Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen!! I have sever social anxiety and get seizures from it and Kathy was the absolute most helpful I explained and she helped me do everything over the phone so I didnt have to come in and brought it right out to me! She was so sweet and smiles she truly makes me want to do business here knowing she will go the extra mile!Thank you Bed Bath& Beyond for hiring people like Kathy!!

For the things Im looking for they have it all in the same building. I love cooking and they have each kind of pot or dish that I need to cook in plus a wide variety. For my wife she goes in for the bedding and the bathroom products. I really like checking things out in there and reading what they do so I get different ideas for fun things

Found what we needed, sales person was very helpful, and even handled my return as nicely!

While I was shopping here, for the first time I was asked if I needed help to find anything. It was very nice, the employees actually seemed as though they really wanted to help. They also seemed knowledgeable about products.

Not much selection and only one checker there were 10 people waiting in line

Sorry not Sorry!!So lets start off with Montana Governor who released the mask mandate. So that means I dont have to wear a mask unless I choose so!!!So I get chased down in the store by the manager asks me if I have a mask, I said no, she said well you have to wear one in this store. Then runs off and chases me back down and gives it to me. Then acts like she is working and follows me around to make sure I have it on! I am beyond frustrated with this. The stores right next to it, dont have workers chasing you down in the store if you are choosing not to wear a mask! This is America! If I chose to not wear a mask in the state of Montana where it is not mandatory I will not wear one! I will give this store 1 star everyday if I have to. Sure I will sanitize my hands, but if my 1 year old son is not wearing a mask when what is the point in me wearing one?! We are breathing in the same air!Yall seriously need to get it together. America, free country!

I actually found a small cabinet that I was needing to tidy up the clutter in my bathroom.

I can usually find what Im looking for and more. I like that the store is laid out so I can find things easily. Employees are helpful and friendly.

That Bed Bath & Beyond is always stocked and with lots of new items. They display everything very well, and the folks at checkout are always courteous. They also ask if we found everything we were looking for. Like this store VERY MUCH!

Quick, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Not only did one, but 2 of the employees went out of their way to accommodate my needs and situation!! Will definitely do more Christmas shopping here from now on. Prices were reasonable, lines moved okay and everyone was friendly.

Staff in this store seemed happy and polite. They helped me to use my coupons from a different country. I finally found the things I have been looking for my kitchen. I found many products on sale. The parking lot is free and big enough to accommodate clients.

After looking all over town for living room curtains I finally discovered a well stocked, well made, wide selection at Bed Bath and Beyond! Everywhere else I shopped had practically no product in stock and you are lucky to find even two packages with the same curtain color and length. The quality and selection along with stock on hand made my day!

Worst place in Kalispell to buy anything or any kind of furniture. Worst customer service. I bought a 4 tier shelving unit for a kitchen on Sunday. Came home opened the box and it was damaged to where you couldnt put anything on it. Went back to the store on Monday the the employees were extremely rude and would only give me 20percent negative of original cost and only store credit. The employee wouldnt even give me a new or or even trade me for one that wasnt even damaged. Highly recommend not buying anything from there store.

Love this store. A variety of things. We couldnt find a spice rack at Walmart. BBB had four different ones. They have fun items I dont see anywhere else. Fun store.

Nice people good service and lots of selection most of the time. Yesterday however, Heather (clerk) must be new as she was very rude to me. I buy a lot of stuff at Bed Bath & Beyond! I will never ever let Heather wait on me again! By the way to differentiate if there is more than one Heather, she is probably mid-50s as she has graying hair.

Always seems difficult to find what youre looking for. Store is absolutely packed with merchandise--so much so that two people with carts cant pass each other in the aisle at the same time. Staff is always willing to help if you cant find something, if you can find a staff member. I like the fact that they accept their 20% off coupons. I rarely buy anything there without one.

They dont have much for baby stuff, and the heaters they had left were pretty spendy. Great service and helpful atmosphere. I got an oil diffuser for a good price and i love it!!!

Its bed bath and beyond. A great place to buy cheap stuff from China you never knew you needed. But the staff is pleasant and the store is clean and diverting.

Bed Bath & Beyond has a wide variety of household goods pretty reasonable prices especially if you use the coupons that come in the mail they have lots of innovative and interesting items as well staff here are friendly and the products that they sell are pretty good quality

Its a bed bath and beyond, not much else to say other than its a magical land of household goods and things you dont need but buy regardless. The staff cant seem to be bothered to help if you need anything though.

This store has everything you could need for the house and more..you start shopping even before you get inside...from floor to ceiling theres things everywhere ...the store is a little crowded, and the prices are high...the help there is so-so, Ive only encountered one person who actually acknowledged me in all the times Ive been there, thats a thumbs down....
