Great folks, super fast and inexpensive tire repairs. The guys really know there stuff saw some of my sensors were out, I knew and didnt want them fixed yet but appreciated them telling me.

Ted is super friendly and very helpful. He got us studded tires for our 2 vehicles and helped fix the shocks, suspension, brakes, and steering on our Jeep. It rides great now! So much smoother. He was always very cordial, honest, and professional.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ted and his awesome crew there at Tire Rama! We were traveling through town pulling our RV on our way to Yellowstone and our truck broke down late Friday night right before closing. Ted and his men did not hesitate to stay open late to help us and do whatever was necessary to get us back on the road.They fit us in first thing that next Monday morning on an already very busy day and made sure to get us out the door as quickly and safely as they could. If we ever travel back through Kalispell we would not hesitate to and trust our truck and time to Ted and his men. Jesse and the team took amazing care of my vehicle. I had a maintenance issue that other shops absolutely could not do. 2 shops said the issue caused their tools to break, 1 shop said they refuse to work on it, and another shop said the problem wasnt there. Well, I am 100% amazed at Tire Rama for fixing my car. It runs like a dream and they didnt stop until they got it taken care of. Something like this should have costed me much more than it did. He fixed the leak, put my mind at ease and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation without worry. Talk about excellent customer service!! I had ordered over $1500 worth of tires for my truck from Discount Tire on 10/26 & at the same time made appointments for two trucks. Then on 10/30 received an email saying my tires had arrived. I called Discount Tire to see if could bump my appointment up & if I needed to pay for those that were ordered, but after spending 25-30 minutes on hold hung up. On 11/17 the day before my ordered tires were to be installed I got a call saying they didnt have my tires & couldnt get them at all then offered a FAR inferior tire at a discount when I said I was cancelling both my appointments. I immediately cancelled both appointments anyway for my trucks & called Tire Rama. They didnt have the tires I wanted in stock, but said they could get them in by the next day & installed as well & for the same price Discount Tire listed them for... Made that appointment immediately & one for my other truck as well. From now on all 4 of my vehicle tire needs will be handled through Tire Rama.

I worked there for only 2 weeks because I couldnt handle being constantly put down by my coworker because I was new. I didnt know much about tires and wanted to learn and thought that it would be a great place to work at but I was wrong. Management didnt do anything about the harassment and I was told that I needed to be faster. $12.50 an hour doesnt mean I will tolerate harassment. The fact that I was told that I wasnt going to last long there because I didnt know anything about tires every day that I worked and when i went to management about this I was ignored.

Serviced fairly quickly. Tire rotation and inspection. Had a bead leak.Id like to add to my comment.I know that its a day or two after my visit but the delay was needed.After I left tirerama Monday, I noticed a problem with my drivers seat as I was driving to the post office. I was tilting back to my right. This is because the frame of my drivers seat is broken. Ive placed some of my medical coolers behind my drivers seat to provide support. When I arrived at the post office, I opened my rear drivers side door and many things were in a disarray. The coolers were moved, my face shield and mask were in different locations. I had to fix everything.I called and spoke with the manager and inquired why, if they had been in my back seat, why the service techs WOULD be in my back seat since this was a tire rotation and flat repair and there were no items in my back seat that were of any use for the task presented to the service techs.The manager told me the tech who worked on my car was off but he would ask him tomorrow(which is today) and hed get back to me. He never called me today. Last year when I had the same service performed at the same location, I was told it was first come first serve. I was forth in line. It took over two hours before they did my car last year. I watched about ten different people get service before I did yet I was forth in line.This caused me great pain because I have disabilities and health issues. I called corporate.I feel that the techs on this Monday rummaged through my car, why? I dont know but I do know its illegal.Im tired of the criminals in this VALLEY thinking that they have a right to discriminate against me, steal from me, slander me or do anything outside of the job theyre to perform because they are serving me. Bill Gates, James G GOLLEHON, Ted Turner, ELLA Fay whitt Schabach Clark does not have a right to walk in to a business that I am a patron of and pay them to harass, abuse or violate my rights and the law and steal from me or neglect their duties.I intend to call corporate again.Im taking a screen shot of this and posting it to Facebook too.Today, Monday December 28th 2020, my front passenger side tire is flat!! Must not have used bead sealer or even checked out the tires, maybe just rotated. Plus, front driver side tire is missing the valve cap!! Great work!!! NOT!! MY REVIEW STANDS AS CORRECT!!

They told me that the tire Id told them to replace was was fine. All I needed was a valve stem. They were honest and saved me at least 120 bucks. Ted and Harley are thumbs up great guys. I trust them a lot!

Purchased 4 wheels and snow tires for my Hyundai Sonata from Brad at Tire-Rama South in Kalispell. He was very helpful in recommending the Yokohama snow tire that was the correct fit for my vehicle and at a great price. When my new wheels came in they had the tires and wheels all setup and ready for me. Very pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend Tire-Rama in Kalispell.

These guys are great. Ted has taken care of all our cars for over 25 years. They are honest people. They have saved me a lot of money when other places have said I need something done that I dont. I highly recommend them.

Leather interior and they didnt bother to fold down the seats before they put old dirty tires in back seat. Yes, they used plastic, but didnt secure them and my seats were covered in dirt. Also, its so aggravating that these auto shops consistently use filthy hands getting in and out of the car, no exception here! Definitely need to be more careful and respectful.

Great service. I had some special medical needs that I was afraid that I was not going to be able to have my tires changed out. I called and asked if they were able to change my tires out in two hours. They were able to fit me in and I was able to make back home before my medical device ran out of charge. I am truly grateful!

Ted the owner was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about his business and is a great salesman. I was traveling through Kalispell on my way home to Fairbanks, Alaska and needed new tires for the truck (F-250) They had a good deal going on with Cooper Tires and I ended up having such a good experience that I also bought tired for my two boat trailers in Alaska. He checked my 4-wheel alignment and it was still at spec and he did not try to sell me more work than required.I would recommend to anyone to take advantage of the excellent service at the US-93 Tire Rama Store. Got me in right away, fixed a muffler rattle as a part of oil change, much appreciated.

Had my Duallys off the ground tire off in like a minute had the problem found fixed and tire back on in 30 minutes and I was gone! quick service.

I gave them carte blanche to replace my belts and spark plugs. I headed to the coffee shop while they were working on it. They gave me a call and said that the belts were still in good shape, but one was loose. They tighten it and they also said my plugs were in good shape as well. They could have easily made some expensive repairs, but they only did what was needed. It was much appreciated and their honesty and great work keeps me a loyal customer. Thanks!

We had just taken off on her 320 mile trip 45 miles Intuit had a blowout the spare donut got us back to Kalispell and as I made calls from my cell phone I had them price me tires open a spot in their schedule all I did was pull in 30 minutes later they had taken care of me an exceptionally good price.

Friendly fast, and they did not try to Jack the price by selling me things i didnt need.

Used to go here frequently, but never again. Took my vehicle in for an alignment and they told me they couldnt do it because it needed wheel bearings and a pitman arm (~$420). I needed to leave town so I took it to a shop in Bozeman, which informed me my vehicle doesnt even have a pitman arm!! Would have paid them to fix something that doesnt exist. I did need tie rods, but thats majorly different. Very disappointed this place has become unknowledgeable (Id like to think its that over being dishonest).

I have used different tire shops here in the valley none of them have helped as much as these guys. Ted was there to help even when the shop was ready to close up for the night. Thanks.
