My to go place for oil changes..nice group of folks, super friendly to pets..great job!! Ive always had a quick oil change and even under New ownership, they explain everything, take their time doing a good job. .it does get busy so plan for the right time to go otherwise you will have to wait...people are in such a big hurry these days...

Entirely disappointed by this shop. Weve been here a couple times for oil changes and its been great.This last time they were out of the oil we required so we just asked for the diesel exhaust fluid to be refilled. They BROKE the cap. Which its just a cap, no big deal, but it couldnt be refilled.But they were not apologetic at all and didnt offer anything in compensation. They asked us to call around and find a replacement.Upon returning, they just handed the key over and we had to request the damage be shown to us. Said they werent liable because in short, our 6 year old Audi was old and the cap was cheap. Professionalism is very weak here. Wont be returning again.

Its sad what the new owner has done to this place. They used to be quick and reliable. The old owner was kind to his employees and was a pleasure to deal with. Since the new owner came both brothers have disappeared and now josh. Without them the quality of service has become trash. Takes forever and the job doesnt get done. After my last oil change had a couple things looked at by a mechanic friend. I found out that my new air filter had antifreeze in it. My friend said it looked like it had been spilled on it and he was sure it wasnt new. My plug was missing and my filter was loose. Im lucky I still have a car. To top it off I was there for over 2 hours and when I arrived there were only 2 cars ahead of me. When I tried to get them to fix the mistake I was told I must have exchanged the air filter for another one and that they know for a fact my oil plug was there when I left.

I had a coolant flush/cleanout and refill completed. They took their time and made sure it was done right it seemed like. The head technician took the time to answer my questions and chat about issues/solutions with me. Cost was reasonable. They also made sure to show me fluid conditions before and after for quality control. This was my first visit there, and although it took a lot longer than they originally told me, i was happy with their whole process and customer service.

I rarely give a negative review but I just want to warn everyone that this was BY FAR the slowest oil change Ive ever had. Grueling.....1.5 hour wait and I was next in line when I pulled up!!! Nice people but OMG slow with the wrench.

Ive gone here about 4 or 5 different times I will say they do a decent job just very slow. The main reason I give it one star is because of the fact I bought a certificate for a radiator flush and it states MAY BE USED TO A MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE when I tried to use it towards a different service I was told that they decided to make it for only a radiatir flush. This is after I purchased the certificate. Id happily give this buisness 4 star rating if I wasnt ripped off and probably multiple others.

I got my oil changed and it went pretty smoothly. Fair price, quick service, and free WiFi.

Worst service Ive ever had! My vehicle was 1.5 quarts low when I checked my oil afterwards...

Seriously over an hour everytime for an oil change. The guy has been under there 25 mins just putting my skid plate back on! Im switching places. Seems theres new owners lately, i just read.I have stuff to do today!

If it could be a zero it would be. When the shop is closed willy nilly because the owner only trusts family I will go anywhere else l can. Not a way to do business. And please dont respond cause we all know you are losers!
