I was working out of town and needed a prescription filled, we were having some trouble with the insurance and the pharmacy was getting ready to close. The man I delt with was great and helped me out all the way up to closing time to get my prescription that day.. great customer service for this traveler. Thanks again.

Not sure what has happened but this pharmacy no longer cares about its patrons. Perhaps just a sign of the times! When someone orders an essential medication and Walgreens cant fill it, a simple phone call is a minimum. Equally important is that this location does not appear to know what they are doing.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy in my life. They don’t care, they are never even close to being quick. Do not go to this place. Gull rd Walgreens needs to fire every employee and hire in new.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy none of them know what theyre doing and theyre slower than molasses.. it shouldnt take 5 days waiting on a pharmacist to review absolutely unacceptable

Worst pharmacy of all time. Power crazed witch as manager and wait times of over an hour. Backed up twenty deep and slower than crippled snails. Rude, disrespectful, the worst.

This pharmacy has shorted me so many times & they have no communication between pharmacists. They are rude rude rude! Gerard is an awful pharmacist who doesn’t admit to his mistakes and told me to go somewhere else when it was their fault that they shorted me. I’m finally leaving Walgreens for good!

Never have I ever had a good experience with one of their pharmacist. Switched my prescription to cvs. Attitude doesn’t make you cute.

I scheduled a vaccine appointment and it took over 40 min for me to actually get my vaccine.

Completely unsatisfied with Walgreens, move my meds to them cause I had to, insurance would not fill at Meijer, updated my new insurance three times and the still billed one of my meds to the old insurance. I called and was told I would get a call back, they never called, so I just waited my lunch break on hold to find out there is nothing they can do, corporate will have to take care of it, they will let me know if I owe anything in 6-8 weeks.

Horrible customer service, the 2 ladies work in the morning Shift, in the store the are the most rude people ALWAYS ALWAYS I go there the have really bad attitude, I’m sorry the been working the whole life there been a cashiers.The old lady looks like gargamel and the other lady. Rude pharmacy help. I have been a customer for well over 30 years, maybe 40. Have always been happy with pharmacy until I started using this pharmacy location. I suggested they were less helpful than my last Walgreens pharmacy, I was told to call there.

Tend to avoid Walgreens Pharmacies but in emergencies you sometimes have no choice. Gave them a 4 hour head start to fill 30 pills and I still have to wait an extra 15. I feel if I call 4 hours ahead of time to let you know Im coming you should be ready.

The lady Kati she is so mean, every time I go the she have to be extremely rude, I try to avoid to go the there in the mornings, looks like she been working her whole life and she ain’t passing from be a simple cashier

Terrible hours. Terrible staff. Shorted me 30 pills on a script. I called when I noticed it and their count was off by 30. Very concerning. Good thing the pharmacy manager corrected the error. The staff is horrible though.Update to this. AGAIN this pharmacy proves to be terrible. Afrodida is the rudest woman Ive ever talked to. Complaint with corporate will be coming their way now.

Awful customer service, only the cashier up front was willing to help me. The manager was busy talking to another member on the staff who seemed to be clocked out. I felt so bad for the cashier who was running back and forth from the register to the fedex station. My mom said this store is bad but I didn’t know it was this bad 👎🏻👎🏻

Had an order for pickup at the drive-thru, the employees are incompetent and took 45 minutes just to figure it out even though I had an email saying it was ready with a confirmation number, I do not recommend this store, very frustrating

Ive been here twice in the last week and both times nobody was tending the photo counter. I eventually just took my own pictures. Made a comment to the cashier at the checkout on the way out both times.

Thank you Walgreens and your rude, unhelpful staff for reminding me of why I dont ever use your pharmacy except in emergencies. Glad both Walgreens pharmacies I went to this afternoon couldnt fill my prescription and couldnt give me any guidance on how to get it filled prior to tomorrow

My wife and I hang out here often

They have a sign that says express pick up only 😡 and one that says drop off + pick up then when it was my turn had to go to back of the line standing here sick 😷 need to let people know what is going on.

Pretty sure Charlie is on drugs. I havent had any problems with this walgreens. To accuse a pharmacy of stealing is a pretty big accusation, especially saying the police has proved it? My scripts have been fine every time. It gets busy, and I understand that - like many other people should. Its not a fast food restaurant, its a pharmacy.

I get all my RXs there, very nice employees . Good sales! Close by.

Slowest and most rude people I have had to talk to.. Always rude always. Have complained to management and nothing has been done. Guess corporate will get another call maybe from my attorney this time. Not to mention how many times my prescriptions have been short. Someones stealing drugs. Proven by the police yet they stay in business. Stay away if possible. Has happened at 3 different stores here in Kalamazoo.

Rude, they will tell you meds will be ready in 30 mins, only to tell you its not available, or ins will not cover, did I mention every last employ is rude? I have been given the wrong meds 3 times in the last two years one time ending up in er. My fault for not checking IG. Go to gull point right up the street they are a great pharmacy. Five stars.

Great staff and easy in and out access.

Pharmacist there named “David” refused to fill a prescription. Granted there were 15 min before the store closed but nonetheless the store wasn’t closed yet and then he proceeded to shut the counter gates in my face prior to their 10pm closing time. Very unprofessional (and borderline illegal?).

Worst customer service ever received from a pharmacy. Called to check of the availability of a medicine. Was on hold for, not joking, 23 minutes. Got a tech who checked for it and confirmed it was available. Drove in, hand the prescription over to a different tech who then told me that they did not and say good luck finding it. Just wow.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt With. Not only are the staff rude but they dont bother letting you know that they dont have your medication in stock until you have waited 20 plus minutes, then lie to you and say they dont normally carry that specific strength of medicine. Problem is I have gotten the same medication from there for years.Pharmacy techs are rude and the pharmacist acts like they cant be bothered with any questions.I have permanently pulled all of my prescription from Walgreens and will not give them my business again. Anyone local to this pharmacy should check out Gull Road Pharmacy. They are professional, kind, and your prescription is filled in less than 10 minutes. Awesome place to go.Walgreen should be ashamed of your self

Lately every time I go to the driveway thru its a long line and it barely moves really depressing to have to wait in line for 1 hour or more for my prescription. This has been going on for months. Maybe you all.need to hire more people to cover the customer demand. Im glad at least I was sitting in my car waiting rathethan in the store standing and waiting
