H & A have now saved my car TWICE from major damage, charged a fair price and were a pleasure to work with. But heres the most important part: I know NOTHING about cars and if they wanted to, they could have charged me any crazy price and I never would have known the difference. But they are HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY and have always treated me with respect. LOVE these guys!!!

Dean has been great and has handled my frustration at a broken AC in summer very professionally and kindly. They performed the work I requested at a great price and were very kind in following up when I had a separate issue that required work they do not perform. Overall a good experience and they seem very honest with great customer service.

When our Honda Pilot broke down outside town, we asked the tow truck driver who he would recommend in town to look at it. Very clean and front room is quiet. So I always get some reading done. If you have a car or truck with troubles or even an oil change, take it to H&A. You wont be disappointed.

The repair to my vehicle was reasonably priced and returned to me quickly. Their waiting room is clean and service seemed prompt. I havent been to H&A before, but I will return if I need something done in the future.

I initially started using H and A because they gave me the best quote for a timing belt replacement. I also had several friends that used them and said their work was great. Unfortunately, I found the opposite was true. Yes, their prices were cheap, but they cut corners. A sprocket that should have been replaced when the initial work on the timing belt was done was not replaced. After only 25000 miles, the sprocket failed and I had to have the work redone by another shop. I called Dean and he said that he wouldnt replace anything that he think didnt need replaced. He refused to do anything about the 3400 dollars of damagse done to my car when the timing belt jumped. His customer service was also lacking. Anytime I had work done on my car that required parts to be ordered, I had to call him to see if the parts were in. He would almost never call me. Didnt seem like he really cared about keeping my business. Honestly, go to someone that will take care of you. Dont try to save a buck by cutting corners.

We have taken our cars there for years and years. Honesty and being knowledgeable is Deans philosophy. I trust him completly. Over the years I cant even imagine how much money he has saved our family.

H and A is the only place I want to take my car for service. Been going here for years, starting with a beloved 1995 Honda Accord then a CRV. BEST PEOPLE and SERVICE ever . Not much else to say. Take your car there, you wont be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I have to report that we had to re-replace the water pump and timing belt tensioner in 2010 Subaru within 7 months of work preformed by this shop. A major expense and let-down to say the least.

Love H&A. They wont make you replace any unnecessary parts and will save you money. They are honest and the only place my Subaru, Toyota, and Honda goes too.

Ive never had a better experience with a mechanic. In the numerous times that Ive taken my vehicles here, Dean has always been honest and trustworthy, always reasonably priced. There have been times where hes told me what work needed done immediately, what work should be done, and what could wait a few more months. Never felt like I was getting an up sell. Youd be making a mistake if you went anywhere else.

After $80 at center Street quick lube& no fix..I called here. He looked at my problem at fixed it in 2 minutes. Super kind and professional. Highly recommend.
