I went in to the store to switch over from at&t to T-Mobile. Slightly overweight I would guess middle aged women told me “you don’t look like you can afford the new iPhone I’m not paid enough to deal with you.” I was shocked by the statement and was already having a rough day visiting my senile mother at Castle Hospital. I rarely make reviews as I have always had a good experience and also usually have my assistant take care of everything for me. As someone who takes home 7 figures and was driving a car worth more than this ladies house I was baffled at the disrespect shown to me. She might have been having a bad day, but this is no excuse for her behavior. I saw she had a wedding ring on her finger and I feel sympathetic for her husband. If he and any of his children would like a place to stay until they can get in a better situation I will provide housing and a job that can cover all of their needs. Needless to say, I’m sticking with AT&T for the time being.
I went in to trade-in my phone because come 2022 it would no longer be supported. I already have iffy connectivity thanks to the whole merge-thing.I did appreciate that I could make an appointment ahead of time, it meant that we were instantly helped when we entered but the worker we spoke to seemed tired, and didnt really know what we were talking about. When we found out the phone we needed wasnt there we had to prompt him to help us find a solution. We asked him to call other stores to see if they had it, he literally replied, they dont really pick up there phone. and when we asked if he could find out if theyll be getting it, he replied that they get, a random assortmentIn the end we solved the problem online through the T-mobile site while standing there at the store. Maybe he was a having a tiring day but it was just disappointing. Ive always had good customer service online but I dont look forward to going into a store.
Tee was wonderful in supporting me get a new phone and work out payment plans / options.
Went to check out latest Samsung phone. New phones are expensive. T-Mobile does not take care of long time clients. I may need to change carriers.
Had to wait outside the store for 25 minutes but once we got in the service was excellent.

So, there was a bit of a wait. Converted from old Sprint phones and were told we would have LTE service at home. (Sprint we were roaming) well no we have 0 cell service at home, can not even recieve text messages, but the wifi is working and I can post on here. Staff was friendly and professional, network and carrier suck.
Had an emergency with my phone and got there only to find out they were closed at the Kaneohe location. Who opens their business at 10am on work day? Very discouraging!!

Busy day with covid restrictions of waiting outside the store, however, service was fast and efficient. Reason: they closed other Kaneohe store by Times and merged.
You guys are sooooo slow, I always have to wait so long no matter if the is 2 of 5 workers. Terrible, you have to do better.

Tmobile is no longer at this address. Its now a Panda ExpressUpdate: Eventually asked the restaurant we ate at next door. They told us the T-Mobile store was still at the shopping center alongside Long Drugs. The staff at T-Mobile was very helpful. 4-stars for good service but the wrong pin location.

Quick service and friendly staff. I rated it 4 stars though because they didnt activate my Sim card and it took me a while to figure out why my phone wasnt working. Once I figured that out it was an easy fix.
Worst Mobile carrier store I’ve ever encountered! They need better customer service and workers. They just stared, gossip and looked judgmental. The Samoan lady with tattoo on her neck needs to learn how to work on servicing and helping customers. Only ONE person named Tom had great knowledge and service. Only came with a friend to add a line. Seen someone complaining about just wanting to pay a bill. They should have another employee do quick transactions for bills or just purchasing an accessory. Not a welcoming store at all!
Called their location to ask a question; a male worker picked up the phone with a snarky attitude, didnt seem to care at all about my question or even fully answer it and hung up whilst I was talking.
Its a nice store extremely helpful every time Ive gone in. It does get busy but the wait time to be helped is still within 5 minutes.

Fairly small store for how busy it can get. Parking can be tricky, and during peak times the waitlist can be upwards of 30min. Best to phone ahead if you can.
Some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with! I usually dislike negative reviews but this one aside from being my opinion was recommended by the apple store rep and shared by my company’s IT rep. Misinformation, uninformed on their own product, locked me out of my account, blamed apple for everything, made me come in 3 separate times, and while I was backing up my phone finally having figured everything out through a 3rd party said “do you have to be doing that here?” by a male rep. This was rude and disrespectful I was just asking to ensure all my information was there after finally driving around the whole island to ensure the phone would be available. On the 2nd visit I was told different information from the 1st and my account was going to get “locked for 3 weeks” when I said I can’t wait that long due to multiple international trips no help was offered. 2x SPEED was offered for my international trips. Just came back from Japan and encountered the slowest “dial up” like speed. Forget social media, upploading anything, emailing, or viewing your inbox. Aside from that I kept asking if all my info is backed up as they “transferred everything” from my first phone to the new one I was assured that yes everything was backed up in my first visit. I started checking and didn’t find my msgs. Was told oh yeah you’ll lose those. I asked if anything else? Was told no. I went into contacts. Most my contacts were gone and once addressing that I was told oh yeah well write them all down and manually input, I asked what else they were preparing for me to lose and they said just the calendar. In the end if not for me backing up through iCloud on my own time (because technology of 2019 is much more advanced than the reps know) I would’ve lost contacts, messages, voicemails, notes, calendar, photos, and god knows what else. My advice go directly to the manager as the 2 male reps were either not knowledgeable and would misinform you or be incredibly rude. However you’ll still need to basically be prepared to rely on other IT support.

Great Deals, large store w/ lots of parking. Located in a shopping center w/a vast array of places to check out if u have to wait for service setup, ect.
Busy store usually, have to wait like 15-20 min. sometimes. Dont always have correct answers.
The Kaneohe store was busy but well organized and staffed with courteous employees when I visited.
I came here to have them cancel my old carrier contract and join T-mobile. The sales associate that helped my wife and I was friendly, but, he came off as very naive. Like he didnt know what he was talking about. Which was unfortunate because he talked. A lot. Way more than he needed to. He kept asking me if I wanted to tack on additional features to my plan even though I already clearly said no. I get you make commission, but it comes off as off putting and had me reconsider even switching because I was so annoyed.

Took forever, make sure ur on the list. And if u leave and they past u on list, u go to bottom. Not good vibes from workers that i delt with and seemed complacent. Dont ussually post reviews but i had so much time waiting for service.

Arrived at 6:55 to purchase an overpriced power cord for my charger. Posted hours say open until 8, the door was locked and the associate shooed me away and mouthed through the glass we closed at 7. .... it wasnt 7 yet. Guess they dont like making money.
