I love Walmart. Anything you need they have it. The only thing is that they need to stock up more items. They have a couple of isles empty. Besides that is good.
Its better at night. The people are much nicer and more helpful and during the day they tend to be very rude. The only bad thing is they run out of everything.

Its A BIG Walmart definitely a one stop for everything. You might have to substitute because it seems like people buy the stuff before they can get it on the shelves good enough. I got most of the stuff I needed and some extra. I would of gave it 5 if it was more groceries. But overall practicing good social distance measures and keep the wipes/ hand sanitizer stock for everyone to do their part. You cant really complain you can tell they are doing the best with what they have.
Spoke with Jessica in grocery pickup department she was so pleasant and helpful! I love to speak with people in customer service that seemingly loves their job. She deserves a raise.
Has to be one of the largest walmarts i have been in. Shelves were stocked with merchandise. Everything seemed to be priced fairly. Found just what we were looking for and many other things that we just had to have. Thanks

Some very dedicated employees that I want to say thank you to. Be careful, they close the door at 11:00 but give the announcement at 10:45 and everyone heads to the register but they only have one cashier so you will be waiting in line for a while. Appreciate those employees who work hard and late hours. This Walmart was better than the average Walmart experience I have had over the last two years.
When I was there a few days ago it was a bad experience. There was nobody that could help me in sporting goods. All I was wanting to do is look at a rifle in the rifle case. The girl that tried to help me was not trained, to open the case. She tried calling the manager three times within 20 minutes. And no one never showed. I understand some may be busy, its Walmart they have multiple mangers. if they would have came to open the case and let me look at it. I would have bought it. So they lost a couple hundred dollar sale. Which I know its Walmart they probably dont care.

I took my daughter to buy her a new TV, hers had broke. I got a 40 inch hi def, 1080 p. It was very reasonably priced.
We ordered 5 items online to be picked up at the store. I selected a time slot for pickup, they accepted the order, charged my card, and then cancelled my order about an hour or so before planned pickup. The stated reason was they were too busy. Since I was already in the area, I decided to go in and purchase - they were not very busy, and it turns out they did not have the items in stock. Is it any wonder people like to shop Amazon instead.
Good place to go if you need clothes, or food, baby items, tools, garden stuff etc. They going into fall so alot of their summer stuff is going on sale. Check out their clearance dept in the back you may find a lot of cool items for less. The only thing is you maybe checking yourself our and bagging your own items because they dont have any registers with people open. Mainly the self check outs only.
Im not a big shopper, so when I need something I know they have a wide range of items, one stop shopping, its the job done.
Great store and prices, but every single time I go there its always so hot in the store! I feel sorry for the employees that have to be there for while shifts in that... Walmart is a huge corporation so youd think they would invest in an awesome air conditioning system so their customers can be comfortable. I know its not just me either because I have asked staff members and they agree its burning up in there every day 🤦🏻♀️
I love Walmart. This one though is always so packed that I cant stay long. But thats social anxiety for you. They do have a large selection of anything and everything you need or want.
I guess Im used to service and good customer service, but not here. I bought several items off the end cap clearance shelves but I was so busy unloading all of the items from my handicapped store provided chair. I didnt get to see what was being charged. After I unloaded everything and was literally sweating, vi saw the last few items being rung up. I questioned the items not being discounted. I was told someone must have put them there . I was appalled to find out when I got home and checked my receipt and None of the items I purchased as clearance items rung up as that, but all were full price. Being disabled is hard enough, but having to shop with absolutely no help unloading cart, no help putting the bags into my cart, no assistance loading my car, no assistance with price checks, no manager called to assist, and frankly I saw not one smile from any Walmart employee the entire shopping experience. I did give it 2 stars because one employee waited while I unloaded groceries myself so that he could ride the cart back to the store. Proof once again, do Not shop nor work at Walmart!
I live very close to this location and the only thing about it that I do like is that it is close by. The store is always in disarray. The staff does not care one bit about customer service and from the tone you get from the management they clearly do not know any better. I went in today for a screen protector for my mother who is elderly and needs a wheelchair to get around a store. (problem #1) no working chairs. (problem #2) 2 wheelchairs in the parking lot, not inside charging. (problem #3) employees at the door laughing, playing and using profanity not working to gather the carts so they could be plugged up and charged. (problem #4) The employees in the electronics section (William) and Sonia were horrible and disinterested in anything related to good customer service . Also to add fuel to the fire Sonia was supposed to be a leader of some sort according to her name badge. She was condescending borderline rude . Just the way she and her co-worker just walked away from myself and my mother when they appeared to be tired of pretending to assist us. I ended up taking my phone out and ordering the items for my mom on Amazon after Sonia just walked away without so much as a word leaving us in the aisle . This store has really gone down in the 2 years that Ive lived here. It is very sad to go to a completely
Walmart is a place to go for just about anything. If I cant find it at Walmart, I probably dont need it anyway. Store is clean, fully stocked and most of the people are super nice. Only complaint i can think of, is the same for all stores around Christmas. They need more registers open. The rest of the year, lines are pretty much at a minimum. They have lots of self serve registers and I like that. Overall, its a great place to shop. It is my go-to shop for everything!

Overall, Walmart is Walmart. The only reason I rate this location four stars is because Ive went several times looking for something specific and theyve been out time and time again. Other than that the employees are nice and the parking isnt too terrible!

This was the quickest Wal-Mart visit ever. It had the one item I needed and I was able to grab and go.
Barely staffed, always out of stock, holes all over the store. Items that are locked up like baby formula, and family planning items have to have an employee to unlock. It takes forever for someone who actually has a key to respond. Management seems completely fine with this.
Pretty much getting more crowded due to all the apartment complexes and homes being built around the area... I tend to go at night but anytime seems more crowded than a yr ago.
Wonderful as long as you know how to pick out the employees in street clothing that has the duty of undercover shopping in which they really arent they are employees that act like shoppers but are Walmart police I guess you could say haha but great other than that
The safety factor of curbside delivery is real! Be prepared to wait up to a couple of hours according to other customers. I appreciate being able to avoid in store shopping while Covid is a still rampant.

They put these parking places out here for pharmacy Pick Up when you call they don’t pick up the phone if I was to get out my can still parked in that reserve place they would probably have the car towed

SAD! Second time in two weeks Ive been in where advertising wasnt the same as cash register price!Cashiers acting as if customers are the problem when items are advertised online for 80% of what they ring up as at registers. This is a serious problem when even the managers claim that they cant help you about it.I wonder how many parking lot pick-up customers who are using it because they are handicapped and on limited budgets have been duped by these false advertising habits.These instances where the prices in the aisles and ones online are completely disregarded at the register for a higher price is misleading and borderline illegal.
As someone who works in customer service, and knows what the job entails this Walmart customer service desk does not! They cant seem to manage to answer the phone at all. Its pretty bad when an associate tells you that they are looking right at the service desk and someone is standing right by the phone and yet they still ignore the call. I called and called and called to try and figure out about stuff that didnt get put in my bag. After about 20 to 30 mins of calling back to back, and sounding like the call was being declined by said people, I was getting frustrated. I finally asked to speak to a manager because this was getting ridiculous. However the manager I spoke to, acted and sounded like he could care less what I was telling him about the employees at the service desk. I was able to get my things the next day. Walmart really needs to work on their customer service and treat customers better

Its always a minimum of 20 minutes to wait in line. The closing lady in the deli, medium to larger size African American lady didnt get her name, but I asked her a question she wouldnt even respond. I was standing 4 feet away waving my arms in the air, saying excuse me maam, then as I finally walk away another lady come from the back and I could hear them talking about it and laughing. Now thats the worst customer service Ive ever ever had. I will NEVER go back to their deli. How rude....

Ordered a birthday cake from here and picked it up and was very disappointed in it. It looks like it was done in a hurry. I expected it to be even on top and around edges like their display cakes but it was far from that. The sides were are wavy. Will never ever get a cake from here again.
Typical visit to Walmart, stock was surprisingly low, my guess is due to the pandemic messing up supply lines. One beautiful young woman did assist me on finding a charging cable for an iPhone. She really took her time in helping me.

Its really a hit or miss here. Sometimes its really great, other times its just horrible, theres not much consistency but its not always so bad.
This location is usually a coin flip when addressing any issue. Basically depending on the associate or manager at the time of your inquiry is what determines whether you leave satisfied or not...but i have worked for this location so i give you one piece of advice.....if you are getting nowhere with your dispute,simply ask to speak with the co manager or the store manager and tell them you will wait for there arrival if even they dont help, then every boss has a boss and they all can be reached to sort out the problems
They get this four-star because of their pick-up service. Walmart offers to change an item for you, however, when you get to the store they didnt do it and you have to wait and pay again. Some of these order pickers are lazy and dont deserve this job. Walmart start cutting pay.
This trip was very terrible. I did the grocery pick up and checked in at 3:57pm and waited untill 4:30pm and finally called and they said your order just got done being picked it will be out shortly. I dont understand how I got am email at 2:30pm saying my orders ready to pick up? So we finally got our order at 4:43 pm . This is just ridiculous I sorry if you are that understaffed just stop doing the orders or make the limit smaller this isnt enjoyable for the customer or the workers. So needles to say we will probably go to foodlion from now on and order and pick up.
It was actually not a bad trip this morning I may consider going early every Saturday morning and also people were stalking so there was more of a selection of merchandise
Honestly, this Walmart looks like its tank. And Im saying it like that because it honestly looks like it smells like a fish bowl or something. Now it doesnt actually smell like a fishbowl lol, but it does look like it stinks. Its very out there going to be inside. Anyway I will all stop talking junk. Its one of those in and out type of Walmart. Go in and get your stuff get out and leave with no memories.
Everyone was masked. The girl at the self checkout was exceptionally helpful. We had a 4 year old help with scanning, and things did not go as smoothly as we wished. 😵💫 Consequently, she was called over to make corrections several times, and she was incredibly gracious and understanding. Very well trained and speedy!

Most helpful employee that you could imagine. I am handicapped and the fellow helping me stayed right with me . Afterwards he carried my new boat battery to my car. Excellent in everything.
This Walmart is continuing to get worse every couple of weeks I go there. The workers at self checkout have gotten worse. Surely they can find people with just a small amount of friendly personality.

I ordered 1-hour prints. Told theyd be ready @ 6:45, I returned to find the photo tech gone for the evening. Electronics dept worker Deshawn, manager John, and especially assistant manager Michelle worked tiredlessly to package, price, and deliver my 300 photos. Great customer service!
Pulled into pickup at 4:10 no on answered the phone. Went to voice-mail, but mailbox was full. Took 10 minutes before someone picked up. Items didnt come out until 4:55. I ordered food at East Coast Wings after confirming we were there and the food was ready before our grocery order was.Was STILL better than trying to walk inside. Ill sit in my car 45 minutes any day before walking in there for 5.

Visited this place yesterday. The employees in mens apparel and the pharmacy were great. Damon, at the service desk in the audio video and electronics department, wouldnt give me the time of day after I waited for his him an hour. Over all the store was pretty well stocked and I was able to get everything I went there for no thanks to you Damon. I hope he had a good restful day at work so return to the task of building his private online City in the cyber world from Mom and Dads basement when he gets home.

Use of the pickup, delivery and curbside services at Kannapolis Wal-Mart can be categorized as use at your own risk for inconvenience and stress.Curbside grocery pickups have been a staple aid for busy families since before the impact of Covid made them a simply safer way to shop for essentials. My family used it for over a year pre-pandemic with no hiccups.Unfortunately, Kannapolis Wal-Mart has been riding a steady decline regarding this service. If you choose to use the service be aware of the following:- Grocery items on larger dollar orders (over $100) are often marked as unavailable but readily available in the store at your pickup time.-- More than once Ive looked at basic essentials like a bag of flour, a gallon of milk, a bushel of bananas, and rice, and thought that cant be unavailable; often its something I need to cook with everything else on the list. Upon parking and going in, the item(s) was/were readily available. Its only normal for this to happen off and on, after all the person(s) shopping is/are as human as me; we miss things! But this issue has increased to the point of 20-40, even 50% of an order going unfulfilled and subbed only to be found fully or amply stocked inside. Its rapidly become standard to park, go check the unavailable items, buy them, and THEN park for pickup. It begs the question, why use the service? Its no longer a time saver.- Good luck on substitutions.--The app is supposed to allow for acceptance or denial of substitutions before pickup, but the feature rarely works correctly. Instead, you have to accept delivery and then start a return process for unwanted items (per the apps instructions) or hope the employee you see at pickup can handle the return for you. With the volume I see employees working, its unrealistic to throw this on them when the app can log rejected choices before the customer even arrives. Lets be honest, no one has the time or want to deal with this, and it has become a pervasive issue as substitutions increase, making the grocery pickup service a headache and a hindrance, not a helpful service, for everyone involved.---- Of note, more than once items specifically selected because they are for a family member with food allergies, intolerances or special diet needs (for example no lactose, no nuts or low sodium) have been subbed with the exact opposite, making these entirely unusable for those people, which adds huge frustration.- A consistently working accept or reject function before pickup is a necessity for grocery pickup, but it is largely so inconsistently available that its no longer functioning on the customer side. As a result, the employee side is nothing but rising stress. Ive seen drivers yell at employees about this issue more than once, and it is entirely fixable on the company side. We all have bad days, but yelling at an employee doesnt help anyone.- My husband used the purchase and pickup service for a grill. It was marked as not available and canceled, tying up $800 for days (not on the bank side). The painful part was the grill was in stock and clearly visible... and there was more than one.Management says the problem lies with employees picking products who are lazy dont see it or dont care. I find managements attitude rather biased. It would be interesting to see the employee perspective because the scope of issues indicates poor leadership and low morale impacting the employees and thereby the customers. App issues (I assume) rest with the corporation.Regardless of what internal workings the local store and/or corporation have to address, consider Kannapolis Wal-Marts pickup and delivery and curbside services mediocre at best and likely to cause more of a headache than they are worth, at least for now.

Walt always has great prices but expect to be in line waiting to pay longer than you anticipated /dressing rooms closed but had two ladies working there with no signs posted so it looks like its open till you pick out things to try & then they tell you as you walk over before you even get started maam the changing rooms are closed !
Its Walmart. Most of the staff is unavailable and very unhelpful. The ones who do help and knowledgeable are a Godsend. Like I said, its Walmart. So have patients when visiting because the customers are the worst. #PeopleOfWalmart

I drive all the way up from University cityTo shop here the energy vibe is light and bright . I always seem to get what i need here as where my walmart on N Tryon is a whole different WORLD .
I went to buy chicken/duck feet, necks and wings to feed to my dog and cats and found it except wings but if they had the rest i am pretty sure they carry them. The meet section was very well stocked and i also went to the pets section and it was also pretty stocked i just didnt find air tubs connectors.

This store is checking that people are wearing masks when they enter, but once you are inside youll be lucky to see one person wearing their mask, including employees. The employees specifically in the gun and home improvement areas wear their masks completely pulled down around their chins even when talking to customers in close range. Besides the mask issue, the store is frequently low on stock in refrigerated areas, and impossible to get help in the electronics department.
This place was very ratchet on the out side as well as on the inside . The main reason why I went to this location was to get a full sized mirror. When I went to look at the full length mirrors they were all broken. There was people loitering all over the parking lot.
Today was not the best day to go to Walmart. It was a Fry-Day. It was payday for a lot of shoppers. It is 21 days before Christmas. Santa Claus is coming. Parents were loading up there carts preparing for Santa. In the grocery isles workers were everywhere putting up stock. The store was packed with customers. As I said today was not the best day to go to Walmart.
