We ordered tires around Wednesday and they got there Friday, after another place told us they exact same ones were back ordered and it would be at least a month before they could get them in. We got them installed Saturday morning and it was the quickest I have ever been in and out of a tire shop (including only going in for a rotation!) They were also several hundred dollars cheaper than every other place we called. We will definitely be back!

I emailed after hours on a Saturday evening for a quote on Toyo M-55s and had a response first thing Monday morning (a federal holiday, by the way). Best price in town by a couple hundred dollars, installed. Called Tim and he said they could have the tires on the following afternoon. He also took the time to help me brainstorm new tires, also at a great price, for my better half, but Ill let her review those. Went back for an alignment and have been very happy with the products, services, and professionalism at Point S. We wont be going anywhere else for tires in the future.

Felt like I was it at a nascar race. Four guys came out jacked up my truck took off the rims ran it into the shop and got 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes. Great set of tires very reasonable price friendly staff well trained. Ill go back there again.

Hi,As always you do a great job. You took off my sons studded tires and left a note in his car stating he needed rear brakes. I wished you would have called me and I would have had you done the brakes. Now he has to make another appointment to have them done.

Came in to have my tires Rotated and was told my one tire was Wore down to the point they could not rotate them. So I said ok I have a brand new tire on my spare that is the same size but different tread design. Asked if they could put that on my rim and Rotate them then and was told no could not do that either.

Wonderful service! I just purchased a pair of snow tires for my van. They took two days before they arrived, faster than I was expecting. Service was very fast, I had my tires mounted on different rims and away I went. My husband was able to put them on himself when I wanted them and they were all labeled for him to do so. When I went back in to get the tire pressure sensors calibrated it took all of two minutes before I was on my way. Every time I was greeted with a smile, and they were quick to help me. Thank you!

Stopped by and had my tires put on today. It looks like they did a good job as well as provide additional feedback on some problems that my car had.

Always fast and friendly service quality for your money

Tim who I assume is the manager was extremely rude! I went to buy Michelin tires and Tim informed me that he doesnt like Michelin and didnt stock any of their products. I finally got annoyed and told him that I would buy my tires somewhere else... and I did. I would never use this place for anything! Rude people, dirty shop, lousy customer relations. I know my $1000.00 purchase wont affect their business, but maybe this honest review will

Save yourself the trip. When arriving at big O I explained each wheel has a locking lug nut the only thing that hold the hub cap on. When the car left I asked if each tire had one of them they assured it did. on my way home I lost a hub cap, come to find out all the locking ones were on the same tire. Caused me work and I need to look for a new hubcap on this very old car. I called to ask about it and the guy was nothing but rude to me.He said all cars left the same as they came. I tried explaining to him the problem he got grouchy and said he didnt know what to tell me.

On August 17, 2015 we were in dire straits while in Kalispell, MT. Our large 5th wheel trailer had a blowout and we had to have new tires and wheels. Brad worked hard for us getting us new trailer tires and wheels shipped in that would meet the safety needs of our trailer in a timely manner. Brad then had the lot cleared so that we could get our large RV on the lot and his crew installed all 4 new tires and wheels outside on the parking lot. We could not be happier with the great customer service and especially the help of Brad.

They SCRATCHED my brand new wheel! and refused to replace it! or even acknowledge it! and they yelled at me!! terrible people. they think they can get away with anything because the technician who gouged my wheel is the owners son. they all just tried to play dumb! they said it must have come out of the box like that. I said why didnt you call me to inform me? and they said the tech didnt notice it ..how ridiculous! even if the tech didnt notice it then thats on him!! right? they were obviously just jealous, dishonorable cowards.

They deflated my tires a lot saying it was good for them. Then i found oit my truck tires need to be full to get my max fuel economy.

Had an appointment for over a week just go get told they wont work on my car upon arrival, very rude terrible customer service I will NEVER take my car here again!! Also if they did the CORRECT protocol for the device in my vehicle I wouldnt have to start it for them at all however they arent educated enough to know that.

I will NEVER use Big-O Tires again. I went in for a simple rotation and a day later my tires were cupping and chunking. I took it back in & Brad said it was because, (I waited too long to rotate them). As a woman he treated me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. He became upset with me and said “fine, we’ll just rotate them back.” I told Brad that I didn’t want them to do one more thing to my vehicle & that I would NEVER buy any tires from them again.Then the Manager Tim followed me out the door with and tried to intimidate me with rhetoric and antagonist words.DO NOT USE THiS TIRE COMPANY. I am not tye only female they have demeaned and treated badly! I plan to go all the way to Corporate and report their behavior! What a joke!!

I took my vehicle to them and they stole from my truck. Then I called and asked them to figure out who did it and they said they talked to there guys. Their guys said they didnt take my stuff so that was the end of the story. That is the worst experience I have ever encountered. Stealing from a customer and then protecting the thief who stole... I wouldnt recommend anyone go to big o tires kalispell if they value their personal belongings.

Went there about a year ago . They Started to take my wheels and tires off to replace them, lug nuts where a little ciezed so they broke two of them off and saidI dont know what the hell your going to do loaded the new tires and wheels in my truck and sent me on my way . Where I spent two hours in my driveway in the rain fixing their screwup. So in short will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

I had a horrible experience with this place. They are the cheapest in the valley and that is why I went here because I had an emergency and needed a tire ordered and had no money. I searched for the cheapest. They had replaced one tire for me the month prior and then REFUSED to mount the tire on my car. They said I needed to bring it in loose, I had no one to take my tire off my car and replace it. I explained that to them and they still refused to do it. I took it to les Schwab and they said they arent allowed to mount other tires but since I obviously need the tire on they did it for me. I picked up my tire from big o and les Schwab mounted it for me. I will pay a little extra money from now on for better customer service! I had already paid for my tire. If they arent going to put it on for you dont sell it! Not to mention the RUDE employee that HUNG UP ON ME! He told me 3 times they will not mount my tire for me and I still did not understand WHY then he said because we arent and hung up the phone. Everyone told me les Schwab was a horrible place to go to but they have been nothing but kind and helpful since I walked in with a busted tire and no one to fix it.
