These guys and gals are awesome at what they do. The front staff is professional and knowledgeable. The results produced by the body work and detail staff is amazing. This is my second time using Collision Craft and will continue to do so in the future.

I drive a challenger and that car is my baby. First car I’ve bought, I have worked hard for it. It got clipped causing damage to the side and rear end and I was devastated so I took it here to be repaired. When I picked up the car it was unbelievable. They did such an amazing job it looked perfect. They also detailed the interior and gave it a wax. Various paint chips in areas unrelated to the accident were also filled in without me even asking. If you want your car to look good go anywhere you want, but if you want it to look amazing then this is the place for you.

My experience after an accident was outstanding. Very professional, friendly and competent people in all areas. Their communication with me, the insurance company of the driver at fault, and Enterprise Rental car was excellent during the entire process. The work done was completed in the time specified and my old car looks like new. I would highly recommend.

This shop is incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules when we were bringing in our truck, even driving my wife to the rental shop when she missed the enterprise shuttle. We just picked our truck up and it looks beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I hope we don’t have to see them again but if we do we’re coming here!

Kevin is a SAINT! I ran into something that left a long scratch across the side of my truck. I panicked! I stopped by one auto body shop that quoted me $8000 to repair, and then tried Collision Craft to see if anything could be done to just conceal it. I didnt even have an appointment. I pulled up and Kevin sensed my anxiety and helped me right away. He buffed it out for me and quickly whipped out a paint match to conceal it as best as possible. I could not be more grateful for the time he took to help me out. Kind, caring, and wonderful service. I will definitely go there if I have anything happen again, minor or major. Thank you!

We were on vacation from Ohio when we hit a deer and damaged our car, making it undrivable. From start to finish, CCs professionalism and customer service helped to take the sting out of the whole ordeal. They were very accommodating to our needs, and kept us updated at every stage of the process. When we flew out to get the car, they even picked us up at the airport. The car was perfect when we picked it up. Everything was fixed. We drove it back to Ohio without any issue. They even neatly straightened out everything that we left in the car after the accident. Nothing quite like having your car totaled by a “crackhead” (confirmed by the police department)while it’s parked in front of your house. Collision craft did a quick and extremely extensive assessment of the damage to our vehicle and provided excellent customer service. Was able to get our claim with the other party’s insurance (who knew crackheads had insurance?) closed quickly due to their fast turnaround and got us back on the road. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! This place is amazing. I took my Tesla in for some body work. They kept me up to date with daily texts as to the progress of the repairs which was so helpful. When I arrived to pick up my car it was spotless inside and out with no sign of previous damage. The work was perfect! I got in my car to drive off and they had charged it and left a sweet note with flowers and chocolates inside the car! Over and above for sure! They have my business forever!

My truck was in an accident, got a reference to tow it to Collision Craft. I was told “they are awesome, but that also means they are very busy”. Within a few days they had completed an estimate on my vehicle and sent it to my insurance. It was a total loss, so I didn not use any other service. Customer service was top-notch, was always greeted with a smile and there was never a single issue with getting on their lot and retrieving personal items from my vehicle.

Kalispell Collision Craft is the best! I cannot say enough about them....they are professional, friendly and take amazing care of their customers....my car took little longer due to manufacturers issue that the dealer could not fix....but they were able too! They updated me on a regular basis. My car was clean inside and out when I picked it up....they are an amazing company to work with. I highly recommend them!

I had an accident with a deer not too long ago. I requested to take the car to Collision Craft based on a recommendation from my dad and boy was he right.They gave me an estimated time of completion being about a month out. That was understandable given all the deer incidents happening. They completely blew that out of the water and got it done over a week before they even thought they would be able to start. The car is immaculate.They told me they return cars in better condition than before the collision and they arent kidding when they say that. I have had one accident beforehand and the issue was the shop I used (different shop in Bozeman) wasnt able to get the pain just right. Collision Craft perfectly redid the red on the car as if the crash had never happened. The interior had been detailed, the exterior was spotless, and to top it off they even put a little rose in the car. They handled the insurance company issues as well as shipping the car too and from Missoula for some codes that needed to be cleared.I will be returning to Collision Craft for all my future auto/body needs. They did exemplary work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicle.

Mark was outstanding in resolving my issue, which was not significant, but would definitely cause a winter problem. Another outfit wanted $700 to fix, Collusion Craft got her done for $190. They kept me in the loop during the part order process, and I was verra pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend and will come back again. Kudos for a great experience!

Used their services three times over the last couple of years. Each time they went above and beyond expectations. First time a light tap in the front of my pickup and had to repair the grill area. When I got the pickup back they had also pulled existing dents from both front doors. Second time totaled my pickup and they worked with me getting it taken care of and even brought my glasses to me that Id left in it. Third time, they took time to work on an estimate that they did for free. Great service, friendly, and easy to work with. Will only use them in the future.

Hands down the best experience with mechanics Ive ever had! I should start with the fact that their team rescued my Toyota Rav4 from a near totaled experience and make it look and sound fresh out of the assembly line, getting pieces ordered and delivered in record time and conducting every possible check on it before handing it back to me.Their customer service during that (very anxious at my end) time went above and beyond to keep me posted on progress and, knowing that I was on a tight deadline to leave the state, sent me frequent text updates.The team at the garage is lovely, helpful and make every effort to ease what is usually a stressful experience.

Collision Craft repaired my car about 6 years ago. Recently a spot on my bumper the paint bubbled and I watched as it started to get bigger. I couldnt afford to pay for it to be repaired. I went to Collision Craft and not only did they stand behind their warranty and repair my bumper, they also furnished me with a rental car while my car was being repaired. I am so grateful to Collision Craft and their crew for everything they did for me! Best in the valley, with all the body shop around town allow me to express my opinion on how collision craft is far and beyond best in the valley. Once they had the truck they notified me via text on progress with the truck. Quoted me 2 weeks and they finished in a week. When I arrive to pick up my truck they informed me that they detailed the entire inside of my truck, I just got back from hunting so mud and dust coated the inside of the truck, I didnt expect that service at all. They also informed me they just so happen to have a rear bumper for my truck and installed it even though the damage to bumper was preexisting before the fender bender. They also rewired my reverse camera that I had ripped the wires from loading pallets into the back of the truck. The men and women at collision craft have a lifetime customer out of me and I recommend anyone who want quality services with great time frames to visit collision craft.

I have used this body shop for 15 years and they have always done outstanding work. This time, however, they out did themselves. I dropped my car off this am and it was ready by 3pm AND it was $150 less than the estimate. On top of that, when I got into my car, there were flowers and candy waiting for me. Cant beat that. They are such good people and I will continue to use them if and when the need arises.

While traveling from NY to Montana, a deer ran into my car causing extensive damage. My car was towed to Collision Craft. Upon inspection they provided me with a completion date which was longer than I would be in town. Explaining my situation, the shop accommodated my needs by completing a temporary fix that would allow me to safely drive it. When I went to pick my car up, they provided me with a complimentary ride to the airport to return my rental car. They were friendly, honest, and accommodating. I only wish theyd been able to do full repairs on my car because their quality of work is exceptional.

I took my wifes older Escalade in for some general touch ups. The bumper had some minor parking lot rashes, scratches on the fender from a previous repair, etc. They got the rig in when quoted, finished on time and the bill was less than the estimate! When I picked it up I noticed the rear mud flaps were loose and then remembered they had been like that for a while and were not part of the original estimate. I asked about getting them reattached. They fixed the mud flaps while I waited and didnt even charge me for them. Fantastic work. The rig looks new again. Thank you!!

I have used Collision Craft two different times now on my Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. My truck is a special edition truck and I take great pride in keeping it look like new. I trusted Collision Craft with repairing some damage done by a hit and run and they put my truck back into like new condition. I highly recommend them for all of the above - Quality -Value-Professionalism-Punctuality. I am especially impressed in how they kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. Plus, they finished ahead of their estimated time to repair.

Collision Craft is amazing! I really did a number on my car and when they were finished it looked brand new again! After they did an estimation, they got a new tail light installed for me the next day so I could drive around legally until my appointment. They kept me updated through the whole process and knew I was due with a baby soon and made sure they finished before then. Super friendly staff, HIGHLY recommend.

I had a small fender bender in July of 2019. Collision Craft was my insurances preferred vendor and they were close between my home and work. I chose them for repairs and they were relatively timely about it. I got a nice little note, a flower, and some chocolates. Three days after I picked up my car, it overheated on me. Of course, it was a Friday evening and they were closed. My husband called and left a message anyway and the Owner called back pretty quickly. He had a tow come pick up my car and gave me his personal car to drive. I was pretty impressed with how he handled the situation. It turns out they put an aftermarket radiator into my car which ended up being defective. It took about another week to get the car repaired. They put in a Honda radiator and took it up to the Honda dealership to verify no damage had been done to the engine. They paid for an oil change for me and gave me the car back. I was apologized to and told that the manufacturer of the defective radiator would be responsible if anything else came up with my car. Fast forward to two weeks ago in Feb of 2020 my car started acting weird. I took it up to Honda to run diagnostics and my head gasket was completely blown. The mechanic stated that it would have been resulted by the radiator damage and that Collision Craft had been told in July 2019 that there was a small leak. When I called Collision Craft, they denied ever knowing and said it was up to my insurance to pay for the repair. Luckily, my insurance has decided to cover the cost of the $2200.00 bill, but SHAME on COLLISION CRAFT. I have told everyone I work with and were all appalled at how this has been handled. I will NEVER recommend them.
