I had placed a request to see a used Lexus RX 350 while perusing their website late Friday night. The next morning I got a call from Jeff, who was polite and helpful, and set up a good time to test drive the car. I met Jeff at the dealership and he did a warm handoff (while dressed as one of the Three Amigos no less! This was before Halloween) to Lance Swenson who took me on my test drive.Before we took our drive we sat down and discussed what I was looking for in a car. He offered me some interesting options that fit my parameters. We test drove a different car first that was excellent, and then the car I had come to see. This was a good idea, because I had a better frame of reference of what to expect and tune in to what I want in a car. Lance was affable, polite, helpful and attentive. I decided on the second test drive that this was the car I wanted.Lance then took me in for paperwork, got me an excellent trade-in price for my Toyota Corolla, and completed the sale in record time. I misunderstood something about taxes and Lance went back to fix it without much trouble. He was quite patient.While I was finishing paperwork they got my car ready by moving my license plate and cover to the new vehicle. All I had to do was remove my things from my old car and I was on my way. I didnt have to wait all afternoon like some dealerships and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, so much that I even asked Lance if he could help me find a car for my mother during his follow up call with me on Monday. 10/10 would buy here again.

When taking your car in to get serviced, the price costs a bit more than compared to other places. The dealer would not lower the price of my car when I made an offer buying but they give me more for my trade in value instead. Overall, Hendrick dealerships in general are worth visiting

He also explained several recommended services and answered questions we had about possibly purchasing a new Lexus RX. This week, Justin Combs helped us out tremendously by squeezing us in for a same-day appointment for 4 new tires when the service dept. was technically all booked on a Friday. Cant say enough great things about Justin and the entire team there. They always provide us with lots of information about our vehicle, the services being done and the things to plan for in the near future, cost estimates, etc. All very helpful!While our car is being serviced, I typically wait there at the dealership and Im able to work on my laptop in their very comfortable customer lounge area. Good WiFi, snacks, coffee, etc. This place is top-notch!

Justin always takes great care of me and my cars, I keep bringing them to him even though theyre out of warranty. Even though the North location is much further away, I still make the extra drive to see him whenever we have any issues. Other dealers need to take lessons on customer service from Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. I worked with Dennis and Mike and both were awesome. Dennis took the time to show me several vehicles and I took a few on test drives. Decided on the ES 350 and the paperwork was the fastest I have ever seen. From the time I entered until the time I left was less than 2 hours. This is how you develop customer and brand loyalty, by treating the customer right. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Easiest dealership experience ever.

My husband and I were in to get our Lexus serviced when we met Jim, one of the sales men. He could see I was juggling an infant and my bag and graciously opened the locked doors so I didn’t have to go around the building to the main entrance. Fast forward to over a month later, Jim called me and let me know that he had a car that he thought we would like. My husband was in the area and stopped in to take a look at it. Wonderful! Today I had a tire/wheel issue requiring efforts to get my car to the Hendricks Lexus KC North. Every single person I dealt with did an incredible job...from the gal from service who initially took my call to everyone I interfaced with once at the dealership. Complicating matters it was to near closing time and busy, but every single person in the service department was hustling and working together, and uniformly professional and pleasant. Guarantee, all customers I saw were happy, especially me. Justin Combs was especially impressive, as has Michael Taylor been on previous occasions. Paul Tracy, the service manager, even checked in on me, and other customers, to make sure our needs were being addressed. All I can say is amazing dealership...would not go anywhere else.

There on saturday for a routine oil change. Waited over 2 hrs. My husband went out to the service are since we could see our car sitting there for over 30 minutes. then the gentleman says, oh yeah, yours is done too. Our time is equally as precious. I just wonder how long we sat there after the car was completed. Or how long we would have sat there waiting before we were notified. Frustrating!!

SUV in for 60,000 mile service. They sent me a video of the evaluation and items needing any attention, which I think is an awesome perk! Provided a loner for the day but ended up finishing within just a few hours. Justin Combs was very pleasant to work with. All and all, my experience was great.

The first visit to Hendrick Lexus was to do some comparisons to our 2019 Honda Pilot Elite. The comparison was quite shocking after a test drive. My partner, Fred Messer was hooked on the first mile. We have owned several up-scale vehicles in the past, but the 350 RX Lexus was equal to or exceeded any comparisons with the Buick models we have had and the High Country Chevrolet, all of which were quiet riding comfortable vehicles. The Lexus was VERY quiet and smooth riding. We look forward to many miles of comfort in our retirement.The sales representative, Steve Kiltner, was able to answer all our questions concerning the Lexus and the various avenues of financing the purchase. This resulted in our putting a down payment on a Lexus that still had not arrived at your dealership. There was no HIGH PRESSURE to sign anything, Steve made some very good points that since we really liked the car and the 350 RX coming we would not have to worry about some one else getting to it before us, and with the current lack of autos both new and used, it was in our favor to get what we wanted. We did not set out to purchase a vehicle, but the location of your dealership, along with Steves ability to provide answers to our questions and the Lexus itself, well, here we are with a 2022 Lexus 350 RX.

Service advisor was Justin combs. I had a stereo issue where the car would stop playing music at random, they were happy to take it in for repairs. It took some diagnosing but eventually they got it fixed by replacing a bad sub and amp, got it all covered under warranty and they had me in two different service loaner cars free of charge. Really have no complaints, car sounds better than ever.

It was my first experience using the service department at Hendrick Lexus. I was very impressed with the friendliness and ease of having my new Lexus serviced. The service department is immaculate and the service department crew were dressed very neat and tidy. They were very professional and treated me like I was their only customer of the day. I truly appreciated this.

Dallas did wonders on my vehicle! He went above and beyond working on my 10 year old, used car!! Driving like new!! Thank you Hendrick Lexus for hiring a great employee

Great service as usual. I followed my service adviser, Justin Combs, here because he has always given me good advice and does not recommend unnecessary or premature repairs. A new aspect of the service here is they sent me a video of the technicians walk around showing what the issues are and what was recommended. Fantastic.

Excellent experience. Not pressured. When I realized that I had incorrectly selected the color of the vehicle that I wanted, they went out of their way to change the agreement so I could get what I wanted. They want the customer to leave happy with the car they are getting. You can tell that the vibe is to help and to serve the customer. Hats off to James Birch, who helped me the most.
