Will never take my car to Grease Monkey again. I had my transmission flushed as well as power steering flushed. They are both recommended for the mileage on my car they did not change the filter in transmission, said wasnt needed,,, my power steering is leaking fluid,,, I have power seats on drivers side. My seat will not work doesnt move. Worked perfectly when I took it in. I went back, spoke to manager he found that my power steering line hose is split need a new one. Refused to take responsibility for any of the problems. Very unhappy with there attitude. Will have to have repairs made after there unsatisfactory work.

I was in a rush and couldn’t do an oil change myself. They were ready within minister to get my car back and the process started. I knew they would come with information on other fluids that they thought needed to be addressed and I was ready to steer them away from doing anything else. They told me that I had fluids in the front that was pretty dark but that the back fluids looked great. This honesty helped because I had changed the rear fluids about 5,000 miles before this. The tech told me that they could flush the front in about 10 minutes and the cost which was very reasonable, so I did decide to have them proceed anyways. Very effective and efficient work done and I left happy. Thanks Grease Monkey team.

Took my daughters 4-Runner to have oil changed. They changed oil. The following day, my daughter left for work. I noticed about a 1/2 qrt of oil on garage floor where she parked. I immediately called her at work and told her not to drive car. I drove from Big Fork to Coram with my brother in law. When we arrived at her work there was silver dollar size spot of fresh oil. I called grease Monkey and ask to speak with Garrett the Mgr. He told us to bring it by and they would look at. My daughter purchased 2 arts of oil as a precaution and left work 3 hrs early. When we arrived at Grease Monkey I again spoke with Garrett and after inspecting 4-Runner. He said there was a leak at the gasket at drain plug. He said they replaced. I ask him to purchased the oil we purchased. He said no. I ask him if he could instead provide my daughter with a free oil change next time for the oil and time, loss of work. He said no. If this is the type of service you prefer. The Grease Monkey is your kind of place. I will never do business with another Grease Monkey!

Was fast and friendly first thing in the morning 8am sharp. Did not tell me incorrect things about my car like about the air filter being new and not needing changed. Very satisfied with my service

So apparently when you ask for a transmission flush its just taking the old transmission fluid out and putting new transmission fluid in any automotive shop will tell you that a transmission flush is when they flush out the entire transmission with a chemical and clean the inside of it out and get all the gunk out a transmission flush is not just changing out your transmission fluid changing out the old fluid and putting new fluid in is just a transmission fluid change a transmission flush is when they flush out the entire transmission with a chemical to clean everything up so this company well flush your transmission fluid bye taking out all of your old fluid and putting new in if they are too incompetent to know the difference why would anybody want to take their vehicle to them and then to charge you $170 just to change out your fluid when you can go over to Corwin Motors and pay $30 plus the cost of transmission fluid to do that or pay 140 at Corwin Motors and actually have a true and a real transmission flush done and not be lied to taken advantage I dont understand why oil change places can be so deviant and rip people off and not have any consequences that come back on them

I usually had faith in services but its awful now. Try to get done in 30 minutes but miss important things and did a horrible job!!! Windshield Wipers left unconnected and they blew off!!! Never checked things that had alerts on dash! Did not check tire air pressure. Pushed filters and synthetic more expensive things $$$. They must have cleaned windows with oil and fogger friendly product, i had to stop to get cleaner so I could see and defog, it was a hazard... deplorable. Extremely disheartened! They should be ashamed!

I was very impressed by the level of confidence, service, integrity and professionalism. My car is connected directly to my happiness and I am very leary to try new spots. My regular lube joint, who is also very worthy of praise, did not have the machine they needed to flush my oh so temperamental cooling system on my 98 Cadillac Seville and sent me here. This is an example of two local small businesses making sure thier customers as well as their fellow businesses are well taken care of. Proud to give the grease monkey 5 stars! Thanks guys.

After waiting a long time the services I paid for weren’t completed. I was told AC was fixed and waited around wasting my time. It wasnt fixed at all. They did refund me but it was a bad experience for my first experience at this establishment.

Went and got my oil changed and was not treated nicely by Mike upon being received. I was never asked what kind of oil I wanted put into my car and upon checking on receipt they put 5/20W oil in my car which I have never used before. I dont drive often and I do know to check the oil levels after getting my oil changed to ensure that it is full, upon checking 2 days after my oil change the oil levels were about a full quart over the full line. Due to this, I had to drain the oil out of the oil pan which to my amazement the plug was not securely tightened and oil had leaked on the oil pan. Also due to the color of the oil I decided to drain all the oil and after 3 days from oil change and only 43 miles the picture shows what the color of my oil is. There is no way that this is freshly changed oil. I will NEVER be going back to this establishment.

Never called when my truck was completed, I attempted to call several times but call would not go through.   I showed up to pick up my camper, was told conflicting information about my break check.   I had also drug my camper all the way down there to have the tires checked and filled, I parked exactly where they told me to me.  Upon arrival I was told they did not fill the tires because it needed to be closer, but they did not move it closer.   They had already hitched my camper back to my truck (which I actually had not wanted, so now I need to drag it through a gas station with camper in tow, and apparently go put air in my tires.   Will not be back again.

Very quick! I got in and done in less than 15 minutes. Staff was nice and not pushy with other services offered. They left me some flowers (it was close to new years) which really made my day and continue to brighten my home.

Grease Monkey in Kalispell is awesome. They keep all maintenance records up to date on Car Fax and vacuum the inside and clean all the windows. They are pretty much a one stop shop for anything you need professionally done to your vehicle.

Needed an oil change on my car. The guys here are extremely polite and were able to get my car in and out. They explained everything I needed to know and worded it so that I could understand without making me feel dumb. They didnt pressure me into buying anything I didnt need and informed me about how to fix some of the issues on my car without me even bringing it up.Offered to honor their price on a coupon for me if I came back after it expired.By far the best place Ive ever had my car serviced. Even left a flower on my dash and cleaned up some of my things on the passenger side floor. They absolutely made my day.I will definitely be coming back.And shout out to Vinnie for being such an outstanding employee!

Absolutely love this place. All employees have great attitudes, they give you options without being pushy. I even witnessed one employee tell a customer that her air filter was fairly clean and didnt need to be replaced. Thats rare. Then when I got into my car to leave, there was a carnation on the dash. I will be back.

Very nice guys every time. I just get oil changes usually, but got seasonal tires switched over by them this year too. They put out good oil change coupons in the mailers. Tire change price is a little high (price compares with les Schwab) but they aren’t nearly as busy and get you in and out quickly. I’d much rather pay a little bit extra for their speed and customer service.

The staff was professional, helpful and fast. I love the fact that they wash my windows and do a quick vacuum. I had a coupon for services so that was a bonus! I will definitely use them again.

The only place I get my oil changed! I love this place they always make sure everything is in working order and if it isnt they fix it for you or let you know you need it done! They also vacuum out your vehicle and give you a pretty flower when your vehicle is done! Highly recommend!! Very friendly staff!!

Employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience. They are up front about what needs to be done maintenance wise and are not pushy if you decline. I do know what does and doesnt need to be done with my vehicles and so far they have been spot on.

If youre a young female, by yourself, and have out of state plates: DO NOT GO HERE.I came here for an oil change a few weeks back and was told my vehicle wouldnt start. My vehicle has no history of not starting!! I asked them to fix it for me and the man I was speaking with told me they could only MAYBE fix it if they can get it started. WHAT??? A couple minutes later they got it started. At the time, I was frantic and scared and was willing to do whatever to get my vehicle started because my husband wasnt with me and I didnt know what was happening. Now Im convinced these guys either yanked on the starter chords to make my vehicle not start or they simply were just lying to me. Once I got home, we restarted the car several times and it started right up each time. We have not had any issues with it since.They couldnt help but continuously mention my MN plates.I have since been told by a number of females to not go here. I wonder how these guys would feel if their daughters were treated this way. Needless to say, I wont be seen at this place again.

I came in and had a service done in which a mistake was made. I noticed it after I arrived home and notified Grease Monkey of the error in the servicing of my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not receive an email but a personal visit from Mark, the manager.He came to inspect the problem then returned after hours to fix the problem. I feel he and Garret went above and beyond any of my expectations. His honesty, integrity and owning up and fixing the problem has kept me as a grease Monkey customer.We can all make mistakes. It is how we except the responsibility and correcting the problem that matters. They excelled above and beyond.

They have not pushed any extras on me. And the carnation they put on my dashboard after my oil change makes my day!

I am always impressed with the service I receive at Grease Monkey. They go above and beyond and I never feel pressured into purchasing extra services. In my opinion, the staff seems very knowledgeable and always eager to answer questions. The service is quick and the experience is always pleasant!

Should have listened to the reviewer from Aug 7 and avoided this place. I called first and received a price quote over the phone an amount on par with what I have paid at other locations across the nation. Upon arrival the tech came out and inspected my truck before they performed the work; said nothing to me about their original price quote. Their crew drove the truck into the bay and began work. They seemed to perform an adequate oil change but only because I hovered over them. As they were finishing up the tech invited me over to the office to pay. As I walked over and into the office I paid attention to the other guys finishing the work on the truck; they never performed a pressure check to see if oil pressure came up and the filter and plug were tight! Then the big shocker when the guy looks me square in the eyes and tells me the price, almost 4x what I was quoted. I laughed and said funny... he said no that is the price. After a heated exchange I was forced to call their district manager to get the price down to my quoted rate. After paying I then went out and performed the final plug and filter check that they did not. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop for service; there is a definite quality control issue here.

I went to these guys with an odd engine shield problem. I didnt know if they could help me, but they were familiar with my situation and fixed my problem. They were friendly and very professional. I will definitely be going back to them.

I am traveling and needed a place to get an oil change. Stopped here on short notice due to no wait time. I was greeted quickly. I was told that I am not allowed to stay in the vehicle but that they need to drive it in. I didnt care for this policy. Every other oil change place I have been to let me stay in the vehicle and drive it in. A very filthy tech covered my seat and steering wheel and seat and adjusted my seat and drove it in. When I asked about cost I was told my oil change was going to be just under 70 dollars. I was a bit stunned as the other places I visit charge about 50 dollars. So while I was sitting and waiting a saw a technician walking up the shop steps with a cookie tray to put in their small oven. And I saw them sitting there touching them all with his dirty hands. Not cool. They got my truck done and pulled it out but then sat and waited for 10 min for someone to check me out and get back to me with my keys so I could go. I got to my truck and found greasy handprints on the door handle, and door of the truck. I found greasy fingerprints on my cloth seats, my grab handle on the driver side, as well as my shifter. They truly are grease monkeys. Additionally they cleared out a bunch of stuff from my passenger floor board and presumably tossed it out. This experience did not instill me with a love of Grease Monkey. Returning will not be in my future to this location or any other.

These guys go above and beyond as a matter of course. Theyre always quick (sometimes I dont even make it out of my car before Im greeted, even with other cars in the shop), professional and honest. If they do recommend a service I wasnt planning on, they honor whatever coupons are available. If I ask for a service I dont need, such as a new air filter, they bring the part in to me to explain why a replacement is unnecessary. Ive watched them deal with numerous customers over the last couple of years while waiting on my car, and I find their explanations thorough but never condescending - no matter who theyre speaking with. Im always pleasantly surprised by their customer service, and I hope that never changes!

Listen... I know you could just say its just an oil change shop, theyre all the same but this one changed my opinion. The waiting area was clean and the staff was extremely nice to me and the kids. They waved to the kids, talked to them, and put up with my 5 year olds million questions.

Wonderful service. The people that work there are super sweet. They literally cleaned out my car for me, and washed all of my windows. Its hard for me to get outside to do it with two kids in diapers and with it being so cold outside. They left a beautiful flower on my dashboard and one for my daughter in her car seat, her face lit up when she saw it. I will be going back.

This was my first and last time going to grease monkey. I asked for a conventional oil change and was told 43$ and some odd cents. I gave them my name and number and left for 40 min. Upon my return i was told the price was now 78.49$. And when i looked at the screen they had the previous owners information up, the cashier told me that i was told to do the same oil change as last time. Like I care about how the previous owner maintained their car. So he was kind enough to give me a 20$ discount...i say that with sarcasm since i was still charged 15$ more than the original price...thats about a 35% increase from the estimated price. I dont understand how this location has so much business when they are into screwing people.

Went here regularly for oil changes and small things. Got my battery terminals changed and they switched the cap (I was unaware) so it showed negative was a positive l. One night I tried to jump my car and almost killed myself due to them. Not the best experience in my mind

I have been going there for the last few years. But after this last visit I will not ever go there again. The greeter was very nice but I has been there for about 3 minutes and a guy came in and was start out the conversation with you are 2 1/2 quart over wanted to know if I had put in the overage. Told him no that I do not put oil in my car that I only come there to have my oil changed.He would need to see you did my last oil change. He was rude and very unprofessional. He wanted to know why I had not been there since sept of 2017 for a oil change and accused me of having it done somewhere else or I had put in the excess. There was 2 other men in there ahead of me and the old gentleman commented on how rude he was and stated he was in there because they has not done something right with his oil change and had to come back for them to fix it. When I was paying I ask who That man was and he said he is the manager Mike Murri. Told him I guess I did not need to make a complaint to the manager since he was the one that was so rude. I have emailed a complaint to the corporate office.

I had my Oil Changed here around a year ago on a 95 Mercury, My car blew a head gasket 2 weeks later from a coolant cap being left off. I called the service center and they told me that my vehicles Coolant System wasnt pressurized. After that they said they did not touch my cooling system even though the receipt said there was coolant added. Beware this place
