This collision center is by far the best! Unfortunately my car ended up being a total, but the communication that Blake provides is amazing! I had a lot of issues with the insurance company, progressive! But Blake went above the extra mile to explain things and help me she even came out in the rain to help me get my license plates off. I hope I never need a collision shop again but if I do I know Blake has my back!

No one wants to be a return customer to a body shop, wed rather have our cars never be damaged. But if you find yourself in that unfortunate situation, this is the place to go. They are honest and do good work. They have an Enterprise rental office on site. They have good relationships with the Toyota, Nissan, GMC, and Honda dealers nextdoor, so you can shop for a new car if you need to replace your damaged vehicle.

Seriously a great place to take your car for repairs. I have never been in an accident before and was rear ended while in a complete stop. When insurance company finally came through, i recently picked this shop to take my suburban. They dealt with everything, insurance and rental car company, for me. They did an amazing job and now my vehicle is running better and looks better than it did when i first purchased it. They also detailed the inside on top of that and i will definitely be back for any future repairs etc.

Great place to get collision work done! Chris was especially helpful working with my insurance to match prices for aftermarket with original parts. Service was done a day earlier than expected. Enterprise in the facility was also especially helpful. Reed collision center took care of all my needs and then some. After they were done fixing repairs they washed and cleaned my car. To top it all off they gave me a chocolate bar to thank me for the business. Wonderful experience! Will definitely be recommending them. Great service!!!

Great collision repair with greater customer service. I have had my truck in twice and my wifes car once. All work was professional and some of the best communication I have experienced. They consistantly call me with updates on where my vehicle is during the process of repair. They even went the extra mile and gave me a ride back to my apartment when I dropped my truck off.

Boy was I mistaken. My car was ready in approximately 3 days and looked great.Since I am a perfectionist, I had one minor concern. I have several reasons to appreciate this dealership...the collision ctr has always gone above and beyond my expectations with regards to issues pertaining to my vehicles...Mother nature has been brutal @ times with hail damage and of course the deer stories....The last one was when my 2009 GMC Sierra met a buck on 169 Hwy south of St Joe. My truck was in bad shape close to 17K in damages but Chris King and his staff fixed that truck like it had just come off the assembly line...I work for the GM automaker and I have very high quality standards, the Randy Reed Collision Ctr exceeded those standards. I sold that truck 2 yrs ago to one of their great Service Advisors and when hes ready to sell it I will buy it back because I know the truck was put back together just as good as it was when I bought it as a new vehicle.....I give the entire dealership my highest regards from the parts dept, service dept, sales and of course the entire staff....I truly feel blessed as a part of their family when I walk in.....

When I went to Reed Buick GMC Collision because thats where Hyundai send you when your car needs worked on four times in one year I went there the first time I went there were great nice if something was wrong theyd fix it that kind of thing well after a couple times if I wasnt satisfied with something they get mad at me and say we sent it to the best people blah blah blah this and that and that wasnt true because I took pictures of my car before it went in and when they told me they were going to get it professionally detailed off of North Oak it looked exactly the same way and have the same spots in it as it did when I dropped it off and because I questioned him about that he got mad at me because I was smarter than he was and he acted like he was against women knowing what theyre talkin about and I dont like

The estimate was explained well and was dead on. Bill took the initiative to point out additional damage that was caused by the accident and made sure it was covered by my insurance. It was timely, and they kept me updated with pictures throughout the process.

This place was recommended by Geico insurance and they claim to warrantee their work but I picked up my vehicle and my paint started chipping a week later and then they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault my paint was chipping when they did the work
