Paisanos is great. I bought a car from them once and took it to get an inspection and the mechanic said it was one of the most well maintained cars he has ever seen. Then he looked at the cars history and saw that these guys are diligent. Always fixing their cars up and making it better. Nowadays I dont trust many dealerships and mostly do business with private owners. But these guys are the only exception to that. If you get a car from these guys you can rest assured that you are getting a good deal.

The WORST mechanics ever in Kansas if I can give them negative five stars I would and if they fix your vehicle right they only pick and choose who to do it right for. I took my car there and told them exactly what to do and what was wrong with it and they havent done a single thing to fix it instead they did the complete opposite and also stuck their hands where they shouldnt have, a complete waste of time and money. The owner may seem good but is disgustingly sleazy along with all of his employees they deserve a lawsuit and need to be put out of business permanently they are the definition of dishonest mechanics

The work is pour quality and service too they definitely over price any labor i find they were different few years back now is like every one out there try to make the most of out anything I wouldnt recommend

Service was bad. Service tech was on cell phone longer than it took to fix the problem.

You call and make an appointment to see a car and they tell you theyll hold it for you.You go to see car 2 days later and they sold it?Why tell me youll hold it for me and then sell it? Its fine to sell the car. I would have appreciated being called back and told so I didnt have to waste my time driving.Front desk employees were incredibly rude.

I bought a car from them fairly recently and it turned out to have a busted motor mount. I took it back to them explaining that I hadn’t even drove it 100 miles and had it less than 2 days. They went ahead and fixed it at no cost to me. The owner is a very understanding guy and was happy to accommodate us.

We had a fine purchasing experience, but they did not inform us that the title to the car was salvaged, and then we had multiple problems with the car until it finally crapped out after only 7 months of ownership. When we sought information regarding the car, they were unhelpful and did not provide additional information to us regarding the car. Do not recommend.

Worst costumer service and complete rip off. I went in for a simple service and after asking the guy at the front desk why he was charging me so much when the job would take less than 1 hour, he simple said we charge whatever we want. I agree with that but I dont think you should charge $70 for a job (only labor) that is way easier than an oil change. Definitely not the way to treat a costumer. I feel bad for Oswaldo

Worst staff and negotiating experience I have had in years. Was going to buy a car of interest and spoke with a English speaking lady. Looked at a car and unable to pick it up as I did not feel comfortable about leaving my other car in a terrible location. So arranged a ride and was planning on making it one last trip to finish out the possible transaction. Them received a call saying that someone else was going to have the car looked at and it will be back before we arrive to finalize everything. My wife tried to drive down to place a deposit on it so we would make sure it would be available. She was informed not too place a deposit on it till after the car returns. Call them once out of work to find out that someone else placed a deposit on it but I already tried to do so and was not informed? Worst staff that is only looking out for one thing Not you!. Highly recommended to avoid let alone the place is directly down the street from a constant drug transaction. No labeled door for sales. Staff walks around and does not direct potential customers through the shop where they are working dangerous to the corner where they do some paperwork? Extremely dirty and if you have children highly recommended to stay away before you get mugged.

Every time I come here everyone is super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the one time a part was defective they warranty their work. I always recommend them to everyone.

Ive been buying my cars from here and having them worked on here for 7 years. Everyone should know a guy that they trust. Oswaldo is my car guy. He has helped me to find good used cars that were just right for my budget. And taken care of those cars without fail.

These mechanics really know their cars. I received quality work at a very reasonable price. I would recommend these guys before anyone else.

If I could put Zero stars I would but not an option. Worst looking facility with not friendly staff to even guide you inside. No labeled door to sales and the place looks like a terrible junk yard. Plus the staff is were it continues to get worse. Trying to work a deal and then they come back and say someone else random is interested do you want to pay more then what we have it listed for? The worst waste of my time getting pulled in several directions.

These guys have been my go-to Mechanics since 2006 and they have never let me down, in fact I have recommended them to many others, all who have been likewise satisfied.And if you need a reasonably priced, solid used car, you will get an honest deal here.

Junior is very unreliable. He sold the car behind my back knowing I was coming by bus. Didnt even have the nerve to text me to let me know it was sold. Let me show up and waste my time. Hate this place and will never try to buy a car from here again

This is a problem, but customer service is lousy for a simple thing. They keep the car for several days, and they bring you back and forth, they just want to work on simple things like changing oil and filters and leaving the most difficult for the whole week.

I loved working with Paisanos! So many of these auto shops have crazy overhead and they pass those costs onto the customer. I really appreciate that Paisanos is a simple, no-frills shop. The owner even let me negotiate the price of a vehicle down. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the industrial area of KCK, I made sure to bring my husband just because Id never been to the area and wasnt sure where I was going. But the owner and all the employees were extremely helpful and honest. Before purchasing the car, I did a Carfax report on it and everything Paisanos told me about the car was backed up completely by the Carfax. I love supporting the local, smaller, family-operated businesses. Definitely a great place that Ill be recommending to family and friends.

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Matrix here in September 2015. Oswaldo really knows his stuff and has built an excellent business around his knowledge. After test driving the car and taking it to my mechanic, I determined it needed an alignment, a new latch on the glovebox, and something repaired in the wiper fluid dispenser. Paisanos took care of it all in an afternoon and they even washed the car for me before I took it home (which was amazing, since it was already quite clean). Every person I spoke to was friendly, respectful, and helpful. Vivian was especially great, I had never purchased a car on my own before and she was great about explaining every form and what I needed to do next. If you care about flashy showrooms and fancy waiting rooms, this is not the place for you. If you want quality service, genuine people and great value cars, definitely head to Paisanos.
