I am a new customer to AT&T and I bought the new iPhone 12. I had a technical issue. iMessages were not going through and the store manager nor any other employee could fix the issue. Basically, the manager told me it was not his problem. He only sells the phones and does not have time to help me with my transfer of data or iMessage issue. I spent so much money and walked away with a malfunctioning phone. I do not recommend this store for customer service.

Spoke briefly with a customer service representative, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products in the store. I didnt get anything but I will go back and see what I may buy.

Mel and Jason was a great help. I went to another location in town and they just blew me off. I was so upset and wanted to go to Verizon, but I decided to go to another location since I had to go to the other side of the island. They was able to help me out it only took 5 min, which made me even more upset at the town location. They also saved me money by bundling my tv service with my cell phone. Even if I have to travel to the other side of the island for my cell phone issues I am willing to go there.

Hope was a great help to my mom and dad. He helped them get new phones and very helpful throughout the entire process. I came in a few days later and he was able to get me new devices too. I will now send my family to see him and the Kaneohe crew.

Always liked Kaneohe AT&T. Dissapointed that branches dont provide technical support, only sales. But I have managed to get salesmen to help me with technical issues with some prodding. This was getting a new sim card for my phone. They were fast and effective.

Less than 2 months ago I went to this store to look for a new phone. I told them I didnt want anything fancy. I just needed a phone that worked. This man spend 2 hours convincing me to get the newest IPhone 11. He said it was the best phone it has so many wonderful features and how it would save us money. He acted like he was our best friend. We finally gave in and bought 2 of the phones. It was a really nice experience.Well today was a different story. My phone had been acting up since last night. I would turn on and turn off by itself. So, when I went into the AT and T store I was happy to see the same bald man who sold us our phones less than 2 months ago. He was very helpful before.Well, today was a different story. He seemed annoyed by me being there. I explained the situation to him, and he said there was nothing he could do about it. He did not even look at my phone. I told him I had just purchased this Phone from him less than 2 months. He didnt care at ALL. I told him I had family with health issues and they needed to be able to get ahold of me. He said call the apple store and make an appointment. I asked him if I could use a loaner phone. He said nope. I was standing there crying and he was so rude. This man had done a 180 since I saw him last. He made his sale and thats all he cared about. I ended up going Mac Made Easy in Kailua because the apple stores werent answering the phone. They were soooooo kind to me. They saw I was upset and worked over an hour to try to restore my phone. He finally said this phone is defective. We have tried everything and it is a defective phone. He said it should not be acting like this 2 months after I purchased it. They helped me out and have me a loaner phone and were soooo nice.****LET ME SUM IT UP ...THIS BALD AT&T MAN SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PHONE AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP HE COULD NOT CARE LESS. HE MADE HIS SALE AND WANTED ME ON MY WAY.*********** BE AWARE OF THIS PERSON. HE WAS SO NICE WHEN HE WANTED A SALE, BUT WHEN HE SOLD ME SOMETHING DEFECTIVE HE DID NOT CARE. SHAME ON YOU!!!!******

Fastest I have ever been in and out of a cell phone store when activating new lines. Jason was very helpful and all about helping us get the best value for our family. Big mahalo Jason.

Had a great experience the Jason and Nanea helped me. I’m an older customer they was patient with me and helped me in these hard times. I have no other way to get phones call besides my cell phone and they helped me when no one else could. I just so happy that they was opened and willing to help. They dont answer the phone. So i went in. The kid who helped me knew less about the apple smart Watch 3 than I did. Had to prod for any info and basically gave up. He did manage to run my credit card and sell me a phone case, which was one of my goals when I visited this store today. What a joke, but do we really expect anything better most places now days?

Every time that I take the time out of my day to drive to this store for help with anything it’s always a short trip that consists of me waking in and explaining my problem or what I want to do, then a worker ushering me out the door while explaining that I should just look up how to do it on my own. Once this contract is up I’ll be taking my business to ANY other carrier.

They never answer the phone. Ive walked in and called the store from my phone and watched them all ignore the phone call. Worst customer service ever and they know almost nothing about the products they sell other then how much I have to pay to use the product. Everything I walk in there I feel like Im surrounded by sales vultures that just want to take every dollar I have and really dont give a damn about me as a customer.

Chuck, the AT&T representative who helped me at AT&T Kaneohe store, could not have been more unhelpful, unfriendly, and apathetic. If I were his manager he would be fired. My visit to the AT&T store was not only a total waste of my time, but also a very unpleasant experience. I went there because of a safety concern (a hot, bulging battery in my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active phone). He said, completely deadpan, If it catches on fire you can sue Samsung. He offered to sell me another line and another phone on my business account, or for me to pay-off the remaining contract on the defective phone, or else I could deal with a warranty claim online -- three worthless solutions that were all totally frustrating.

Asst Manager Mark was sooo helpful!! I have been on the phone with customer service for hours everyday for a week! He was able to solve my problem and get me out the door in about 30 minutes!! So thankful!

The employees stand there doing nothing. Makes the customers come to them for help. Then have the audacity to make us feel dumb. If there was a negative rating it would be a -5.

Flat out lied to by in store rep after being forced to wait for service for almost an hour. Dont see how this location is still in business with such terrible service

Stopped in just to see if they had a SIM card adapter and was told to wait my turn with 4 people ahead of me without just simply answering my question. After an hour and only one person less in line, I gave up. Zero customer service here.

At&t I think is just a horrible carrier I rather switch over to verizon because first of all just for a phone upgrade your guys jack up my monthly bills then if i wanted to get a cotract phone the bill goes up even more higher this is insane and other phone companys, not that i know off do that. The only one i think that does it is at&t

In need of customer service training. I like my phone, got help from Windward kiosk, but at the store, staff are busy watching TV. When I called once both questions were answered with sarcasm. Too bad they dont value customers.

I have visited this store 3 times over 5 years it us consistently the worst att store on the island and each time for one reason or another I have to go to a different location to get any type of assistance with my mobile device.

They fixed a problem that Ive had for a year. Awesome staff !!!
