It is convenient because there are no big lineups, amazing gas pricing, and you can have a bite to eat.

I have to say that I am impressed with the tenders. I havent tried the others, but the tenders are large, tender and juicy and full of flavor. I find that it is much better than KFC.

Pump 16, yes or no buttons don’t work had to back up to pump 14. Also not the cheapest gas in town.

The chicken is the ONLY reason i go there. You feel like you’ve hit the lottery if you manage to get in and out of there without being solicited for drugs or asked for money. Do not ever go after dark

Id give it no stars based on the last 3 or 4 visits, but I had a good experience here once, and zero isnt an option. These guys are rude, the store is often dirty and you need to plan on being accosted by homeless panhandlers every time you stop in. (That they do nothing to discourage). Ive patronized Chesters fried chicken at Shell stations all across America and this is the poorest run example I can point to. If at all possible.. Do not do business with these people.

This place is great most of the time. Pretty good staff, well-stocked, clean and presentable, and without long waiting times. However, if you are not accustomed to The Nightlife around here then this is not the place for you when the Sun goes down.

They are kind enough to let us get ice free of charge. Especially helpful on hot days. I am very grateful as we are in here daily. Fried chicken here is not as good as it smells. Pizza puffs are off the hook!

Love getting gas rewards, especially at the Jonnys shell station, like buy 2 sodas get 5-10¢ off gas rewards, I especially love and appreciate the shell stations that have the car wash attached, car wash prices are cheaper than any other place Ive seen in Michigan, 3$,4$,& I think a 5$ car wash, the 3$ wash is just as good as the 5$ one, and it adds 10¢ onto your shell gas rewards.

Love this Shell gas station the common courtesy is what I like.

Youre better off going to a different Shell in the Kalamazoo area, but this one was well maintained and fine. Just on an uncomfortable street corner.

Never had an issue here. Staff can be standoffish but usually polite. Air pump works. Can be tricky to maneuver when crowded.

Staff isnt rude, not friendly but wont bite your head off. Gas is usually fairly cheap, but be forewarned, this place gets sketchy after dark

Chesters Fried Chicken and a convenient location keeps me coming back. Expect a lot of panhandlers, though.

Went to the ATM here because allpoint said there was a no-fee ATM here. There is not, at least not for my bank card. Argh.

Charged my Visa card a temp amount of $100 instead of the standard $1. Transaction did not complete for a full 24 hours.

I was asked for money before my car was even at the gas pump. Another gentlemen asked me for money while I was pumping gas. Not the gas stations fault, but doesnt make me want to return.

I got change for I thought was a $10 bill, she gave me 20 ones dollar bills I didnt want her to be short on a cash register so brought back 10 and the next day I wanted to get my $10 back and the manager told her not to give me the money backThey was dishonest and unfair
