I had a good experience. The price was reasonable and they got the job done quickly. This has nothing to do with the shop itself or the people working, but the location is also a huge plus for me. As a mom of young kids, I REALLY appreciated that there was a park within walking distance so I didn’t have to try to keep the kids calm and sitting while we waited. I just walked over there and let them play until they called and said our van was done. :)

After being out of the Midwest for 13 years, finally moved back. Always remembered how customer service was fantastic back when I lived here.Today reminded me of that! Will be coming back again for sure.

More than once I’ve been here for a minor fix and my only payment has been a handshake. Who does that anymore? Manager Andy is excellent. He is competent and honest. I also was treated well by the former manager Ken. Its not always the cheapest place or the fastest place but they do excellent work. I do not mind waiting or paying if the service is good and honest. They worked with me on the price during a hard time during the covid19 pandemic. Blake is also good to work with. one time they were so busy that they didnt have time to get to my car that I dropped off in the morning for a drop off appt. Steve the owner was there that next day when I returned. Steve was very personable and seemed to genuinely care about my experience, my car and its repair.

Called in for an oil change, they got me in on short notice and was able to get it done before the end of the day. Brought my own oil and they had zero problem with it! Fair price, very friendly staff associates. Would definitely give this place another try!

I made a appointment for a 60000 mile service. Its not a lot, but involves some inspections as well as changing the oil, filter and also flush the coolant. I was quoted $144 for flushing the cooling system.They didnt call when they said they would. The car wasnt done when they said and the charged me $164 for the flush. I wont go back.

Hats off to the entire Barry Road Service Center team. I recently had some A/C repair work done and it turned out there was some issues that came from that repair. Andy, one of the managers promptly handled it and Blake and Tuan communicated with me as did Andy about what was going on. This type of transparency is not something you see often with independent auto repair places. Its this type of customer service and dedication to making things right that will have me going right back when I need more work done. Thank you Tuan, Andy and, Blake!

After ten years of service at various nearby locations, this repair shop has been my top choice for getting most repairs on any of my cars. Yes, they have tires and theyve dutifully scouted out the ones that I requested. They also dont try to upsell you on anything but tend to business of getting what has to be done taken care of. They have consistent, high quality workmanship and customer service. Theyve earned my trust.

Avoid Barry Roads Service Center! I took my daughters car here to fix a problem with her car not starting. After three visits where they kept the car for multiple days and them charging me over $1,200, the issue was revolved when they finally looked at the most obvious source of the issue. Had the diagnosed the issue correctly, the repair would have cost only $167.Do not go to this place unless you like being without your car, like being overcharged, and love headaches.

These guys are crooks. I took my car in for inspection, one that I work on regularly and have built much of. The inspector told me that the reverse lights werent working, but they could look into it for me. Also, on the drive home I noticed that the shift linkage was loose, which it had not been when I left the car with them. When I got home I took a look at what was going on. Two bolts that hold some of the shift linkage in place were removed and the wire for the reverse lights was disconnected.Again, these guys are absolute crooks! Trying to get me back for repairs on simple things that they took apart during my mandatory inspection. I would have loved to see what problems they tried to lie about had I allowed them to check it out for me.

Tried telling me my truck needed 4 new brakes and calipers for the tune of $880. My truck only has 2 brakes and 2 calipers on the front, the rear are drum brakes. I dont appreciate them trying to pull a fast one on me.

I went to Barry Road Service Center for years. They are honest and fair, and always took amazing care of my car. Unfortunately I moved away when my job moved, but I highly recommend these guys!

Before today I would have given them 5 stars, however after my experience today theyve gone down to 1 star. I made an appointment to have my tires changed and get an oil change on my fleet vehicle, I showed up and was told they werent going to replace the tires today because they didnt have time. Why did i make an appointment then? Then the guy at the service desk lied to me, he said he didnt even have my tires in stock, but then as i was leaving he said he needed to get my tire size from me. If he doesnt know what size my tires are, then how does he know that he doesnt have my tires in stock? Because of one employee they have lost my business.

Labor rates for goodyear are tad high but then again whats cheap nowadays but the employees of this shop actually give care plus they will be up front honest with you on everything then wrench on anything and work with you something very rare which means they appreciate your business if you go anywhere else you deserve the shaft that you will be served
