Great place, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a good amount for my trade-in and also gave me a great deal on my new Gladiator. What I loved the most is they were straight forward with everything and when I told them I didn’t wanted to be bothered with extended warranty offers and other useless stuff, they respected that and didn’t even bring it up. I am very happy with this dealer and highly recommend you visit them before visiting other places.

I went out on a limb going here expecting low bailing an bad service but what I found was nothing but exceptional service and customer service. Firstly showing up and nothing even getting out of the car I was greeted by Ellie. She was great it took a few cars to look though to find the right fit but from start to finish she was great. Unfortunately I had to bring my kids car shopping and she helped entertain them while I did paperwork. Letting them watch movies on her personal phone. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting great service and hospitality. Ellie went above any car sales I’ve ever experienced and would buy another car from her if I had to.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle either new or used so I was extremely nervous going in. Luckily I met Mike G who was an extraordinary salesman to work with. Patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable are just a few words I would use to describe him being throughout the whole process. I didnt feel as if I was being pressured into anything at all and he was completely honest with questions I had regarding vehicles financing options and performance. In 2019 I leased the new 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Windward Jeep. Their customer service was excellent. The whole process was pretty painless. I LOVED MY GLADIATOR. But because of my beloved Rottweilers, I needed to get into an SUV that was lower to the ground. I initially leased the truck because it fit in my budget and also wasnt 100% I wanted to keep it long term. But although I loved the truck, I love my dogs more. Ive heard nightmares about getting out of leases early. But I bit the bullet and went back to Windward Jeep to see what they would do for me. THE PROCESS WAS PAINLESS! From Noah, the sales rep, to Mike (one of the managers) to the higher up management, they worked with me to get the best deal I could. If it hadnt been for them, I would probably have just stayed in the Gladiator and just tried to figure something else out for my pups even though it definitely would have been more of a hassle. I researched a number of other mid-size 4x4 SUVs in other makes and models. But I kept coming back to Jeep. I am now in a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Latitude Lux with all the bells and whistles. My biggest baby, 125 lb Rott with the hip issue, can easily get into the rear seats and storage compartment. He is much happier! No more setting up ramps or boxes! No more trying to coax him in or out of the truck. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Jeep vehicle to go to Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership in Kaneohe, on Kahuhipa.

I always have fear when going to a dealer for repairs, but this trip was painless. And would even call it a good experience! Easy drop off, pick-up. I knew the part I was getting replaced, but was still half expecting up-charges or other “recommended” repairs…think we have all experienced that before. This was my first time at this dealer and to my surprise and relief - there was none! Car repaired and ready to go with none of those battles! Thank you!

My Jeep was making a ton of whining noises and Lou was amazing. Fixed her up and had her on her way in just a few hours. The check in process was crazy easy. Web site says it opens at 8:00am. How ever it opens at 7:00am it is a slow process in the service side. U need 2-4 hours for an oil change. I just think techs take their time on doing jobs. Other then that costumer service is good

My wife brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed, nothing else. Ahead of time I told her it should run about $81.00. I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger with a Hemi engine. She asked me the price because she knows car dealerships will more likely try to take advantage of a woman coming in for service then a man. Sure enough the Service Manager came back trying to charge her $111.00 for an oil change! Thats ridiculous. She quickly straightened him out, told him to give her the right price. He then went back and said, he had made a mistake. The price was $80.00.I purchased my vehicle at Windward Dodge On December 31, 2018. I travel from Ewa Beach. I only go there because this island does not have another Dodge Dealership that will honor my warranty. One of the stipulations is that I maintain my PMs at Windward Dodge.If it were not for that, I would not use them.

Arrived for an alignment Monday, within moments of being on the lift I’m informed that my transmission bushing has cracked due to wear and tear allegedly even though the Jeep has been driving fine. After that parts reception would laugh at my situation providing a less than great front desk atmosphere, slightly helpful but not informative at all. The bushing was ordered and I was provided a “fix” that would last me until when the part was delivered. The “fix” broke as soon as I entered my driveway and I had to pay to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership to be fixed. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Windward Dodge.

Been a customer on and off for a few years. But never again. Showed up at 0645 for a 0700 appointment on a Saturday morning. Entrance to service area was blocked and cars were lined up on the street blocking traffic. After 0700 employees started showing up and very slowly allowed cars into the service area. Ultimately it took me over two hours, with an appointment to get a headlight bulb changed. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. If you are they are going to schedule early appointments you would think they would show up at least a few minutes early to prepare. Lost my business for good

Hands down best place to buy a car new or used. Been apart of buying 2 cars now. Life Time on engine and tires as long as you bring it in. Fair shop rates 50 bucks an oil change and 20 for tire rotation. They really do help you with finding credit.

The windward team was awesome. I had Pu’u as my sales, she really heard and understand what kind of vehicle we were looking for. She didn’t try and put us into a vehicle that we don’t want. Also, Mike helped us A lot with the price and monthly payments we were looking for. He also helped us a lot with the down payment. I didn’t have a big down payment to give. I only had $100 on me and nothing else. I was able to give my $100 to hold the vehicle I wanted. I needed to come up with another $845 for my down. Went back the next day gave a personal check and my deposit transfer didn’t go through, called the bank and they said that my funds are on hold for 5 business days, then it will be released. Let Mike know the situation and he said he will try his best to speak with his boss and see what they could do. He came back saying that they will wait for the 5 days for funds to come in, just signed a promissory note and I was able to take the van home that day. Financial department also was very helpful, he explained some things we didn’t understand.He made sure we understand what we’re getting and it means I would recommend people to go and check them out.It’s very true they do help out, They are not some of those dealer that just try to force you into a vehicle . They really listens to their customers. I definitely would go there if was looking for another vehicle.Thank You Pu’u, Mike and Financial department making the process so easy and no stress.

Bryan completely went over EVERY detail of my new Jeep; from interior to exterior, and (never before) a tour of the your facility. He has also answered every text or email AFTER THE SALE. I and many friends have never experienced or heard of such professionalism and caring service.I would like to reiterate about his knowledge of every detail of the vehicles test driven. Picked up a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid last Friday. Kemo and Eric did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, sharing their knowledge about the car and the dealership. Kemo took me for a test drive and it was great! Spoke with Gerald (a really nice guy) at Service and was impressed. I think I will have a wonderful time with Windward Hyundai.

This place clearly took advantage of me when buying a new car.Yes its partly my fault because I was young and didnt know much about car loans or my finances. But who gives a kid a car loan with over a 20 interest rate and say its a good deal? Straight up predatory.

Waste my time. They told me they had a car in stock and when i got there they said it sold yesterday.
