I would give them 0 stars if I could. I dropped my car off for a 9 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It is 4:15 and I’ve been told 3 times since about 1 pm that I am “next in line”. The Goodyear I typically go to I get excellent service. This one is closer so I thought I’d try it out. I will not be returning due to being lied to 3 times. The car didn’t need anything hard and it was there over 7 hours.
I came in as a walk-in, and I received speedy and efficient service. Everyone in the shop was extremely kind and helpful to every customer that walked in!
The service was wonderful! Robert was running the desk and took the time to change my brake light in between waiting on other customers. He was friendly and never lost his cool in spite of being busy. I wish we had this type of customer service everywhere. Thank you!

These guys were great. We were in a bind with 2 blown tires late on July 3rd when other places were closing. They got us the tire we needed and mounted in less than an hour so we could get back on the road.
Beware of this shop. My teenage son had a leaking tire on his truck and happen to be across the street so he brought it in for repair. They said they were closing in an hour and couldn’t get to it but he could leave it overnight. They drove it into the bay on the tire which was now flat. Then they gave us a $1900 estimate to replace all four tires and a sensor. Apparently they were able to find lots of other “issues”. We started with a nail in a tire, and left with a shredded tire and driving on the spare. This shop is only interested in selling tires. In fact while I was in the shop another woman had a flat tire needing repair and they were up selling her to replace her tires. I’ve been a good year customer for a very long time. This seems to be blatant abuse of the trust you expect from a repair shop.
Michael and Robert were amazing at this location. I was stuck at work with a flat tire and they provided the most excellent client care. This is the second time I have been here, and after the great service they provided, this will be the only place I go for tires or any other servicing needs. They really care about their clients and do not try to take advantage. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Michael and Robert!!!!
I go in for my oil changes and tire rotations and they ALWAYS go above and beyond expectations! Robert, Joe and Trevelle are all AMAZING! They get my vehicle completed in a thorough and timely manner and all my issues and concerns are handled and addressed accordingly. I highly recommend this location and will CONTINUE to refer my friends and family to their shop!

This place was great. They got me in, even though they were packed. They fixed my alternator and battery, new tires and a sensor. All done in 4 hrs. I will return.

I have removed original review I left, and changed my star rating from 3 to 5.I had stated the that was a severe lack of communication between staff and myself about the services I was having done to my car (which ultimately cost me significantly more than I was anticipating.) After my original review, the manager reached out to me personally and apologized for everything, and has more than adequately done everything he could to fix things. Simply put, the issue was not so much a communication lapse at it was a misunderstanding between management and other staff, and between staff and myself. I very much appreciate the efforts that were made to address these issues, and will gladly return here.

We’ve been using this Goodyear for all our car work for 5plus years. They do great work! I feel I can trust them as they always show me the broken part when I ask. They work hard to help me understand how the car works and what it needs. I am well treated here!
Was in town on vacation and they were able to patch my tire first thing Monday morning without issues to get me back home safely. Everyone was nice and helpful!

I had a blowout and I bought my tire back to the Goodyear store I purchased them at. I recieved prompt and professional service. I would recommend Goodyear to anyone needing tires or service. Thank you Goodyear.
If I could give them less stars, I would. I took my car into the shop, paid the diagnosis fee, they let me know what problems my car had (not very accurately though), and I asked what repairs my car needed to be safe to drive. They mentioned 3 repairs, a pcv valve, cover, and a hose. I gave permission for the 3 repairs they mentioned and my car completely broke down 3 days after their work with issues it didnt have prior to bringing it in. Turns out, the hose I gave permission to replace wasnt replaced and the staff denied ever mentioning replacing it yet I distinctly recall Larry mentioning it as he listed my repairs so oddly and mentioned the pcv valve and the cover was a 2 for 1 repair which could be repaired together and the hose was separate.After my car completely broke down 3 days after paying them over $700 for the repairs it supposedly needed to be safe to drive again, I had it towed back to their shop and they mentioned a hose needing replaced (wouldnt be surprised if its the one they were supposed to replace when I gave permission for the 3 repairs (pcv valve, cover, and hose)). Today, the car broke down again. When I first brought it into the shop, it had issues sitting in idle for a prolonged time and after paying over $700 for their repairs, it cant be driven anywhere. Also, they tried saying my tps monitor needed replaced but the only reason it was on is because one of my tires went low on air as I was bringing it in. I would expect an experienced mechanic to know the difference between a low tire and a tps monitoring system issue.Also, their tow truck didnt even arrive and wouldnt have if I hadnt called after waiting for it for a couple of hours as they didnt even put it in correctly. My phone completely died and the last person I spoke with that was at this shop knew it was dying. I asked them to please not leave me on that highway and they did exactly that. Luckily someone from out of town drove into KC to look at where I last sent them a pic of my location, had help not arrived I would have been walking on K10 highway at night. They left me on the side of the highway stating someone would come, knowing I was using my battery up contacting them. Then after they finally did get someone out to me after putting in another request, they towed it to the wrong shop despite me giving them the exact address multiple times. I suggest that if you have any important repairs, you take your vehicle somewhere else. Ill be contacting their corporate office after paying an experienced and honest mechanic at a different shop to figure out what these clowns did to my car.

I had a tire blowout while almost an hour from home. This location squeezed me in—on New Years Eve—to replace the tire. Friendly, helpful and just great service.
I called them to get 2 new tires on my vehicle, they didnt have them in stock, they told me to come in 2 days later to get them put on just to find out they ordered the wrong ones, they were able to get the right ones from another store. They called me to let me know they were finished and that I needed an alignment. I was at the same store 2 months prior to buy the first 2 tires and get a 4 wheel alignment. They were trying to charge me for a second alignment, I told them I just had an alignment 2 months prior, I told them I wasnt paying for a second alignment, they eventually let me know my first alignment had a 6 month warranty and realigned it a second time for free. I asked them to save the tires they were taking off because they still had decent tread on them just to find out they disposed of them. I was gonna resale my 4 older tires, but now only have 2 instead of a full set. Just seemed to be a waste of my time and money, seeing they couldnt follow simple directions and trying to charge me for something I already paid for. They will not get anymore business from me, Ill spend my money elsewhere. I would not recommend them.

I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours for a state inspection after making an appointment. It does not take more than a few minutes to do an inspection as the state only requires a look over of safety and pollution control components. If it took more than a couple minutes, they would not do it for $12.The ridiculous amount of time they required is proof that they purposefully overbooked my appointment and do not value their customers time.I will not be returning and I suggest using their competitor across the street who I have had nothing but great experiences with.
They had everything done in a timely manner. Great atmosphere. Did everything that I asked and answered all my questions. They cleaned and wiped down my car and my key.

Excellent and fast customer service! I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires over a holiday weekend and Adam worked me in first thing the next day. Went in for a free inspection. Front staff meant well but was difficult to communicate with. He was flustered, we were wearing masks, he was very polite but also very forgetful and unable to answer all of my questions.

I had been traveling all morning and came home to a very flat tire. I dropped my car off and the staff immediately found the screw in my tire and repaired it in an hour at no charge. I appreciate their willingness to help me and their quick service to get me back on the road!!

Good year inspected my car and didnt pass it because they said I needed barring new tire rotors and break pads but when my mechanic inspected the car they said it passed a 50 point inspection.
I went to goodyear this morning because I had a screw in my tire. They were very friendly and helpful. It turned out they could remove the screw without damage to my tire. They did not charge me anything for their time. I will definitely be back!

Theyll fail your car on inspection, then say it needs parts that it doesnt just to run a scam on you.They said I need $700+ of front end work on my truck that only has 76K miles on it.Avoid this place at all costs, there are plenty of great Discount Tires in the area, I highly recommend them.
I went into this Goodyear on a Sunday that Id made an appointment online for and as soon as I walked up to the desk to check in the guy said Sorry bro, we dont work on Missouri vehicles on Sundays. Meanwhile, I could see Missouri vehicles in the shop and also made the point that this shop is in Missouri, yet the worker was insistent that they couldnt check out my car for me because it was a Sunday; basically, they were too lazy to work on my car. They didnt offer any help or new appointment or anything, so I left and got it checked out at a much more customer friendly service center. I will never go back to this shop.
Had the going-on-four-days wheel bearing experience from hell and the gentleman at Goodyear saved us! They pressed out multiple bearings for us and when we finally got a non-defective part, they pressed it in complimentary. I wish I wouldve just paid them to press it in the first place. Instead, we tried multiple at home kits with no success -- one even broke a brand new bearing. I will use them for pressing service in the future. Its reasonably priced and worth every penny. Kurt and Mark were very helpful as well as three other gentleman I encountered.
If I can leave a zero, I would. I unfortunately left my car with a Goodyear location for a simple oil change and brake job. Little did I know it would cost me much more than I was quoted. I got my car back the next day. Less than 8 hours later, the issue I took it in for returned. I called them and they told me that it was not their fault and that I signed a paper authorizing payment, I also signed a paper stating that I was basically a mechanic and was leaving with accepting all work was done properly. (At least according to them). Now, I am not a mechanic. I took it to a mechanic that my community trusted and he showed me the parts that were supposed to be replaced were not. On top of that, they did not even put oil back in my car. The day I was schedule for an oil change is the day everything when bonkers. Since the techs did not put oil back in my car, my engine broke. Verified with a mechanic that I had zero leaks, yet zero oil. This caused me to be without my car for FIVE months while waiting for my dealership to get a new one in. My only condolence was that my car was still under warranty. Now, since I am disputing these charges, Goodyear and Citi are both refusing to take responsibility and now Citi is wrecking my credit because they lied to me regarding their dispute process. I will urge everyone reading this, do not use Goodyear anymore. They are not qualified and expect ALL customers to already be licensed mechanics. Well, if we were mechanics, why would we need to take our vehicles to someone else? As soon as I can find a lawyer that will take my case, I will go after both just for principle.
I had a flat and I needed some diagnostic work done on my car, so I took it to my local Honda dealership. They found 1 puncture and 2 nails embedded in the tire and priced me $230 to get a new one and have it installed. I was pretty upset to find I was out that much money just because someone carelessly left nails in the road. I decided to try and find a more frugal solution and didnt buy the tire. I felt bad about walking out, because they had done me a service, after all.I went to Goodyear and they found that the two nails remaining in the tire had not punctured it, so there was only one hole to seal. They were able to get it done in less than an hour on a Sunday. Free of charge. I tipped them generously because they had saved me so much money and literally made my day. The employees were polite and seemed genuinely happy to be able to help. Over-all I am an incredibly happy customer (quotations due to the service rendered technically being free).

Great place to have service:My tire was slashed. The technician from the store helped me replace the backup tire freely. Additionally, Mark is very nice to all my questions, especially the questions from myself who is a relatively new driver and English is not my mother tongue.
We were on our way out of town, dog included, and noticed we had a flat. The staff were wonderful, fit us right in, patched our tire and got us on our way!! Saved the day for sure!!

The person answering my phone call confirmed that they perform vehicle inspections. What was not mentioned is that all services are performed only by scheduled appointments. So when I walked in asking for an inspection for that same day I was told that was not possible as I did not have an appointment. I dont know anything about the quality of this businesses services but their communication to customers could be better.

I got my vehicle inspected here earlier this morning and I needed new wiper blades to pass the inspection. I had already bought some at an auto parts store on my own, and I told them Id come put them on really quick to pass the inspection. The wiper blades were a 4-letter word to put on, and I was having a tough time. Rick and a few others came over and helped me figure it out. I wasnt paying them to do it, they did it on their own, and eventually we got those bad boys on. The service was amazing- Ive never been treated like that at an auto shop. Thanks a bunch Rick and the rest of your team!

Ive been going here for a few years to get my oil changed and now this is the first place I go whenever theres something going wrong with my car. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but more importantly, the staff has always been honest and fair. Theyve made multiple fixes to my car at fair rates, while I know other places would charge far more.

Very good service, I dropped off a tire to be fixed to get later, and when I picked it up the tire was in good condition and I had been driving on a spare. I was under the impression that they were gonna put it on, but it wasnt scheduled that way. I understood and was fine with it, but I believe the employee behind the desk could tell I was having a bad day and knew I needed to go to work because I deliver pizza, so they put it on for me real quick even though they were a little busy. Thats customer service.

This is the best shop Ive been too in nearly 30 states containing 99 car problems... Goodyear won. Super friendly and HARD working people that know their business and listen to what you need. I towed my car in because it wasnt starting. I asked them to look at the starter. The tech called me and gave me a 1000 dollars worth of problems (I have an old car that needs all kinds of aesthetic work and because of its age they can find a litany of issues). After having paid I go out to my car and it literally does the same thing it was doing when I towed it in! Its Sunday so they didnt have anyone to actually handle the vehicle will update Monday as to whether or not the starter is bad.Update: they pulled it in and it was the s otarter. They did however do it all for free so I have upgraded my review.Update: after seeing the cost of the starter I have downgraded my review again because they are price gouging me and inflating my costs... Should have spent 250 spent 1000. Ouch

Liars. Sold me tires and told me they had lifetime warranty’s and if ANYTHING happened to them they would be replaced free. Haven’t had the tires I purchased a year and one needs to be replaced. When I go to attempt to replace it, I’m told it’ll be another $204 for ONE tire after I was told (at the time of purchase) the tires were under warranty for whatever needed to be done. Crazy misleading service. Just as horrible as that janky Calverts Auto Express.

They failed my car inspection saying I need $500+ in repairs. Took it to another inspector they said my car was in perfect shape, even asked them to look at what they said I needed repaired.
Not friendly at all. Plus all that, I told them to check on a problem in my car which is the right front side but they told me they did check and they didn’t find anything. After few days the the right axl broke and I went back to them and didn’t say anything other then pay and we will fix it. They are a Rude and rip-off of a place.

We have two college sons, and five cars total. Two cars have over 200k miles on them. Goodyear is consistently helpful, fair, friendly, and trustworthy. If there is an issue they do not feel qualified to address (such as one sons older Audis electrical problems) they say so.
