There connection is great. But there billing is is bad yiunhave to keep your receipts for over 3 years or at list have proof yiu paid your bill or Verizon will make you pay twice even 3 times over. And whats so bad is it stays on your credit report if you pay them late. Even such a small matter as 80 bucks or less.

I always have a great experience at this Verizon location. I feel like everyone is always very knowledgeable and kind. I wasnβt sure if theyβd be able to help us today with all of the COVID restrictions but they were very accommodating and helped to replace my husbandβs broken phone. We were waiting in line to get into the store and experience a very unpleasant woman in line in front of us. She was not pleased with the fact that restrictions prohibited them from upgrading in person since they needed to keep stock on hand for emergency cases. I was thoroughly impressed with how the gentleman at the door (said he was the manager) handled the situation. Never once did he escalate the situation. I felt that he needed a shout out since that woman decided he wasnβt worth treating with respect. Good job Verizon!

Ordered my Galaxy Active 2 online. From the time I received it which was the 22nd of Jan up until today it was not able to connect to the Mobile Service. I talked with Tech Support for over an hour each time and no resolution except they would call back and multiple tries of resetting and scanning QR codes. Today I finally went to Windward Mall and stopped at Verizon. Tammy who had exceptional service had my watch working in 10 minutes. If it wasnt for Tammy I would still be waiting on Tech support.
I just want to thank Casey and Axel ( I hope I spelled his name right) for helping me with phone problem today. They were very professional and helpful in determining what my problem was with my phone. Ive been with Verizon for many years and its service like this thatll keep me coming back.
My wife and I had an awesome experience with this store. We were greeted right away and given an estimated wait time.After a little bit of playing around Ryan came up to us and politely introduced himself. He was hands-down the most helpful and genuine Verizon employee Ive worked with in various states.We had no issues upgrading my phone, adding her line to our plan, and everything was upfront. Ryan was excellent at placing the tempered glass screen protectors and even opened a second one for my wifes phone when the first didnt work out.Ill definitely come back and we greatly appreciated the customer service.

Purchased online and came to this location to pick up. The entire process took about 3 days. I was updated via email the entire process. Originally my husband selected an iPhone 11 Pro Max. However, after thinking about it he decided to change to the Note 10+. I recently switched from apple everything to Samsung everything. I been in love ever since. Once we got to the location we had to look for someone to sign us in. We were 3rd in line and it went pretty quickly. We waited about 20 min. Andrew had assisted us. We told him that we reserved an iPhone and would like to change it to a Note 10+. Andrew said that would be an easy switch. 10 min later we walked out with the Note 10+. We came all the way from Ewa Beach becasue this was the only location that had the phone. Well worth the drive. Verizon is the best in customer service and wireless network technology. I believe you pay for what you get. Thats why there coverage map is what it is.
Well, right before I entered the store, I ordered a steak plate from Blazin Steaks, and when I walked into the store the aroma permeated the entire store, and everyone looking at my plate lunch that I had just purchased...thanks Kory, Dana..great customer service, checking my account with Verizon.
I made a one-star review of this store five years ago. I walked in today and nothing has changed. These employees have little to know knowledge of their products. I was able to ask a couple questions to Jake at the door. But then I asked about any Christmas sales and he told me Id have to get an appointment. Once I came in for the appointment, I went over my previous questions I asked at the door because my appointment was with a different person. She had no answers to the questions and tried to tell me I had wrong information. She also said they cant talk about Christmas sales and promotions. I had her get Jake over and he said there is a lot of promotions currently but none were available to me! Me, a customer of Verizon for over 9 years.. He also said he couldnt tell me about the long list of promotions he referenced. He was getting irate about me pressing the matter... Jake, a manager of the store! And hes getting irate at me asking him questions he couldnt answer. So I told him good day and left.I will not be back, ever. I will tell everyone of this experience and how inadequate of a manager Jake is.

There was a message that I attempted too many (5 times) establish my pass word to do phone health check!?? My phone only recorded 3attempts when I was blocked out on the fourth attempt...I have had a email message that says my posting didnt go through successfully. It didnt mention that it is not removable like everything else has been!!??
Sorry didnt remember the CSRs name but extremely helpful helped with technical issues, and advice for future assistance. Thats probably 1 reason Ive been a customer for over 10 years.
Every time I go there for help. Staff always wants to sell you something. If they no you wont buy or up grade they are not interested in helping you. Im going to change my phone service because of that.

The most rushed Ive felt in a Verizon store in my 11 years as a customer. Im giving two stars instead of one because it was the afternoon of black Friday. After waiting for almost 90 minutes I was expecting some hands on time setting up my new phone. I could have saved a lot of time by ordering online and just picking it up.

Sales person flat out lied to us about phone upgrades to close the deal. When we approached management for a remedy it was obvious that A) they do it all the time as they already had a βprocedureβ in place for customers in our situation, and B) he would not excerise any discretion as he was not there for the customer but for the paycheck.Though we actually approached the issue as just a mistake, it became obvious there was more to it on the management side of things. I would recommend going to a different store, the hostility here is tangible (after the sale of course).

With social distancing they are checking people in at the door and only letting a few people in the store at a time. They also took down all of the product and demo phones off the shelves. I heard the manager telling another customer that they are not doing data transfers at this time as well.
Went because of an issue I had with my phone. Got it fixed but the staff could have gotten to me sooner than they did. Overall good experience.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with the customer service at this store...yes, there are occasional hiccups with accounts or devices, and some associates are more knowledgable and able to help than others, as at any store, but all-in-all they really make an effort to keep my business.I was in yesterday evening to make a LOT of changes to my account (adding a line, switching my iPad account into the sharing plan, getting new iPhones, porting an AT&T number, etc), and Kathy went out of her way to find the best way to reach my end goal (and ended up saving me a ton). I was in there for over an hour, and she and the manager were extremely helpful...and happy. Not only that, since I didnt have my iPad with me when we switched, I had to activate it from home...and she texted after they started the activation that night to make sure that it worked, even though it was after 10pm. Not only that, she called briefly in the morning to make sure it all worked (I lost the number from my phone and wasnt able to reply to her text that night). Now everything is set up, and I I couldnt be happier.
