I went there recently with my grandmother to pick up her car. She had been in an accident & the insurance company referred her to Hendrick Collision for the repairs. Everyone there was very nice & professional. The lobby was very nice! My daughter & I appreciated complimentary Lamars donuts. I would recommend this place. Her car looks & runs great again. Insurance covered the bill, but charges seemed reasonable. I will be keeping them in mind if I ever end up needing similar repairs.

Slow service, had to wait a while to get an available register. But everyone there was super nice, and helped us out.

The professionalism and quality here is unmatched. Paul was fantastic. He reached out once he got the assignment, sent texts throughout updating me on the status and personally called me when repairs were complete. Linda was so friendly as I wrapped up my paperwork and took care of my deductible. Returning my rental was painless as Enterprise is right upstairs! As an insurance professional Im so glad weve been referring clients for years and will now do so more frequently since Ive been through the process myself. 11 out of 10. All of you should be proud of the work you do.

Everyone there is very professional, courteous and trustworthy. The parts that were ordered came in faster than anticipated. All the work was beautifully done and completed on time, as promised. And the price was very fair. The car now looks as good as new, which exceeded my expectations. Overall great service and very friendly people to do business with.Also, a nice bonus is having Enterprise Rental in the same building.

Chose Hendrick b/c USAA had it on its approved list of service companies. Went in for my estimate, and Tim got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Brought my car back in on its scheduled day and rented from Enterprise upstairs. Hendrick finished my repairs a day earlier than quoted, and when I came to pick it up, Tim again went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their work. Highly recommend!!

Hendricks Collision did a GREAT job repairing the damage to my car from a parking lot fender bender. The repair was absolutely perfect, and I don’t say that lightly. Ken Jacobson, the Service Advisor, was courteous, friendly, professional. He answered all my questions promptly and completely. The staff up front were all courteous, pleasant, and prompt. On top of all this, the job was completed two days early! There is no doubt that Hendricks Collision will be my first choice should I need a body repair again.

Needing body work amd dealing with insurance after a collision is no fun. But I couldn’t have been more impressed with Hendrick Collision Center. I have to admit that it feels weird to have a *beyond exceptional* experience at an auto body shop, but what makes it even weirder for me is that Ive had that same *beyond exceptional* experience the 5+ times Ive been here, regardless if it was a simple or complex visit (and by *beyond exceptional* I mean: I feel so good about the entire experience that I actually talk about it for days after its done & who does that with an auto body experience??). I finally decided to take the time to write this review bc they deserve it. For this latest visit, not only did they get me in the same day I called (4 days faster than the dealer could do), they also helped me get my car there, then were HALF (yes HALF) the price of having this same repair at the dealer. And its not that this body shop is cheap (they arent; their pricing is fair & what youd expect to pay), but its just that the alternative is becoming ridiculous – some dealerships have really started inflating their prices to the point of it feeling unethical. Ive always worked with Tony (the GM) so maybe that has something to do with my experience, but since hes in charge, Im guessing his entire team goes off his vibe – and hes the nicest guy ever too. I just cant imagine going anywhere else if they are capable of doing whatever I need.

After horrible experiences with another glass repair company, this company made my auto glass claim stress free. Wayne Mallot was my primary contact-courteous, professional, responsive, and diligent in locating my OEM glass for my 2021 vehicle in the midst of a pandemic with shortages. Accommodated my requested day and time. Receptionist and manager also were exceedingly friendly & helpful. Although we hopefully will not have much need for their services, we will not be using any other company for auto-related issues.

My expectations are rarely exceeded but they were with this company. Brought my car in after hitting a deer and it came out better than it looked before I even met the deer. Everything was really fast efficient communication was great! I never went a day without knowing how things were proceeding and the lounge has free non-alcoholic drinks the people that work there are super friendly and its like its their pleasure to serve you. I felt like a king and they even cleaned the inside of my car before they gave it back.

Researching different shops around Kansas City led me to Hendrick with a lot of positive feedback on their service and quality of work. In my case not only was my repair done accurately other parts that were previously unnoticed at the time of taking the car in were corrected due to Hendrick doing a thorough job in inspecting the car and replacing all parts needed. So far I have nothing but good to say about their service and quality of work. I will probably update with an additional comment based on how well the paint holds up in another 6 to 9 months. Highly recommend these guys! Job well done!

We needed a windshield replacement and an oil change. They were willing to deliver the car after the work was finished. This helped out a lot.

We have used Hendrick Collision of KC a handful of times over the past 10 years. They have a friendly And well educated staff. The building is always clean and the wait time is short. The advisors that I have worked with kept me in the loop while my car moved along in the shop and they were very helpful each time we needed anything. They also have an enterprise onsite which is super helpful! We wouldn’t trust our vehicles anywhere else.

First off I want to thank Paul Retter for taking care of me from the very start. I brought my 2015 BMW 328i in due to a bad rock chip on my hood. He dealt with the insurance company and talked me through the whole process. On top of that I ended up having them fix a dent in my door as well. The job him and his team did was great. The stripped the entire hood and repaired the dent in the hood and repainted. They did a paintless repair of the dent on the door and you cant even tell anything hit it. The hood looks amazing like it just rolled out of the factory. I called Paul up again (today 9-1-2020) several weeks after the repair was finished because I noticed that the hood was rubbing against the fender. He took my car in the same day and fixed the problem. After talking with Paul about a recent run in with a pothole it was most likely the impact from the pothole that shifted the fender and caused the problem but they fixed it at no cost to me. If I ever need work done again I will be calling Paul and his team. Paul was great to deal with and I recommend everyone call him.

I brought my Volvo in for bodywork based on the referral of my local dealership. The staff was wonderful. Communication was above par through the entire process. My car was finished exactly when they said it would be. The work was great. My car looks brand new. I would use them again. Highly recommended!

Just came a bit short of my expectations. Gary was very nice but a Friday finish turned into a following Tuesday after the painter called in “sick” conveniently after the Chiefs AFC championship loss. Upon inspecting the final job in the sun, I found a few big, obvious defects in the paint. These were obvious so the QC was not in tact. What a bummer.

They are so professional! And my car looked like new after they were done!

Rude is the only way I can describe the way I was treated from the minute I walked in the door. I hit a tire tread in the middle of the highway and was shaken by the whole situation, from the time I called before getting my car towed to getting my keys back I dealt with one person, Doug. I love that it was a one person contact. He kept me updated every step of the way. He dealt with the insurance company which isn’t necessarily the easiest. It was maybe 2 wks. The service at Lexus generally speaking is always impeccable, hence the reason you never see one on the side of the road. I wouldn’t buy or go anywhere else.

I left my vehicle after an accident and was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism by the staff.I rented a car from Hertz and really wish I had used the Enterprise location located at Hendrick Collision. It is much easier to trade out cars by using this location.The repair work done was fantastic and they even polished up my leather seats.

Upon inquiry about a frame alignment Scott Mendenhall from Hendrick has informed me that ...we are a full service collision center with a business model of repairing vehicles from post-collision through the finished product. Meaning they will not repair your vehicle unless you pay them to deliver a finished, road ready vehicle. I happen to have all of the undamaged panels and parts required to complete my vehicle, but simply need professional frame work. They denied me service because I wont pay them to replace parts which already exist in my garage. I understand the need to protect your profit and your reputation, but there was no obvious indication on the website that Hendrick does not do piece meal work. Hopefully I can find another frame shop who will take my money for honest work.

Professional, honest, trustworthy and quality is second to none. Have only used when dealing with insurance but would not hesitate to work with them if all out of pocket.

They really have impressed me this last go around. Had my roof replaced there and began experiencing a leak. They put me in a rental and took my car apart to determine it was a mice nest blocking a drain. They repaired the car and carpets at no charge. I am always happy to take the car there but this time blew me away.

Tim and the staff were great, and Im pleased and appreciative with the work. The only hang-up I have is that I was told the vehicle would be done by Wednesday, so I scheduled my rental vehicle to Wednesday, thinking I could turn it in, pick up my car, and be on my way. Well, I found out on Wednesday morning that while my vehicle would be ready that day, it wouldnt be until later in the afternoon, well into my shift at work. Ready by and Ready on are fine differences that took a decent contribution out of my wallet to get to/from work. Outside of that, great work.

From start to finish, customer service was excellent and the process was very easy. My car looks great and was ready when promised. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do, Ill definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car. It is a 2011 Chevy Cruze that had front end damage. It took 6 working days to repair the car just as the adjuster told me (Ken. And it looks wonderful, it looks as if nothing had happened to it. The staff was kind and courteous, even other adjusters were courteous The waiting area was clean, the restroom was clean. I like that they had cold bottle water in this hot weather. Thank you for taking care of my car!!!

This place is AWFUL! We dropped our truck off on a Saturday at the collision center and I had to call on Friday to find out what was going on. When we picked it up it didnt have all the parts (wheel flares and center cap), the vent shade had not been reinstalled and the hood still had primer on it. When we called to tell them that, they told us we would have to rent another car because they would not provide one. Not to mention the transmission on our 2016 Silverado with $43K miles went out, and after them rebuilding the trans with a new torque converter it still doesnt run correctly. We will NEVER buy another vehicle here or use the service dept or collision center. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT COMING HERE.I’m giving Hendricks Collision center 2 stars because of how my car is now. I was side swiped all along on my passenger side. I looked at many shops because I want my car fixed by a shop that has quality. I was wrong. I have nothing again the claims rep Paul. He was nice, and prompt with how the procedure will go. I’m a professional detail at the highest quality detail shop in Kansas City. I know my car like the back of my hand. I know every scratch, dent, etc. Some may think I’m picky or hard to deal with, but I’m just a person that has high standards when it comes to my car. I want to start off with the body work. It was really amazing. Didn’t look like someone side swiped me at all. The painter on the other hand didn’t cover the parts of my car that should of, so the amount of over spray on my car was terrible. I was told it was ready and I left work early and came and I saw that my car was scratched from the person who washed it and the terrible over spray and also to find that somehow the employees put a mile on my car. That didn’t make sense to me because even if they had to pull it in or out, it shouldn’t be a mile so I assume they drove it more then I’m comfortable with. I went in and had Paul come out and show him that I was severely disappointed with the work down to my car. I showed him the over spray, the scratches that never were there before I brought it to them. I also showed him the paint scuffs on the front quarter panel that I told him about from day one and they didn’t even fix it. They charged my insurance for it but didn’t fix it the first time till after I told him about it. He asked me to leave it with them another day to fix they’re screw up and told me they would pay for the rental on there behalf and not my insurance. I agreed and when they delivered my car to my work they still didn’t get all the over spray off, the amouth of scratches were kind visible because of the wax or glaze they put on it. Didn’t even try to fix the scratches they put in my paint, just simply hide it till I washed my car. Then after I washed my car. I cleaned the inside and I noticed the decent scraps on my door on the passenger side that were never there. Now I’m going to fix their screw up on my time because I trusted them to fix it the second time and they couldn’t even do that. Then to top it off my insurance emailed me that they were changed for another day on the rental that Paul from Hendricks said they would cover on their own dime. Also charged them more money on fixing the quarter panel that they didn’t fix the first time. I suggest you get body work done there but not paint work from there because they can’t seem to handle covering areas that should be. Plus they will wash your car and put really bad scratches in your paint and your cars paint will look worst then ever. Also keep an eye on your miles just incase.
