Ordered a new stove and it took 6 weeks to even get it in the store when we were told it would only take a week. Ive tried to call the store numerous times and no one ever seems to answer and the phone just hangs up. Not sure exactly what going on with this Sears because they are normally very good but this Kalispell store is in need of some serious help!! I wont go back and would rather go to Lowes or Home Depot after this.

We purchased a microwave oven combo, stove top range and a hood vent in Sept of 2020 paid cash and we received the microwave oven combo when we were suppose to in November of 2020 but we are still waiting on the Stove top range and hood vent, we get the same response every month when we have to all to check status on our order, it will be here end of next month, we have heard this for over a year now and still do not have our order. this is ridiculous

We purchased a microwave from Sears locally. It blew up only a few months after we had it, and when we asked to replace it, the local Sears gave us the total run around. It wasn’t their problem, we had to contact the manufacturer—which we did at a great time expense...nine month story made short, we have gotten the run around from everyone and STILL don’t have a microwave that works!. We are disappointed and unhappy that the local Sears won’t make this right! The whole reason we purchased from the brick and mortar was because we believed we would get good customer service. It’s been worse than if we had simply ordered something less expensive online!

We shopped several stores three years ago for an upright freezer. Our hometown Sears store had very competitive prices and we purchased a Kenmore upright freezer. I was very dismayed to find it non functional this morning, just three years and two weeks after purchasing it. I’m very disappointed in Kenmore only working for three years. My previous freezer, a G E lasted over twenty years.

Purchased a refrigerator from them over a month ago when ours bit the dust. They had the color, size, and style we wanted - but said it would be delivered in about two weeks. I figured that for $1600, I could wait two weeks to make sure it was the color etc. that I wanted. Its been over a month. Every time I call, they say I need to call back to talk to the manager. When I finally do, the manager says itll be on the Wednesday truck and it never is.

Will never shop local at this store again, and will tell others why they shouldnt either.Was told if I wanted the online price I would have to order online to get it. And then come back to pick it up at that price.Golden Rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated.A happy customer will return often and is likely to spend more.When companies prioritize a policy above the needs of customers, it shows. If you’re not sure how to respond in a scenario, think about what’s the kindest, most honest thing to do.They did not!!!!This product was on sears.com website not sure why it couldnt be matched. Doesnt matter anyway, you didnt even try. Bought one somewhere else, they were nice.

Will not shop here again. Purchased a new washing machine which only lasted a month before it started leaking water. Sears was less than helpful with helping me out. Very poor customer satisfaction service. Buyer beware.

Disappointed with this store. Went in a few months back to order a fridge, they said it would be in the following week and they set up a time to deliver it, well it never came and no one called. I had to call them to find out it was never delivered to the store. Kept saying it will be here next week, after a few weeks of playing games, it soon turned into we dont know when it will be here we will call when its here. I went in and got a refund, after they tried to sell me on a scratch and dent fridge instead of a refund. I went to Lowes and had a fridge that day with no dents for the same price.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mark (who claims to be the manager) was completely unprofessional and unapologetic when our fridge was not delivered as promised. In fact he made no effort to resolve the problem and hung up on me more than once. Incompetent employees who dont care about their customers. Its no wonder theyre going out of business. Save yourself some time and money and shop at Freds Appliance instead. Joe will hook you up with a great deal and a smile.

Something that really makes me irritated is when employees follow you like a thief. I was excited to go look at some craftsman tools but unfortunately I felt rushed because I was being followed and glared at my every move. I ended up rushing my decision and getting what she suggested a 400 piece craftsman set. I got home only to find every socket and bit scattered everywhere. It was as if a bomb went off. I bought the set because it was supposed to be portable and came with drawers. I had to return it due to the fact it had zero portability. To top it off the lady who followed me and rushed me was no rude and doubted me. I will never return or suggest. PS craftsman is junk.

Very disappointed. They could care less about their customers. When something breaks they dont deal with you unless you buy their warranty. They make you deal with the manufacturer. A business should really back the products they sell.

I will not be shopping here again. I ordered a fridge on oct.22nd online. With delivery for oct 29th. I got the fridge today.. after chatting 2 times with customer service and calling three times to the local store. The store can not see online orders. They told.me on Oct. 29th that it would be on the truck late Friday afternoon.....I called today and they walked back into the stockroom and boom there it was.....they delivered it at 12:30pm.....so I guess when you pay 99.99 for delivery if they remove the doors its an additional $25 and if you buy from the store haul away is 15 and online is 30.Or delivery guy did not complain at all. The other did the whole time....I am extremely unhappy with how all of this turned out. I will say the store location was not entirely rude on the phone. When I called Saturday it was not pleasant but rushed and told to wait for an email.I just hope that someone can benefit from seeing this and have a better experience than I did.

I have never left a review before. But I had toafter the horrible experience with Jill the store manager. For the last 15 years I have been purchasing my appliances, AC units, mowers, and tools from this store. But I will never buy from Sears again. Expecting the manager of the store to have enough knowledge and experience to sale me the correct battery for my riding mower (that was purchased there) was too much to ask for. I was sold the incorrect battery. I had even brought the old battery from the mower and mowers serial number with me. When I tried to exchange the battery with the original receipt and within the 30 day return policy she would not accept it. Due to it being during the COVID situation she would not accept it. At the time of purchase there wasnt anything posted or explained to  me about not being able to return or exchange a purchase. Orginally, she wasnt even going to extend the return policy due to it being unprecedented times even though she wouldnt allow me to. She finally said she would extend the return policy and accept the exchange once she was accepting returns. Well, thats fine and dandy.  Except for the fact that I have a battery I cannot use and a riding mower that I am unable to operate. All due to the manager selling me a incorrect part. If it was my mistake and I had purchased the part on my own without the help of the manager or any other situation I would understand. But THIS was not my fault. I should not be in this situation. I called Sears customer service line and they were not helpful. I have worked in   customer service and management business and I would have never let one of my customers leave my store in this type of situation. I have never been treated so poorly and had such terrible customer service!

Absolute garbage service. They didnt show up to my leaking washer repair appointment and once they realized the screwed up they gave me another appointment A MONTH AWAY. This is after I took a vacation day to wait around for them. I called and talked to Mark in the store and he said he cant help me that I needed to call the 800/India number again. They are happy to take money off you in the store but will tell you to pound sand when their customer service screws you over. Its no wonder sears is going bankrupt!

Just letting you know that we would never buy from Sears again!!We bought all our appliances for our kitchen in february. Around the first week in august my refrigerator stopped working. I called Sears and Had to go through repairs which took a week for them to come. Well he didnt have the part and it had to be ordered. So thought it was ordered about the middle of August. Well, no word for weeks and then called Lloyds repair in great falls and they said it was to be here the 9th . The 9th came and went so called again and they said it was ordered and on back order and out of stock. Then the repair man called on the 16th and said it was funny but they say your parts in and I will come on the 17th. On the 17th he calls and said its not in and its on order. Now its been over a month since I had a fridge! Talked to 1 800 4 my home and was told that if you have to wait over 21 days for repairs Sears has to replace it. I can never get the same message and you also wait on the phone for over 40 minutes.This week when I called them they were going to send me a $50 gift card and could take 7 to 21 days to get it. I was also told that the order didnt go in till the 17th so not sure where that is coming from! Also that I had to wait for the part as its getting shipped to me and then I have to call for the repair man!I feel that even at the Kalispell store that they just dont care! They are going out of business soon and they dont really care!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Just wanting to update, Sears did replace my fridge.

I dont have a problem with this store specifically. Ive bought multiple appliances here and the sales people seem friendly enough. However, if you live in the Flathead Valley area I strongly recommend that you dont buy major appliances from Sears period.Trying to get them serviced is a total nightmare!We bought a washer and dryer with a 3 year extended warranty from Sears, and when we called for service we were told it would be 4 weeks before someone could come out! At the time they had 0 service people in the Kalispell area and the repairman was going to have to come from Missoula or Spokane.Last week the compressor in our 1.5 year old fridge went out. We also have a 3 year warranty on it. It took 5 days to get a service person out but I tried to be understanding because we were heading into a holiday (Easter) weekend. The guy said he had to order a compressor and it would arrive Friday (5 business days later). However, he cant come back and actually install that compressor for an additional week... so well have gone 2.5 weeks without a working fridge.And thats assuming the compressor actually comes on Friday. I called the Sears repair phone number to see if they could get someone out here sooner and the guy I spoke to said the part wouldnt be here Friday at all. It would actually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. He then laughed at me when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was also not helpful. He told me that I could call back when the part showed up and they would see about getting someone out here sooner but theyve had a lot of repair calls lately so I need to be patient.So here we go... minimum 2 weeks without a fridge and no offer from Sears to compensate us for lost groceries or all the ice were buying let alone loan or rent us a fridge to use in the meantime. Serious, dont bother with them.

Honestly the worst customer experience I have had in the valley. My wife and I purchased a Kenmore washer & dryer from Sears Hometown in Kalispell. Initially we had a great experience when we purchased the set. Within the last few weeks our overall experience has been terrible. We have had the set for the past 8 months and recently our washer agitator stopped functioning leaving us with no working washer for the past few weeks.I called the store and they directed my to a 1-800 number for Home Service. I called and after an hour of wait time I was connected with someone for a service tech to be scheduled. I waited a week and a half for my tech to arrive.Upon the repair date I took half the day off to be available for the tech arrival window 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Unfortunately the tech never arrived and I got a call around noon stating the Tech was unavailable and there wasnt any other Techs available in my region. The operator who called did not have scheduling permissions and said I needed to wait 72 hours for a customer service representative to call back or contact the same Home Service 1-800 number to schedule an appointment.So I called the 1-800 number and again the appointment was scheduled out another week. It has been three weeks without a working washer that is less then a year old. I have spent hours of my time on the phone with customer service, store employees, and the manager. All of them were unable to fix the situation in a timely matter and didnt have empathy for the situation.Save yourself some time and dont buy an appliance from Sears Hometown in Kalispell. Unfortunately, Customer service is not their highest priority.

I will not order online or from this Sears location again. I have ordered two large appliances in the last 2 years and had problems with both orders placed online delivered through this store. First online orders seem to always get messed up because my billing address is different than the delivery address and the first appliance Sears tried to deliver the appliance to the billing address. This time the delivery team flat didnt get the tag printed for the fridge I have waited a week for. So delivery was to the correct address but a day late. Their online system showed that is was delivered and set up on the original scheduled date. Sears needs to get their computer system in line with whats really happening with the store handling your order. So to my current fridge order when it got here the delivery guys banged it a few times into the walls and top of both doorways. No damage thankfully. Staff at the store are not to friendly. The delivery guys are not much for taking much time to level the fridge. I should have caught that before they left but I have a toddler so my mind was on other things. They need to have the delivery guys take a little time to level appliances according to the instructions. This stores delivery guys are slam bam bang and sign this paper and there gone. Again lack of customer service. Going to pay this off and close my sears card and move my business to lowes or home depot. At least with HD or Lowes they come when they say and make sure you are completely happy with the installation.

I have always bought Craftsman hand tools because of lifetime warranty.The Kalispell sears store refuses the craftsman warranty even though I bought the tools from them. Twice now they have done this...so now I buy all craftsman tools from Ace Hardware Kalispell since Ace took back the craftsman ratchet that was defective that I bought from sears.
