Prestige is absolutely the best body shop we’ve ever used. We hit a deer on the highway (yikes!) at 4 am on the way to an early flight out of KCI, and it caused extensive damage from bumper to bumper. One of the doors even had to be entirely replaced. Alex and Chris and the team were professional, honest and did a beautiful job. They do terrific work and stand behind it, and kept us informed along the way. Best of all, the car looks like new again! They did everything as promised and just right, even handled coordinating with our insurance company. Excellent work! As a result of a car crash involving my fairly new Toyota Camry, I needed someone who would restore the front of the car to its previous state. The car had a pretty rare trim, so I was worried it could be challenging to have everything the way it was. Fortunately, I was assured by Alex, the owner, that the car will be like new. As promised, the front of the car was fully repaired in a timely manner bringing back its original look. All the sensors and everything have been calibrated ensuring there were no other issues. All the communication with the insurance company was handled by Alex. Prestige Auto did an excellent job of restoring my 2018 Honda Accord to a state even better than before the accident. My front driver’s side experienced significant mechanical damage in the steering and suspension systems leaving the car undrivable. The crew at Prestige were able to buy all the OEM parts they needed to get the job done right. The paint matching and blending looks great. They worked directly with the other insurance company and made the whole process as easy as it could be for me. Jacob and Alex were very upfront, communicative, and professional. And not only did they wash the entire outside of my car, they detailed the inside too! They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Absolute professionals from start to finish. My 2020 Jeep had a run-in with a delivery truck and resulted with a huge gash across the back quarter panel of my vehicle. Prestige was great from the time I reached out (a referral from a buddy of mine) all the way to when I picked it up completely detailed out. They did every part of the job right and exceeded any of the manufacturers recommendations and specs. They walked me through what was going to be needed to do it right and then backed it up with pictures from the timeline of work. Down to matching the paint, which took multiple samples, to get it exactly right. There was a delay on a small plastic clip and they could have easily zip-tied it. Id have never of known but they called me up ahead of time and gave me the rundown of the situation. Even explaining that it was going to delay my ability to pick it up by a day. They could have slammed it together and Id have never of known the difference but they called me, owned the misstep (not their fault either) and got it done ASAP. This is my first review of a business and I could not give a better endorsement of a local business that does the best quality work and takes care of their customers. If you care about your car and keeping its value go with this shop and dont give it another thought.

I needed to get a challenging repair done out of pocket on an exposed carbon fiber roof from a C7 Corvette. I found Prestige after searching for shops that were certified on luxury and performance brands.Most body shops act like youre bothering them if you come in with anything besides a run of the mill insurance repair. Alex and his guys were not like that at all. They were very professional and respectful. They let me know right at the start that it may not be possible to fully repair my part due to the nature of the damage. They were more interested in making sure I was educated and satisfied than they were with taking my money.I decided to go ahead with the repair, and the results exceeded my expectations. The only way I could have gotten better results would have been to buy a brand new roof at 3-4 times the cost. The clearcoat still wouldnt have been as nice as what Prestige turned out. Its mirror smooth.Prestige is going to be at the top of my list if anyone asks for recommendations for paint and body work.

I was extremely pleased with Prestige on the job they did repairing my Audi A4 after a driver backed into me. They repaired the bumper, replaced a headlight and hood. The color matching is fantastic and they take the time to paint the parts off the car so there isnt any hard lines on the rest of the body. Prestige was amazing! I took off the side mirror on my Subaru Outback. I didnt want to go through insurance for this reason. Prestiges offer was over $100 less than the Subaru dealer. About 10 months ago, someone backed into and mashed the right side of my car. I went to Prestige Auto Collision and 2 other places for estimates for the insurance company. I chose Prestige because of their responsiveness and reasonable charges. They did the work on time and the results were excellent - the car looked as good as new. A few months later, someone dented the back of my wifes car. So we went to Prestige Auto again, and again they did an excellent job. I especially like their service - they always answer the phone in person and are ready to explain what is needed.

About a year ago we totaled our only car. This happened at about the worst possible time for us and we had massive financial pressure even without the cost of purchasing a new vehicle.The gentleman we worked with (sorry I cant recall your name) went far above and beyond what we would have expected. He saw that we were having a hard time and even though he didnt know our situation he provided a path for us to get our car out and back home paying only minimal fees for their work. If you are thinking about using Prestige......DO IT! Alex treated us like royalty. Our 2014 F-150 was smashed by a tree that blew down in a storm. I luckily stumbled upon Prestige through a web search. Let me start off with the fact that I am anal about my equipment. I keep my vehicles in A+ condition and expect quality repairs to be done to OEM standards. Prestige exceeded my expectations and went above what is industry standard. The roof was replaced on my truck. Instead of only clear coating what could be accessed easily, Alex and his crew removed the box and did the entire cab. Alex did this because it is the right way to do it. Prestiges paint had virtually no orange peel......the factorys paint did. Alex buffed the entire vehicle to make the job look seamless. I have gone over this vehicle with a fine toothed comb since I got it back and have yet to find any signs of poor workmanship. We were so impressed with the quality of work, we dropped off our 2013 Focus for repairs as well. I took my 2015 scat pack challenger...and I admit I was nervous! The paint job on my car seemed like it was going to be a challenge itself! But, to my surprise Alex and his team did a super job! It is often said: You get what you pay for. Most of the time that is true. Sometimes you get honked and get less than what you paid for, and then, in rare occasions, you get MORE than what you paid for. In my association with Prestige Auto KC, the later is exactly what happened. A deer did a hit an run on the side of my Ford Edge while I was stopped! I researched collision repair facilities and found Prestige Auto Collision at the top of the reviews, both Google and Angies List. I called and made an appointment with Alex for an estimate. Long story longer here...they were so friendly and professional. He was able to remain w/in USAAs allocated amount for the repair, and even got me a NEW FORD fender and bumper cover (not used/aftermarket) as the insurance company stipulated, AND was able to blend the paint on the door and other fender to make my Edge look better than new. Ya, I know, youre asking how can it be any better than new. Well, since you ask, Ill tell you. The original plastic bumper cover that came with the vehicle was not quite the same color blue as the hood/fenders. I dont know how that happened, but it did. It was just a touch lighter in shade. NOT ANY MORE. It matches exactly, the Edge now looks awesome. BOTTOM LINE: If your insurance company will let you work with Prestige Auto Collision....DO IT. Even if you have to pay a small amount out of pocket, (which Alex will work very hard to not happen) I say do it. It will be worth your $. I could not be more pleased. Thx Prestige Auto!

They definitely have my referral. Not too often do people go above and beyond my expectations but these guys do. My new bumper looked perfect, and they even cleaned the whole car.

Please, go here to fix your car! Alex is the most professional and reinsuring person you will first talk to. OEM parts, beautiful body work, and SURPRISE, they arent trying to rip you off! In fact, they might save you some money. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. The ratings dont lie!

Could not be more pleased with Alex and the team at Prestige. They want to do things the right way and they go to bat for you with the insurance company to get things done the proper way. On Good Friday, I wrecked the front of my Cadi. I had it towed to a body shop in Grandview that claimed to be the best. My Brother started me on a little research for my repair, which resulted in me feeling handled by this particular shop. I googled Auto Body Repair shops and found Prestige. I read the RAVE reviews online and decided to call. IMMEDIATELY, Alex explained some things the other shop didnt and told me he would take care of me. THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. He sent the tow truck for my car at no cost to me and then patiently guided me through everything. (Never even seeing my face!) My out of pocket expense was HALF the cost of the other company and my car LOOKS and DRIVES EXCELLENT! He even touched up a couple of scratches that I already had!! Alex and his Team are TRULY HEAVEN SENT and THE BEST in the business!! I CAN’T THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH!!

My brand NEW 2013 Fiat 500 with only 8k was in a hit & run accident. I thought my car wont drive or look like a new car no more. I dropped it off to Prestige Auto KC, best reviewed body shop in KC. To my surprise and being as picky person as I am, Alex was very knowledgeable to walk me threw point by point on how the repairs will be handled with comforting words(a first thought) and I quote Once repairs are completed your Fiat will look like new. This was an insurance claim repair with a two week repair time estimate where Prestige Auto KC was able to complete the repair in a little over a week with a promised expectations. My 2013 Fiat 500 looks and drives like NEW. Seamless transition between body parts and precision fitting that matched all gaps between body parts throughout the car.Wish this review had a photo posting capability. I would post a pictures of my Fiat the day of the purchase, the day of the accident, and the day I picked it up from Prestige Auto KC.I would highly recommend Prestige Auto KC for any body work or collision repair.

Based on the very positive Google reviews, I called Alex after I was rear-ended. I found him and his entire operation to be very professional and I will definitely go to them again if needed and recommend them to friends/family. They picked up my car from my house when I found it had a dead battery, charged it up for the repairs and did an analysis - all free of charge. During the repairs, Alex kept me up-to-date with voicemails and email which was really convenient. He even found ways to save me some money by re-using perfectly good parts the estimator had overlooked. Finally, they did a great job sanding and waxing the entire car to finish out the new panels and it looks better than the day I bought it! You can tell Alex has a team of craftsmen who take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. It was a pleasure dealing with them, especially under the circumstances, and I highly recommend them.
