These guys are great. This is a late review, but owner is extremely knowledgeable and fun car guy to talk to. Prices are fair and work was done quick. I usually do my own work, but will definitely be bringing my Porsche here when needed.

One time i needed brakes for my Porsche for same day, and dropped it off to Craig at lunchtime and him and his team were ABLE to get me out the door in no time. Great shop for euro cars. Staff was very knowledgeable on the phone. Ended up using the dealer for my Audi service instead due to other reasons, but wouldnt hesitate to bring my car by this shop in the future.

I have visited them for the first time based on the reviews. Seriously they know what they are doing. Very good place to take care of your BMW. I went for an issue with the steering key malfunctioning and they diagnosed the angle sensor issue and fixed it for good. I have found a place where I can trust and take my car next time.

I recently had a problem with my older BMW Z4s convertible top. C and B was contacted and they said to bring it in. After I dropped it off and was driving away, I received a call to pick up the car. The top was now completely operational, needing no repair. I had inadvertantly moved a bar in the trunk area that operates the mechanism, rendering it inoperable. The guys at C and B showed me what the issue was, fixed it, all AT NO CHARGE. I would have no problem paying any fees incurred but they wouldnt accept any payment. The car is running fine now, but I would not hesitate to take it back to C and B should any issues arise with it. These guys rock!

Wife brought her 2018 Porsche Macan S after getting a bit of a runaround from Porsche West who could not even get her a loaner car. In any case Craig did a great job on her 40K service, fixed everything else he found that needed to be made right, was very reasonable and up front about need and cost. He even cleaned her car before pickup (nice touch). Even identified an issue that he recommended be remedied by a dealer under factory warranty. Made this a very good experience. We definitely recommend him and his group and will be back again when needed. Thank you.

This is my first time at C&B, Craig greeted me with a warm welcome. My appointment was 8:30 AM and they were waiting for me. The complete change with Service Plan B was completed in 45 minutes. Craig is a SOLID guy. He is very, very, very knowledgeable about what he is doing and knows these brands extremely well and this is what you are going to get in his shop that most likely you will not get at the car dealership. The team has years of experience, they are local and straight forward. About 10 yrs ago he serviced one of my vehicles and before I even said a word about why I was in there he knew exactly what my car needed.I am on the market for a new BMW/ Mercedes- Benz and I decided to stop by ( after at least 11 yrs ) and ask him about the car I was about to purchased and he was nice to give me 10 mins of his time to sit down and tell me all about the car -please understand that knowledge and time = $$$$- nonetheless he was kind to give me his opinion about the car which I value a lot!.If you really want to take care of your car or if you have an issue that seems to come back after several visits to the dealership please do yourself a favor and take your car to C&B European Auto and ask for Mr. Craig, you will not be disappointed.We will be buying a new car for the company soon and without a doubt it will be serviced by Craig and his team.FIVE STARS business!

My wife and I had our BMW serviced by Craig few years ago. We liked his service, however, we sold the car and didnt have anything that needed service from him. Recently, I purchased a project car, immediately I thought of Craig. Last week I went to see him to get an estimate. Craig was busy at the time so I waited which I didnt mind but when he finally came to see me and I told him what I bought, he made fun of it and in fact, he turned around and told his workers and they all laughed. Honestly, I didnt really care of what they thought because its my money that I used to purchase not theirs and I like my project car. He also told me to bring a lot of money to get it serviced then gave me a piece of paper and pen to write my information so he can call me with an estimate. I never received a call from him... The one star I give him is for professionalism is not for his skill, Im sure hes a good mechanic and knows what hes doing but there are a lot of other good mechanics in the city as well. I guess, I have to take a lot of my money elsewhere. BTW, Craig if you read this dont bother to call me I already wasted enough of my time writing about your shop.

Craig and his team are amazing. They are knowledgeable and consistent in the high quality repairs that they provide. Weve had five BMWs over the years and the only place we bring them is here to Craigs. At the dealership, they charge you an arm and a leg and the service isnt anywhere near to what they promise. Here, on the other hand, you can hold confidence that they will take care of your car, only using genuine parts and handling every step of the process with the utmost care. At times, weve tried going to other places, but no other place matches the quality you can find here. Weve been coming here for the past 15 years and the quality has never changed, not once.

I’ve had both cars in for service and repairs. Craig is always trying to find ways to save a few dollars. My tilt got stuck all the way up. It looked like I was going to spend $700 installing a new motor. Craig was able to get it moving and then locked out the feature that tilts the steering wheel all the way up when exiting the car. All that and no charge. I’ll definitely be back.

I have an old Mercedes CL55. It is COMPLICATED, and has way too many miles for even an aftermarket warranty. I have had it in to C&B twice. They fixed my A/C and two other problems that other mechanics wont touch (the ABC hydraulic suspension system) and other problems other mechanics said they couldnt fix (interference between tire pressure monitor system and aftermarket stereo). And they did this at very reasonable prices, especially compared to the dealer. They make it possible for me to keep loving my car. Its my daily driver and we have a long history.

I took my wifes 2012 Mercedes to Craig after paying high prices for routine maintenance service. He does quality work and explains what is needed. Its the only place to go for great prices and quality work.

I recently took my GL for 40k service, Craig was trustworthy and customer friendly. I highly recommend them. Craig even directed me to get my cars front Strut fixed from MB under warranty. He took time to educate me about the problem and explained what was happening to car suspension.

My mom purchased a Panamera last year along with an extended warranty. She does not drive much and had an issue with the HP Fuel pump and sensor. To our surprise, we were told that the extended warranty would not cover this ($3K) repair due to her not having driven it over 1K miles since warranty purchase. Craig (C&B) was highly recommended by colleagues over going to the dealership. I literally had the car taken from the dealership over to Craig immediately. We have had the absolute most pleasant experience in the repair of my moms Panamera. Craig was professional, concerned, insistent on getting to the bottom of the problem and did his absolute best to save us $$ since this was now a repair that we had to pay out-of-pocket. He has gained us as customers for life!!! No wonder he has been in business for over 25 years!

I took my 2009 Mercedes SL 500 to C&B European and at first, i was skeptical because there wasnt a secretary to greet me (just 2 VERY friendly dogs), but within seconds Craig greeted me and immediately stopped what he was doing and ran a diagnostics test on my car FOR FREE!! After that he did a full check-up and told me exactly what needed to be replaced and what could wait! I will ABSOLUTE be back!

Horrible customer service. Called to get a quote because the dealership quoted me $700 and he told me that $700 was not a lot of money. Really. You must have a money tree. Didn’t want to give me a quote but told me to bring it in and pay a diagnostic fee. Ignorant.
