My car was damaged in a collision where I was not at fault . Victory Collision was the shop of choice by Geico Insurance and I can see why. Excellent repair job in good time. I was treated like a very special person. I was provided a very nice car which was vital because of my wife’s injuries in another accident. I needed a vehicle to accommodate her needs which cost twice as much to rent. Geico and Enterprise provided the car and covered the extra cost. The little Lizard kept his word😊👍

I had to put duck tape on my car after I picked it up from VC in late November.The right head light cover kept falling off because it wasnt on securely. The mechanic, Randy, did a mediocre job on my vehicle. I had to report it to Geico and VC called me to let me know I have to return my car back to them because their mechanic forgot to do a repair on my initial estimate! I dont understand how he forgot to do all repairs on my vehicle, when my car was in their shop for three days! Thats not ok and is upsetting to hear.I appreciate the loaner car, but the flat tire was a problem. The dashboard kept reading low air because of the rear, left tire. After I aired the tires on the same Wednesday I picked up the loaner, I discovered that tire had no closure. A group of men and I tried to change the tire with the spare, but the car didnt have the specific tools in the trunk to change the brand of tire. Instead, we were told to look at the cars manual in the glove compartment to figure out how to change the flat?! That was another situation. I paid money out of pocket for a both a tow and a tire replacement. I was reimbursed by VC. However, I dont appreciate one of the employees, I think his name is Tyler, telling me to wait until a Monday to speak with someone from auto during an emergency like that. Mary apologized for the issues and inconvenience with the loaner car.I visited yesteday and was confronted by this guy for trespassing and assault. In addition to him falsely accusing my sister of the same false claims. Afterward he threatened to call the police to escort us of Victory Collisions property. I tried to leave once I got my property from the loaner car, but the Daren focused his attention too much on arguing with my sibling. You approached us and then played victim when we retaliated?! Then you take a picture of my cars license plate? You all have all my info at your shop. I have a picture of him.Also, the red Ford loaned to me yesterday needed an oil change! But Gary and Mary still loaned me the car, without telling me. After my first experience with the first loaner, you give me a car that needs an oil change?! Thats demented! And Gary proceeded to ask me how I planned to go home yesterday after I came back to return the loaner car. My car was in a parking lot at the rear of their garage. Geico called me to update me on news with my car. That the cost value to repair the Camry was greater than the actual value of the car. But I told Geico Id keep the title and car. Gary never called me like he told me he would in his office yesterday to update me on plans with my car. My car just sat in their rear parking lot at Victory. I went home with my Camry, Gary. That car wasnt staying in your shop. Ill never visit this shop again.

If you wanna take your car here for body work they will not do a full job and they do not pay attention to detail at all. So if you want a that a do shop this a your place.
