5 stars is simply not enough for Venus! I hit a pothole on the freeway that completely destroyed my tire. I was driving cross country, so for me this was a crisis. I stopped into Venus completely desperate, and they seemingly dropped what they were doing to help me. They replaced two of my tires on the spot and I could not be more grateful. Very kind, professional, and small town service in a big city. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!

I was in a bind in an unfamiliar city and read the reviews to Venus Automotive. Every review I read was a good review so I took a chance, they were easy to work with and upfront about what was wrong with my car. They did not try to upsale or charge me for uneccessary. They did not try to take advantage and were quick and had me back in shape to drive three hours home in no time at all. Thank you Venus Automotive.

I think this was the owner (older guy) that came out to help me, they were closing and he came to look at my car anyway (so sweet😊) so he didnt fix it but he taped the part back together until I could come back. ❤❤❤

I had my car towed her after B&H quoted me $589 to repair my pinch weld. I called John and he told me it was an easy job that would cost $125. B&H had told me it would take a couple of days. Venus had my car done in a few hours! They were professional, kind, and easy to work with. Out the door I spent $125! If I have any other body repairs I will be going back to Venus. I highly recommend them.

The customer service needs a huge improvement. The female at the front desk was extremely rude when I questioned her about leaving my car in front of their property with the doors unlocked. The service they provided may be good, but the lack of customer service is not worth it. This is a profession, there are plenty of other companies that can do the same job with respect. Would have given no stars if I could. Please correct your clerk/cashier.

About 6 months ago I took one of my 24 Chrome Wheels, which had a crack, to Venus. John did a stupendous job repairing it! Plus, he got my low profile tires for about $60 LESS than what Ive been paying! This is the ONLY place Ill be going for my WHEELS! Dropping another one off today!

Dont take your your car any where else. Last time I had work Doe there I thought the price was fair. When I picked the car up I thought the work was above and beyond. The last time I took my car to a dealer I got over charged for shoddy work

I dont know why they are called a body shop. Theyre some of the best mechanics around for late model vehicles. My 1999 Chevy van was put into superdrive and could out perform almost every vehicle across country throughout the mountainsides, in snow, and hot weather too- with exceptional gas milage. Magntic!

Honest mechanics who helped me with my car promptly. I needed a new battery and car had to be towed. John even tightened my steering wheel belt at no additional charge, and made sure I exited safely from shop. Will definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

I had an accident in December and had a very difficult time getting answers from my car insurance agent. After someone recommended Venus, I called them and asked a lot of questions. (I had never made a claim before.) The woman I talked to was very patient and gave me more information then the agent did. They got the job done for the same amount as the claim, even though it did require additional labor that had not been taken into account and they did a great job. When I picked it up, everyone was super nice. Its a stressful situation to be in, and it makes a world of difference when you are treated well. Very much recommended!!

TOOK A SET OF DUALLY WHEELS FROM 1980 THEY WERE NOT CLEANED IN PROBALLY 15 YEARS, AND LIVED ON A FARM IT WASNT TILL I TOOK A PRESSURE WASHER TO THEM THAT I SAW THEY WERE ALUMINUM,WHEN THEY GOT DONE OTHER THAN DEEP SCRATCHES THEY LOOKED LIKE NEW I WAS IN DIS BELIEF. Extremely fast and proficient. I brought my car in for an estimate on a monday afternoon and they scheduled me to have the scratched bumper painted and back to me by tuesday afternoon. They did a great paint job!

At the urging of our friend DJ who had nothing but 30 years of praise for this establishment, I decided to get my daughters car back on the road, then my wife and finally I needed John the owners expertise. It was nothing but a 100% success story for all 3 of our vehicles.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! They deserve NO stars. I took my car in for hail damage on Monday and was told it would be done Friday. I call Friday afternoon to confirm and was told yes it will be ready! My parents drove an hour to pick me up and take me to Venus just to be told my car wasnt done and that it actually wasnt even there, it was at another shop getting PDR work done and to come back tomorrow. The least they couldve done was call me so my parents wouldnt have to make that drive or better yet they could have told me WHEN I CALLED THAT SAME DAY! It gets worse... Picked my car up Saturday and noticed the chrome on my inside door handle was cracked and peeling off. In NO WAY was it messed up when I dropped it off. John has the nerve to say he will superglue it back on! No way! So he ordered a new handle. Go back to get it replaced and he put in a metal handle that doesnt even look like it fits in the door! He then tells me thats the only door handle they sell due to the plastic ones that were originally in my car having to many issues! He then argues with me saying he only replaced it bc he didnt have my car done in time and was just doing me this favor bc his staff DID NOT break the handle! So I leave and call 2 dealerships to confirm and they both said he lied, that they actually DO STILL CARRY THE ORIGINAL DOOR HANDLES!!! Now I have to buy my own and pay to get it put on! They are liars and do bad business! Im out more money thanks to this place! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

HORRIBLE! Owner lied to my son and ruined his 1200.00 Motorcycle tires. Owner explained to me that the tire might have a tiny wiggle maybe couple of cratches. He burned the wheels so bad that the red wheels are now 1/4 black. Did not attemt to paint over the burned marks and told my son he did not do painting, however when i dropped the tires off in the back of the shop is a painting room and in the bathroom there was paiting products. All in all this owner of this company is a liar and cheat and does very shabby work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER SHOP TO GO TO.
