I was traveling across the country and and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I chose Kwik Kar because of their 5 star reviews, and Im adding another one. They were able to get me in same day, asked my preference on oil type, and gave me a list of upcoming maintenance based on the mileage on my SUV. They were fast and professional, the cost was more than fair and less than I expected, and my only complaint is that the shop isnt several hundred miles closer to my home!

The matriarch of the company was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about her cat Elizabeth. Tanner was very helpful; they did a great job. Being a single mother I would love to find somewhere that has a coupon and a little less expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend Kwik Kar on Greenhills Road & I would go back again. I felt like they treated me fairly and they were honest.

At first everyone was very nice and welcoming. I was told over the phone and in the store that my oil change would only take 30 minutes or less. 1.5 hours later and watching employees stand around not working on my car or others and then trying to sell me on other services my car needed was unacceptable. When your promised 30 min and you wait with your kid 1.5 hours is not ok at all. Then when I asked about the hold up or if they are able to apply some kind of discount I get no and sorry response only... So paid my $83 for an oil change only and left... Family owned business with high prices and they do not stick to a guaranteed window of service, expect to wait longer and watch no one work. I was willing to over look this problem if they were will to accept they messed up by taking 3 times longer then expected and maybe gave me a 10% discount or something for the inconvenience but they did not even attempt to keep my services for the feature. So I do not recommend this place.

I had my 2011 Expedition inspected here. The guys here are super friendly. Nice clean office. They do have an office cat so if you are allergic I would recommend some Allegra or go somewhere else. She is just as friendly as the guys that work there.

I was recommended to head towards this place from another friend of mine to fix the brakes on my car. The guys at the front desk were nice and attentive to my cars situation. Not only were they able to fix my rear brakes but they also noticed an oil change was due and asked if I would like it changed prior to doing it. This is my first day driving my car since getting it from the shop and it’s running very well. Thank you guys!

My dad brought his car here and wasn’t happy with the service. Brought in for one thing that was very misleading and ended up replacing his whole ac on a 2007. The car’s not worth what we paid for ac. Then they argue with him about it until they kick him out of the lot and proceed to make fun of him in the garage (yeah I was listening with the windows down in the car behind him). He has heart issues. I got to watch him nonstop now they have him so worked up. Avoid at all costs unless you’re enemy is asking for a suggestion then here ya go.

Im always worried about the cost when I leave my car to get worked on, but they told me right away how much it would be before starting any repairs, unlike other places Ive gone to. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and showed interest into how my day was going. Although I needed to have more done on my vehicle than I was expecting, the mechanic, I believe his name is Tanner, was honest about what was going on with my vehicle, letting me know what absolutely needed to be done, in order for my car to operate safely, and what should to be done, but wasn’t absolutely crucial at this point in time. They did not pressure me to get anything done, in order to make a little extra money, and they allowed me to feel in control of the decision to best fit my financial situation. All in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend giving Kwik Kar your business!

Where do I begin?? I purchased a vehicle from Kwik Kar a couple of years ago and they were fantastic to work with. 💕 I recently purchased a newer vehicle and took it to Valvoline for an oil change, a week later my oil light was on so we took it back and they topped it off and told us there were no problems 🤔 I called Randy and told him about it along with a need for brakes. He scheduled me for the following Monday morning, we dropped the car off and within 2 hours I had a diagnosis and a price quote, 2 hours later it was done! My oil change w/ Kwik Kar cost about $40 less than what I paid at Valvoline and it was done right. Excellent service, great family owned business!! I will use them for all of my automotive needs moving forward 💯

You generally need to make an appointment to get in but once you do, they do a great job! Super quick, very honest & no big upsells. The sweet kitty in the waiting room will keep you company while your sipping on your free coffee while you wait. My last oil change ended up costing a few dollars LESS than what they quoted on the phone.

Love these guys. They always tells me how it is. They show me my issues and repairs rather than just telling me. They’ve always explained everything in detail and I’ve never left unsure of what they did. Really reasonable pricing too. Hard to find decent people and decent prices but they’ve got both!

I had a tire problem that several big name shops would touch because of the size and age of my tires. Called Kwik Kar on a referral, they got me schedule for the very next morning. The issue was NOT an issue for these guys! I had direct interaction with 3 guys, they we all polite and courteous, they had questions, I answered them, I was back on the road in 30min tire issue was resolved! I will most definitely be back!

Was told at another place that my brakes were bad along with my drums and rotors. Said it was going to be $1400 to fix. Took it to these fine people and said that I have no issues and have several thousand miles left on my brakes. Said when they test drove it they notice alignment was off and would fix it for a good price. Won’t go anywhere else for maintenance on my vehicles

I went to get my car inspected here. They were very nice and professional. I had no issues!

I just went in for an inspection but I have had them do more - over the last 2 yrs I have been taking my vehicles there. I dont know if I am always talking to the same guy or not but it doesnt matter - they just talk to me like a normal human being clear and simple. I dont have to know the intricacies of a drive train chassis or whatever, doesnt matter theyre all nonsense words to me. That specific type of good communication is not that hard, but its hard to find. Anyway, I have gotten nothing but good advice (helped me find cool tires for my Jeep, poor guy ha) and I dont nickel-and-dime check them (anymore) because price has always been fair.

I dropped my car off since I wasn’t in a hurry to pick it up. Randy kept me updated on what was going on. They even took the time to get me a quote on some work I was wanting to get done. I have used them with my last car and they are great to work with.

I did a lot of research before choosing this place. It is family oriented and welcoming. My dad just recently passed and I inherited his truck. Well it definitely was in some major work. I brought it here and Tanner given me a full list that needed to be done. Surprisingly I knew half the stuff it needed to be done. The other stuff I made sure I asked the right questions to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off. Needless to say I know my way around a vehicle. The one thing I noticed was that they had me deal with the same person the whole time my truck was in the shop (which I thought was cool). Secondly, Tanner was realistic about the price, when, and how much time they needed to fix this truck. You could tell the effort him and his team put into (they even did the little things I wanted done because I could not do it myself do to the emotional state I was in). It took about 3 weeks but I had another car to ride with. They did everything I asked them to do. Even the little things. They even have a car essential oils spray that smells awesome!! They even do inspections. Thirdly, I felt no discrimination from Tanner for being a woman and being black. I did not feel as though I was taken advantage of. Anyways, they have my service for life or until I move!!

It took awhile after I got there for my appointment for them to work on my car but after they pulled it in for an alignment it didn’t take long at all. They allowed me to go into the shop and look at my car and they told me what they were doing. It was really cool. He offered to do some other things if I wanted as well. The patio area is nice to chill out at while you wait. I will be back!

They were very kind but my only concern was time, the website said an oil change/ checkup took routinely 30 minutes so I chose to drop it off at 1 since I worked at 2. I usually don’t mind things running long and dropped it off 5 minutes ahead of time. But it wasn’t finished and rung up until a little past 2.Other than that, they were kind and did a great job! Kwik Kar was great as usual! Called on Monday to set up an appointment for an oil change the next day. Was there on time and was out in about a half hour. The amount was very reasonable and everyone was courteous and professional. I only take my vehicle to Kwik Kar, i highly recommend them.

KwikKar is my favorite place to go when I need anything done on my car. They always do an excellent job on my car and I am always left satisfied. Although they may be a bit more pricey than other places, I am willing to pay because I know my car will get taken care of!
