I inadvertently left my car out front during a recent thunderstorm. Sadly, a large tree branch fell on the hood of my car. My insurance company recommended Bobs body shop (being facetious here but...really?) I insisted on going to the dealership where I purchased the car and was not disappointed. Manager here named Bruce is just awesome. Walked me through everything and took over the top care of me and my car. Will not go anywhere else for my auto body needs. Thank you Bruce and team!

I recently inherited a 2006 SSR from my stepfather who passed away I was looking for estimates on getting a front fender repaired. Apparently Northtowne body shop has no need for my business I was informed that there was only one person on staff at the time they could do estimates and it was by appointment only a process that I came to realize only takes about five minutes. Apparently this company does not need an extra thousand dollars. If Northtown auto body reaches out to me I will happily rewrite this review as long as they are willing to be the lowest bid.
Both times we’ve been to Northtowne Body Shop the past few weeks--two little fender-benders, different vehicles--we have had a *fantastic* experience. Work is done on-time and is perfectly executed. Cars are washed and prepped for delivery. Articles left in the vehicle are exactly as they were. They run a first-rate shop.
What a complete waste of my time... I definitely expected better customer service from northtown. After scheduling an appointment with the lady in the front office setting up a time to come in waiting 2 days for the opportunity to get an estimate done on my work truck which is C4500 GMC utility truck. Now anybody that deals with vehicles should know this is a very large truck after getting up to northtown for my appointment today Friday March 1st, the lady informs me that they would not be at the work on my vehicle for one they could not fit in the booth and for another their system would not allow them to even write me up an estimate. All I can do is shake my head at this ladys incompetence not knowing how to do her job whatsoever... why on Earth would you let somebody with a vehicle that could not be serviced at your business be scheduled for an appointment to get an Estimate. A big thank you for wasting several hours of my day taking off work and losing money Which in turn hurts me and my family thank you very much northtown body shop.....
I showed up at 730 this morning; 8/9/17. They claimed they didnt have anyone until 830... fail fail fail

Put. Hold three times, I was trying to get info on some body work was put on hold three times and transferred to three different ASSHOLEs in less than 5 mins.
