Top notch service. Took a flat tire in expecting to pay to get it fixed if they could. They had it done in 20min and the service fee was waived. Hard to beat free and fast service.

I picked up a big screw in my car tire on the way to work and brought the car in to get it repaired. I was met with a warm greeting and left the car to be serviced. As I was leaving, the associate said she was sorry my day was starting out so bad. I appreciated the sentiment and genuinely felt better.Soon after, I recieved a call letting me know the work was completed. When I went to pick up the car and settle the bill, I was told that there was no charge. Really, no charge! If a business is this good with small stuff, good chance theyre good at the big stuff too.

Great customer service. I called two other tire companies prior and they were not as willing to help me. I wish I called them first. I called to say that I need help with seeing if I have a nail in my tire. Even though I was a last minute appointment, Trevor was very welcoming and said just come on by and they can help me. Thank you to Trevor for being so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go back to them for any future issues. They got a great team!

Great place. Got me in earlier so the job got done within the time frame suggested. Also I had a nail in my tire and was asking to get it replaced but instead they just fixed it and put air in it. Saved me a good $100+

My tire valve was broken. I took it to goodyear in kaneohe Hawaii to get it fixed. I asked about my tires and they said that it is still ok. I like that they are honest and not trying to make a buck. They called to tell me it was done. When I pulled out my wallet, they told me that it was free. Wow! I used to go to sears in oearleidge until they closed permanently. But now I will be making Goodyear my go to auto shop.

Who likes getting a flat? But the guys at goodyear really made it a painless experience. The gentleman in the garage area checked the tire without any hesitation so thank you. And a big thanks to Trevor for taking care of customers the way they should be treated. I wouldnt wish a flat on anyone, but if you do, go to this goodyear.

Want to be inconvenienced, and waste a bunch of your time? Then this is the shop for you. A safety check will take 2-3 hours at this shop. Yes, 2-3 HOURS for a safety inspection that should only take 15 minutes. I scheduled an appointment online and was told that the online scheduling doesnt actually integrate with the shops internal scheduling. What is the point of allowing online scheduling if the appointments will not be honored?

We were enjoying an awesome vacation as a family on Oahu a couple weeks ago. One afternoon we discovered our giant 15-passenger rental van had a slow leak in one of its tires. We managed to get to this Goodyear location as they were closing. Mike and the team quickly helped get us sorted out and back on the road. The service was quick, friendly and professional. They really helped us out!

Don’t come here. Made an appointment for an routine oil change and tire check for 10:30 and brought the car in a half hour early. A snarky guy checked us in and said something to the effect of ‘you can leave it here but that doesn’t mean we’ll get to it before your appointment’. We came back at 12 when we still hadn’t gotten a call and we saw our car was still in the same parking spot we had left it in. I asked Mike if there were updates on our vehicle and he didn’t even know what was going on with it. They hadn’t even started on it. It was clear they had somehow forgotten about it. Another hour later and they called us to ask where the tire lock was. Mike was also very curt with customers that we watched him deal with. He did give us a small discount on the oil without owning up to his mistake. A total of four hours for a simple oil change and tire check with an appointment. I would never come back here and would suggest that you don’t either.

Jen was a great tech who repaired my tire in minutes - and didn’t charge me! I had to push for her to even take a small tip. No one ever tried to sell me more than i needed. In the short time that i was there, i got to use their wī-fi (which works great) and one of the guys fished out the TV plug so that i could plug in my laptop. They are great people, very mellow, not stressed or pushy (unlike another tire place i used to like, with the initials LB), and do good quality work. The waiting area is not as fancy as other places, but so what? This place feels like real community. Coming here from now on!

I scheduled an hour and a half to get my oil change done and safety check. After waiting for that time they told me They hadn’t touched my car yet and I should schedule around 2 1/2 hours. But that wasn’t the worst part for me. When I first walked in there was no line and their staff did not greet me. So much so that one of them had their headphones in and was staring at the computer. I stood in front of her and I had to wait until someone from the back came in to acknowledge my existence

Had a horrible alignment done here. Made my wheel pull to the right choke and had a poping sound when taken hard turns. Seen the tech kick the tire with his shoe wale doing the checking. Definitely recommend going Scotty’s break and aliment in pearl city.

Bryan was able to help me on the phone to set up a same day appointment for me to buy a new tire and change out the flat one. When I got to the location he was quick to help me and everyone working there was friendly. Had a previous positive experience as well. Would recommend!

Honest and dependable if pricey. Ive had to take many various cars in over the years when my normal mechanic (whos honest, dependable, and inexpensive) is too busy which is almost always. Goodyear is always fast, have never needed to leave car overnight, has always repaired the issue, have helped me out with things and not even charged me. but their diagnostic fees are insane-- $150 to pull an engine code an $18 reader on Amazon can do!

Went in to fix a flat tire. They were able to patch the valve real quick. These guys take care. I will definitely come back for future needs.

Do Not Come Here To Get A Safty Check!Dont make the same mistake I did by coming here to get a safety check for your vehicle, even if its just a partial. I got pinged and failed for several items that turned out to be of no real issue or not even required to pass safety. I asked if they had a list of safety check requirements and they said they couldnt provide one. Since this experience several other people told me about similar experiences. They told me they do this to trick you into getting repairs you dont need.Would have been 1-star for automotive tomfoolery, trickery, and capitalism-silliness. An additional star was granted because the receptionist was very nice.

Made an appointment online then drove there 15 minutes early. Was told the appointment was double booked an I should call the Kailua store to see if they could get me in. Horrible customer service. The clerk was nice enough, but should have at least tried to call for me!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Ive never felt like the were unnecessary services recommended or done. If there is something wrong with my car,they take the time to show me whats wrong under the hood and explain what its supposed to look like. They also inspect my tires when filling the tire air and they tell me whats going on with them.

They are not open on sundays at this time, they will not be open on sun until they are fully staffed. However the Goodyear in kailua is open in sundays.

They tried to make my wife buy new tires to pass the safety inspection. I told her to get a 2nd opinion somewhere else and they said the tires were absolutely fine.

I had a slow leak in my tire, brought in for a check. They originally told me 90 min wait, but car was done within 20 minutes and they plugged the tire for free!!
