This company is great! They made my car look like new after hail damage. I appreciate that they got my car back to me in a timely manner. COVID has caused major delays in some parts but they were able to fix what they could right away and get my car back to me while we wait for the final parts to arrive (which we have no idea yet when that will be) so I can get back to my life. I had an accident and about half of my front bumper was gone. Went to this shop and man, what a beautiful experience. They helped me get a rental with a company through my insurance. Two weeks later, my car was done and it looked as if nothing had happened. If that wasn’t enough, they cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car. This was an amazing work from an amazing team.

I knew I was going to B Street the moment my truck was hit. They had a great word of mouth reputation (including my local dealership). I had little time to worry about my truck due to family emergencies. B Street took care of everything. They dealt with the insurance companies, turned in my rental when the work was done, and did outstanding work. They made my vehicle whole. They run a professional shop. I WILL return again if their services are needed.

We had our vehicle repaired here after it was involved in an accident. The was our first time going through a process like this. We were very glad we went with this company. Their communication was excellent. They also did everything they could to repair everything that was necessary. No matter how much trouble the insurance gave them. To make things even easier, when we showed up to pick up our car, they took our rental and took care of it. We didn’t even have to worry about going back to Enterprise.As far as the quality of the job, I grew up around a body shop. I will say that B Street Collision knows what they’re doing.

My wife hit a deer with her car the insurance company told us to take it to this place they did a fantastic job putting the car back together. And another cool features every time your car rolls to their shop they clean it for you. Their customer service is right on point. They were all friendly and willing to help with my wife get everything fixed on my car. When we got the car back it look like a brand new car.

I went there to get rid of rusted screw from my license plate so that I could replace with new one. I called them before and the lady was really nice. I didnot have to make an appointment. Once I got there, this guy told me he would drill out the screw free of cost. While trying to drill out, the head of the screw got broken, he tried bit more and told me he does not have enough tools to fix and ask me to try somewhere else. I was left with no choice beside driving my car with out license plate since the other screw was already broken by another mechanic. This four star is for the help they offered me eventhough I had to leave without license plate.

Recommended by Toyota, offices very clean, receptionist(Taylor) very professional and helpful, Rick the specialist explained the problem, what needed to be repaired, was polite, personable, friendly and professional. I felt very confident that they would do a good job. Did have to go back for an additional repair but it was fast and not too inconveniencing. Would recommend highly.

I used this business for an estimation since it was on the Insurance List. B Street Collision will not email me an estimation. I called the number on the business card and spoke with a Collision Repair Consultant and again he said, he was sending over my estimate soon. The CRC, stated, he had my file open on his desktop and still nothing. I will be choosing another companyIm feeling by the actions shown, my business isnt wanted.

I wanted to reach out to share my experience with B Street Collision Center at the Legends. I had my Honda Accord repaired for hail damage, windshield replacement and a right rear driver side quarter panel major dent. B Street did an exceptional quality job. I give them an A+ on their craftsmanship and attention to detail to the body work.However, their communication skills with the customer diffidently needs some improvement. If you do business with them, be prepared to follow up on any requests you make. I had asked them to take my Honda for oil change service (which the Legends Honda is 500 hundred feet from their collision center) after they were were finished with my car. I made all the arrangements at Honda, but someone drop the ball and didnt take the car over. I would suggest you over communication if you do business with the group.

My insurance referred me to B Street and I am glad they did! It was by far the easiest car repair experience I have ever had. The customer service was great and the repairs look excellent. They were able to knock out the work ahead of schedule and before the 4th of July holiday. I highly recommend them.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable and friendly. No car repair is done cheap but they do guarantee their work. Yes, I would recommend them to you and/or your insurance agent if you ever have a bad enough accident to either pay for all repairs yourself or because you pay for it anyway, turn the accident into your insurance company. Progressive has a network of companies they use for accident repairs, so if you use one of the companies in their network, like B Street, Progressive will also warranty all repairs. Thanks!

Where do I start? From the moment I contacted B Street collision I was greeted with A-1 customer service. Eric Murk and Angela Seidel we’re not only incredibly nice, but assured me I was in good hands. A car accident can’t be one of the most stressful curve balls that could be throw a persons way. They called me 3 times while my vehicle was in their possession. Never once was I worried that I had chosen the wrong place. Eric went over vehicle damage when I initially arrived. Made sure we were on the same page with what needed to be done. Eric did an amazing job explaining what needed to be done in terms I could understand. My Jeep was dropped off on Monday, the day after my accident. My car was ready for pick up looking like a brand new car on Friday of the same week. I can’t extend enough gratitude to these guys. The experience me and my daughter had with B Street has been nothing but kind. We turned our car in on Monday for a repair due an accident on the front part of our car, and once we recieved our car Thursday the car looked brand new! We couldnt even recognize our car! B Street was outstanding in all respects with the recent body work we had done on our Honda CRV. We were coming back from vacation and unfortunately hit a deer requiring body work on our practically new car. Vehicle was taken to shop to repair paint flaw. No complaints on the paint job, but a couple items were stolen from my vehicle. So, could not recommend.

Went in to get an estimate to have driver side mirror replaced and was quoted almost $500 and told need to have car 2 days or more. I said its JUST a mirror. Man claimed he would check for used part and email me a price but its a week later and i went to someone else the next day but still no email with a price when he said would get to me by 10am that day. Pitiful!!!

I can not be more satisfied with the professionalism of all the B Street staff. The moment I arrived with my older 2008 Kia, the office manager assured me the claim would be processed through direct billing to my insurance company. Eric assured me all parts would be secured in a timely manner with an estimated completion date; which really gave me peace of mind. I picked up my Kia yesterday and wow, really looked showroom ready. My college student son is now back on the road to classes.
