you a dealership?!? These are just brakes on a 3-year old vehicle for crying out loud.So I picked the car up and took it to Goodyear, which not only assessed the problem, but figured out that the rear parking brake was simply missing a bolt assembly. They had the part in stock, replaced it, rotated my tires and didnt charge me anything other than the simple minimum labor charge of $45. Sound is gone, brakes work great and they had it all done in half a day.Definitely recommend at least getting a second opinion checkout with this Goodyear location on any bigger (or smaller) automotive repair. These guys get two thumbs way up from me.

I went there because was close to my house to repair a flat tire. When I arrives there I explained to the guy what was the problem and showed him the nail in the tire but was not loosing to much air.After more than hour waiting I asked the guy why so long to repair a tire, then he told me that I need to buy a new tire. Im mechanic and know when I need to buy a tire. So I just told the guy to give my car back. When I received my car the guy showed another hole in the wall of the tire that was not there when I gave the car to them and the tire was loosing too much air through that hole and the rubber around that hole was like just melted. When I arrived at home I removed what was in that hole and was about three inches, clean, straight, home made and sharp piece of metal that was impossible to go there by itself. Was something that somebody put there and Im sure was this people to make me buy a new tire.I can show thatI cant believe people in a franchise like GOODYEAR made this just to sell tires.I dont recommend this place to anybody.

Wow, what a miserable experience. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had.New to the area, I chose this location for an oil change, because I had used other Goodyear locations in the past and been happy with the work. I called in advance and asked if they had any openings for an oil change this afternoon. I was told that they werent that busy today, and were taking walk-ins.I brought my car, checked in, and waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes. 45 minutes. 60 minutes, as more customers came in. Eventually, a customer who came in after me had her name called, paid, and left.A few minutes later I noticed my car was parked in front of the building. I walked up to the counter and said, Excuse me, I see my car is out front. Does that mean its done, or does it mean you havent started yet? (At that point, if they hadnt started yet I was going to take my car and leave, as Id been there for an hour and a half.)One of the three men behind the counter asked my name and the model of my car, and went out into the garage to check. He came back in, set my key on the counter, and said Your cars done.I asked, How long has it been done? Why didnt anyone tell me? Ive been here for an hour and 40 minutes.He replied, OK. No apology. No explanation. Not even any eye contact, from him or anyone else behind the counter.After I paid, I got a mumbled, Thanks and have a nice day. Again, no apology, or even any acknowledgement that there was a problem. If either of those things had happened, I wouldnt be writing this review right now. Just awful customer service.

On my way to San Antonio and got a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Most tire places are closed Sunday, but this place is open thankfully. 30 minutes before closing they got me in and fixed my flat for free. Great customer service and highly recommend this location for any of your tire needs.

If I could rate lower I would, the guy with the dark brown hair and the muffin top was a total prick and completely unhelpful. On top of this it took him 20 min to give 2 people receipts just to find out they would not do the job because he wanted to close early.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

My review should be zero stars, to the owner of this business you need to change the staff, my wife brought in her car to be checked for an electrical issue, well the mechanics changed the battery and said its good to go. Well she ended up paying $157.00 for a new battery. She then left your shop just 3 minutes down hwy 99 her vehicle stopped running. Your shop and mechanics put her life in danger by not doing their due diligence. AND THEN they made her pay to get it towed back to the shop. This is down right bad customer service!If you read this review take your vehicle elsewhere. It seems like they prey on female customers.

Awful, my mom recently went there to change her transmission oil and two weeks later (now) her car broke down, guess what the problem was? transmission. When we took the car back they said that the problem was probably there before the oil was changed, however nothing was mentioned prior. Right now we checked the receipt and it turns out that they put in wrong oil, what expertise huh? Go to a reliable mechanic unless you want to deal with bigger consequences later on.

This is a scary but place. Dont bring your car here for oil change tires nothing in your mind the smallest job will turn into a disaster with them. Their is a reason why this place has so many bad reviews they are horrible. I dont want to go into detail but theirs a reason why my bad review will be added to the many on here already and Ill be calling that number they keep referring everyone to. They are an embarrassment to Goodyear and destroying their name they need to send someone to see whats happening at this store.

My experience there was horrible ! I have been there twice. The first time I went I made an appointment for 10. I was there at 9:55 and the didnt start working on my car until 10:55. I decided that I would wait there granted that I made an appointment and I thought it shouldnt take too long . My car wasnt ready until 1pm. Why make appointments if the time isnt honored . I was there on time so it was time to do their part . The second time I went was a couple of days ago. I did not make an appointment and called ahead to see if they were busy. The guy said that they wernt and that I could bring my car in . That was about 1:30. They didnt call me to get my car until 7 when they closed . When I got there, there was a miscommunication about the oil change and the state inspection that I needed . I was very upset. The manager did a good job trying to fix it. But I still told them that I would not be going to their location ever and I will make sure none of my famil/friends go either .

First off when I pulled up multiple guys were standing around looking until I went in and stood there for at least 15 mins before someone came inside. Once the guy came in I said Im here for the customer appreciation package then he says oh someone will be with and walks out yelling repeating why I came to the other guys as if I could just wait its not important. Then the big guy comes and tell him about it and ask for his name of course he acts as if he doesnt know who Im speaking of and just says oh hes a mechanic like duh I know that much but Im sure he was aware that I was going to complain so finally he runs down getting my information and then lies and say we do t have u in the system we have to create you an account smh so I pretty much spent 45 mins to an hour just for a so called customer appreciation gift and I can only imagine how long it takes them to even do repairs. I do not recommend them and wish they get better people that knows how to operate a business and not a hang out spot and we will get to you when we feel like it attitude

I love this Good Year! They saved my life! So I was at the other NTB Tire shop on Westheimer Parkway and Grand Parkway. They refuses to service me (see the review I left them) I get on Grand Parkway upset and frustrated and I pull into the Good Year. The service guy was really nice. There was a less than an hour wait. There is wifi, courtesy water, coffee and a great movie playing. I de-stressed watched a movie while they removed the nail in my tire and patched it for free. Im so happy right now. Because its nice to be treated like someone wants you to be a returning customer.

I had an appointment set, but it was not honored. The waiting area was tantamount to a slum in Mexico. This facility is ghetto and trashy. The Spanish language I heard was annoying as usual. I will not go back here and would advise you go elsewhere to service your vehicle. Ultimately, your appointment times are not honored.

I have most of my work done here, prices need to be checked on a few things but I trust them. I will check with others on the estimate I received for the brake job on my Camry. Sounded high but Ill check out Toyota and a couple others if they are high but close Ill let them do the work, I trust them. But if they are too high somebody else with do the work. I dont understand why an estimated time cant be given, especially if you make an appointment. after waiting for over an hour i asked if they had a better idea of how long it would take. all i got was could be 30 mins, could be a few hours. ended up going to firestone up the street. was in & out in 20 minutes.
