I’ve been taking my vehicles to Jasen and team for multiple years. They have always been honest about what repairs are needed and what can wait. They’ve fixed issues that other repair shops tried to fix. I have complete confidence in their abilities no matter what the issue has been.

Took my company truck here multiple times, He has fixed the water pump, fuel issues, and done all the preventative maintenance for the last 2 years. Great group of guys and always gets me in and out.

Nice ppl but just took my money to do work. After 1700 none of the initial problems were solved at all. But they sure were able to find something else to fix. I broke down again 30 mins after leaving the shop with the same problem I came in with

Have been going to this place ever since the new managers came. Always get good advice and they tell you if something is really needed or not. My experience was good. The staff was very professional. They even dropped me off back home so that I wouldnt have to be stuck out there all day. Then picked me up when my vehicle was ready. So far I have no complaints about the work that was done. I will be back.

I have never had mechanic work done at Dotte Auto Repair. I did purchase a 2009 Acadia from the owner Jasen. I was told it would pass a state inspection with no problem. It did not. I have had over $1,000 in repairs done to this vehicle because of the previous shoddy work done by the owner of Dotte Auto Repair. In my opinion if this is how he repairs and works on his personal vehicle, the repairs to customers vehicles must be terrible!!

Went in there for an unplanned second opinion for fuel cover issue, Jasen tweaked and fixed it on the spot for no charge, whereas the dealer wanted to run a diagnostics for the same issue. Appreciate it, earned my business. Keep up the honest and good work folks.

They fixed both actuators(ticking noice in all impalas) and my power switch. Fixed it quick and at an reasonable price. They found a way not to take off my dash for the middle acuator. which came out cheaper and done quicker! Will be returning

Not happy couldnt show me parts that they replaced. When asked for the said they didnt have time. Was told they did a diagnostic test never saw results car works just wanted proof they did what they say they did.

Jason and the mechanics make your car is repaired in a timely manner. I brought my car in for a pvc tubing to be replaced. Dropped car of, went to movies, came back and car was done. Then had a problem with the heat, not only was it repaired and Im toasty, Jason replaced a bit that was missing in the dash by the radio I didnt ask for. Love the attention to detail. I would recommend Dotte Automotive Repair to anyone.
