This is a very nice dollar tree. Way bigger than most that are around and they are very organized and clean

This store is amazing! It always has the nicest things to choose from and perfectly clean. The staff is great and very helpful. I love the fact that they have a $3 and a $5 selection now. The choices in the new section does not surprise me. Always great quality and choices.

I was able to run in and get what I needed (plus more). This is the best place to buy greeting cards! The nicest man checked me out when I was finished.

Place has some great items, but go during daylight hours. Its a bit sketchy at night. Poor lighting and lots of toothless people hanging around.

Items out. Truck a week late.No fault of Dollar Tree. All secondary to Covid & citizens choosing to draw unemployment over holding down a job.

Half the shelves were empty. Luckily I found what I went in for. The staff was very friendly and checked me out quickly.

Love the selection, today I bought kipper snacks, guess how much each can cost me? Thats right, a dollar. Bought a five pack of ramen noodles, guess how much? Thats right, a dollar. Honestly a good place to shop for home or work place. Need a cheap eat set for work, they got you covered. Cook set? Same deal.

Very friendly staff. So many different treasures to choose from. When they are busy, they don’t rush themselves they treat everyone with respect and graciously get you out in a timely manner. 😊

Asked to speak to the manger in private and quietly. The young lady said ok but she was anything but quiet. The whole store knew what was said. She was not professional at all. She had the I know it all and Im better than you attitude. She was flipping her hands, head and body around like someone crazy. This was at South Cannon store in Kannapolis. Never had a chance to say anything because being young as she was she was on a power trip. She needs to be retrained on how to speak with people and drop the attitude because no mam or woman is better than the other. She needs to be knocked back down to cashier and learn respect for others especially her elders . Rude, disrespectful, loud and a liar is just how she was.

My one star is not because the store is bad It is because you have a sign that says mask mandatory,But you allow people to come into the store without a mask and when the employees say something to the customer they are told by the store manager they cannot say anything this does not make sense it is mandated that people wear their mask. We can’t afford to keep allowing the coronavirus to continue to grow we need cooperation from the higher ups in this company so please please for everybody’s safe and healthy may your customer wear their mask.

Nice staff. Except for candy and snacks most items are closeouts. Sometimes nee items pop up including misprint clothing.

The location on Church Street in Concord, is way better. Way more stocked, not as packed & have everything I need. This location is right across the street from me & I ride way to concord instead. This location never have what you need, STAYS SLAMMED like someone is giving away FREE MERCHANDISE 🙄 & Even run out of toilet paper & Bread. Unbelievable. Hell no 🙄

Loving my local Dollar tree!!!!;

I have experienced problems with my debit card for a long time now where although there is indeed money in my account it declines the transaction 70 percent of the time. Im not sure why this is but it happens everyday to me at work where i have to swipe insert multiple times to get it process my payment and not decline. After shopping for an hour, ringing up and the swipe declining and asking the first cashier to type in my card she asked for assistance. After explaining i have a bad card the second cashier wrong me up again and my card was declined multiple times and asked for he to type it in. She refused to manually type in the card although i explained and asked her 4 times to type it in. The cashiers were not rude to me yet visibly annoyed. I have been a manager at multiple stores and instead of getting aggravated at me they should of moved everyone out of the line and helped me until the situation was resolved. Instead of rushing me out of the line and having the people behind me upset. Now i have wasted an hour of my life shopping and the lady has to put all my stuff back on the shelf. When all that was needed was 60 seconds to type in the card or two minutes for me to transfer a few dollars to another card. Im very disappointed and will not be returning to this dollar tree simply out of embarrassment. Hopefully someone will train these ladies to be more patient, to hide their emotions better and how to type in a debit card manually.

Very clean store with a huge variety of Dollar Tree items. Aisles are well stocked and staff is very friendly. I enjoy shopping here as I always find something new to take home.

I am in love with this Dollar Tree! They are set up differently than the ones I normally go to. They have an entire section of prepackaged snacks and plenty of coolers with ice cold sodas, juices, water, and energy drinks. It is very big and contains products that are harder to find at other stores. They have a huge selection of name-brand soaps, cleaners, food items and candy!

I love this place. They always have just enough of a selection that I end up finding more than I needed when I came in. Homeschool stuff, storage items, craft supplies, seasonal fun stuff, candles and batteries and so much more. The power of a dollar is a fab thing here!

This store is always well stocked and has exactly what I need. Customer service from the cashiers is great! Recently the manager, Tim, helped me locate a hard to find item fora DIY project. This store is excellent!

This store has very low prices.The cute looking blonde lady holding the UTZ dill pickle chips, who was flirting with me, was very sweet and friendly. I hope I see her again in the near future.

This location is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what is in stock and where it is located.

The employees here are down to earth. The shelves are always stocked and the store is clean. This is my favorite dollar store, I probably come here once a week.

Very clean and friendly. A cashier by the name of Jewel...is just that a Jewel. When we walk in and see her...makes us glad we shop there. What an awesome young lady.

This store is well stocked and they have an awesome inventory. But it is severely understaffed. There is usually only one person at checkout all the while there can be up to 20 people in line. That is poor customer service. I overheard the manager saying, if you dont like it, you can head down the street to another store, after overhearing a customer behind me complain about the slow moving line.

The Kannapolis store is average. The cleanest, most organized store in this area is at Julian Place in Salisbury (Julian Rd. Exit from I-85). The largest and best stocked store is on Pineville-Matthews Road in Matthews.

One of the best Dollar Tree stores in Concord & Kannapolis! ALWAYS very helpful whether you call and are looking for something, or if in the store they take the time to walk you to the item youre looking for! I just called and Brian answered the phone and actually walked to the aisle where the shoe polish was. And he is one of the employees that has also taken the time to walk me to the item, (items) I was looking for! Great personalitys, alway!!! Even if the line is long, (Rachel) does the same if shes not stuck on a register. Even still, they both are very kind and helpful, and will open another line if possible!! I truly hate Ill be moving and hope to find another store with great employees with such great service!!Kim O.

Everything is $1.00!!! A Dollar only.... lots of little things that make up everything i needFrom string,festive cards, wrapping paper, candles for a birthday. Yards and yards of snacks, candy gum. Baggiesand plastic containers. Shampoo,bandaids, small gifts.Balloons, party favors....everything, and dont forget to check the little refrigerator freezer at the back for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks.

Parking lot is always in need of a trash pick up. This location always has the best items for sale for the season.Get there early or it will be sold out.

The manager was very nice to me I asked him about some wire cutters and he went out of his way to tell me how to find the one I wanted

I love Dollar Tree they have so much merchandise and I shop here a few times a week. The staff is very friendly and if you have a question they are happy to help.
