I was more than PLEASED with quality of work, service and the friendly experience at CNC Auto Glass. Steve quoted me a time frame of 45 minutes, and BOOM I was done in 45 minutes (well actually 35 minutes - but who was counting - me). Every line item on my receipt was explained in detail and with patience 😀. Should I EVER need Auto Glass repair again, I know exactly where to go. I would be remiss if I dont say that I called my old stand-by Low Price Auto Glass, but they didnt answer - its Monday and maybe they were just busy 🤫🤫🤫. Go and meet Bethany and her office assistant for yourself and be prepared to be amazed. Most importantly, they did not break my Bank 🤣🤣🤣.

Bethany was very informative about cost, time and the process. On the day of installation, they were accommodating to my change of availability, and got me in earlier. Communication was great, and it was finished in less than an hour. The lounge area was also spacious and cool.

Whole staff was great. They worked with my schedule and I was able to take my grandma to her doc appointment on time. Would highly recommend.

This place was really honest and helpful. He showed me the problem and gave me useful information and guidance. When he pulled the windshield on the truck he showed me all the rust underneath. He explained what I can expect and what is covered under the very reasonable cost. I will definitely come back here if my car or my kids need a windshield.

A truck through a rock last winter that hit my windshield, causing a crack. After calling around I chose to go here to get the windshield replaced because they had the best quote and offered a warranty with my replacement at no additional charge. They got me taken care of with no problems at all. Fast forward 6 months or so and the liner on the top of my windshield is coming off. I called them and went to show them what was going on and without hesitation they told me it should not have happened, the windshield must have been faulty, and asked if I could wait while they gave me a brand new windshield at no additional cost because my replacement was warranted. I couldnt wait that day, we made an appointment. I went back and they had me finished within 20 minutes. My windshield is great and every person I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I will always come back here if I need a window replaced in my car. It is great to find honest people and great prices together. Thanks!!

They advertise online quotes but Ive been unable to find that option at all. Dont appreciate the false advertisement or wasting my time.

The installers showed up at my place of work on time and were in and out in 20 minutes. Extremely friendly, prompt and courteous. Excellent customer service across the board. I highly recommend this company.

My Son’s rear window was leaking in his truck. I called several other companies and received different solutions/prices from each of them. I came across CNC and noticed they had excellent ratings. I called and they said we can repair the seal and correct the problem (most of the other companies just wanted to install a new rear window). They worked me in the next morning, due to upcoming rain in the afternoon. Once the rear glass was pulled it was determined that there was a large crack at the top of outer ring of the glass, which was not repairable. A new rear glass was then installed (cheaper than all the other companies) and it stopped the leak. They have great costumer service, prices and workmanship. CNC will be the only company I will contact for future glass issues.

This place is awesome. They took care of my windshield when other places wouldn’t because my truck is lifted. Super friendly. They respect the start time of their appointments. They’ve got a great view while you wait. Prices were approximately $50 cheaper than anywhere else I called. Can’t go wrong.

If you have trouble on the road or live in the KC Metro area I recommend CNC Auto Glass to fix any broken windows or windshield on your vehicle! Dropped my Jeep off midday and within half an hour we got a call it was ready for pick up. Their pricing is the lowest Ive seen in the city, with other competitors charging three times the amount for the same job! The staff were very friendly and work so efficiently. No more broken window anymore!

Amazing experience! Someone threw a rock through my passenger window and I called several places in Kansas City immediately to get it fixed ASAP. They had the lowest quote and were able to squeeze me in that day. Looks just like it looked before the glass broke and very reasonable price! Recommended to me by Lees Summit Subaru. I drove my car to them since I needed my windshield replaced the day after Thanksgiving and their on site techs were all booked. Waiting room is nice. Staff is friendly. Bathroom was clean. I waited with my two little girls and we felt very welcome, which isn’t always the case in male oriented businesses. They worked fast and the end product was excellent. I had questions about a trim piece the next day and they answered first ring and left me with a satisfactory explanation. Very pleased with the end result and professionalism of the tech. Highly recommended!

No one ever wants to HAVE to replace windows, especially as a pandemic is starting but I did. When two of my car windows were broken out I began googling to find an auto glass shop. After seeing several reviews about CNC turning a bad day into a good one I chose them. I work in healthcare which makes drop off and pick up kind of difficult. They ordered the glass not knowing when I could actually get there, then let me drop my car off early so I could get to work on time. They waited until I could get there after work and waited for me to come back when my window was acting funny. Not only that but they did all of this for less than the cost of my insurance deductible. I hope I never have to replace glass again but if I do I know where Ill go.

Great business from start to finish. The receptionist is very helpful and sweet. I called right at their open time and no one answered. Thought Id call in a few minutes again when they were settled in. But just a couple minutes later, I got a call from them! They got me in the same day; much better price quote than others around town; and it took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield...I was shocked! Also, I am leery of mechanics/auto repair, because I dont know enough on the subject to stand firm with some of them. But I didnt feel any of that with these guys. CNC did a great job of replacing the windshield on my 2018 Traverse at half the price Safelite quoted. They were courteous and on time. And, if that wasnt enough, the very next week I got a huge rock chip in the new windshield and they came out the next day and repaired it at no charge!!! These guys know the meaning of customer service!
