James, the salesman I was working with was patient. It took me quite a while (numerous visits over a year), but I finally pulled the trigger. He was great at helping me think through a decision between another manufacturer and the Jeep. And there was absolutely no pressure. A great experience.

Dealership Service Department is terrible. Sales department is fine we have bought a car and looked at others through them with great results. However the service manager is no longer there and it was already not great to start with. Took my Wrangler in Several Months ago and they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a vehicle that can only be aligned on the front axle. Was really the point of me no longer taken my jeep there. My wife takes hers there since it is convenient. Last week took it in for an oil change and asked them to look over it because a wheel bearing was going bad. Came back with a few items wipers, small fluid leak etc. No other problems. Fast forward 5 days and now I am replacing a wheel bearing that exploded while she was driving on the highway. Would not recommend anything more then oil changes and that is even a stretch.

Great customer service. Marty was honest, upfront and explained everything in detail about my decisions and questions. Lifetime Chevrolet owner, quite possibly jumping ship and becoming a lifetime Jeep owner. Definitely would refer any of my friends and family to Hayes Jeep.

Been doing Business here for years. Overall good place. Parts department needs to tighten up. This is a place of business and some of the conversations coming from the parts door next to the customer area are not conversations I would want my customers hearing. Go to the break room with that, be professional, and represent Hayes Jeep when in the building.

Great low pressure experience when we bought our first brand new vehicle since 1988, we usually buy pre-owned. We love our Grand Cherokee L.

Great service, only took about 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful.

Poor service center! Have taken three jeeps to the service center over the last couple years....no one here knows HOW TO FIX A TIRE! THREE DIFFERENT JEEPS! Always have to take them to Discount Tire, where they DO fix tires. My fiance has been driving a leased Jeep for 2 and a 1/2 years, 2 of those years of which she has had a tire issue and no one there can seem to fix it. She has been buying jeeps there since college I have bought two in the LAST 5 YEARS (NEW not pre-owned) and we are done. Poor poor service from a place that claims service sold it 😅😅. Currently looking at Land Rovers, bye Jeep.

Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks out for openings and my personal schedule for 8am on a Wednesday. Dropped the car off at 4pm Tuesday afternoon and signed the paperwork for work to be done. Seth told me he would be doing diagnostics and then let me know they would. Call with prices and information from diagnostics. Didnt get a call so called on my lunch break and was told the techs would give me a call after lunch. Called back at 330pm and was told I would be getting a call shortly with the verdict. They did call by 4pm stating the muffler needed replaced and another diagnostic would be needed to further review the AC not blowing hot air. A little annoyed about working on the car later in the day instead of the 8am appointment and not receiving an inspection report. Declined work on AC, fluid change, and Tune up due to prices. Picked up and payed for my car Saturday. So far nothing out of the normal and they would get 4 stars. But on the drive home my check engine light came on and AutoZone checker showed cylinder 1 misfire. Look it up and go to AutoZone next day to replace spark plugs first to test and if issue persisted replace my ignition coils. But took the spark plugs out and they where horrible. If a tech had checked that during inspection I should have been notified. Then on Monday turning on my car hear a horrible squeaking and my alternator belt is fraying and needs replaced. Paying for a 180 dollar inspection/diagnostics for them to miss 2 wear and tear items is frustrating. At the time of writing I have not checked the muffler work but will be taking it to courtesy jeep in GR to make sure I get a proper diagnostics and double check the muffler work.

All repairs were done properly with no issues. Repairs took longer than expected but that was communicated to me and they loaned me a vehicle until the repairs were completed. Some grease spots in the vehicle but nothing outrageous.

Unfortunate deal with service. Electronic problem can only be fixed if car fails to start and I am towed to dealership. It requires that I be stranded somewhere. Seems like a diagnostic computer should have a memory so that even if you eventually get the car started and drive it to the dealership it would still know what happened that prevented the car from starting. Although service guy was nice enough car isnt fixed. Waiting to be stranded somewhere, no doubt evening or weekend, so I can get car fixed. Am I the first person to think that Chrysler should work on this problem?5-25-21 After I wrote this review, I was contacted by the dealership. They apologized and offered to try to fix the car. I was pleased that they really seemed to want to fix things. They worked me in and fixed the car today. I am pleased for their effort. Upgraded to 4 stars.

The service department after a few challenges is back to providing great service. Typically they know you by name and have never once tried to up-sell unneeded services. I will take my jeep no where else!

When looking for a replacement vehicle, we were given only one option. Not only was it overpriced, but it had (obviously) not been given a detailed assessment before putting it up for sale. Within the next two years, repairs cost over $6,000 just to keep it running. Yes, we were sold a lemon. The quality of the maintenance department is very poor. It takes weeks to get an appointment to have a vehicle fixed. Then when you take it in on that morning, they just leave it sit all day and not bother to even look at it until the end of the day or the next day. The actual repairs are highly expensive. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else.

I took my car here after sliding into a curb and was basically told my car was totaled with $5,000 worth of damage. I knew there was absolutely no way and decided to take it back to the dealership where I bought it to get it fixed and the grand total was $500... 10% of the price I was told by your mechanics. Complete scam especially as a young female.

While I did not buy my Jeep Wrangler here (I’m from Pennsylvania), I had been recommended to talk to Tom in finance about getting an extending warranty. He went so far out of his way, above and beyond to help get me (a kid from Pennsylvania) a great deal on a fantastic extended warranty. I really can’t thank him enough, but would 10/10 recommend Tom to all of my friends or anybody looking for an extended warranty on their Jeep!

Be extremely cautious if buying a used vehicle. Bought a truck and had to have the transmission replaced in it after only having it about a week. Very concerning that I was told this vehicle passed inspection with their mechanics. I do believe the transmission issue was known about and sold to me. Luckily I bought a powertrain warranty and it was covered through that or I would be without a vehicle and have a monthly car payment.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the staff at Hayes Jeep were extremely helpful. Kal, especially was the best to work with. He was proficient in the cars he showed us and in the explanation of the pros/cons of leasing versus buying. He made this experience enjoyable. Would never EVER buy a Jeep from here. The worst customer service we have ever experienced! Stopped by to ask a simple question about a bolt on our spare. My boyfriend went in as I sat in the car. Not one person offered any help, & then questioned him if he even had a Jeep as our Jeep is sitting in the parking lot. I really would like to give them negative stars but since that wasn’t an option, I went with 1. We brought our car in for service and they told us everything that was wrong, so we got a quote. Long story short they were REALLY trying to rip us off, they wanted $4000 and it would take nearly a week for them to get it done. We went elsewhere and got it done for $1500 AND got it back the same day. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for your service needs.

The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. We met after the sale to review some communication issues that were nicely resolved. It is best to get everything in writing as with any purchase.

I decided not to buy a vehicle here with Kal (car salesman) after doing research on Edmunds and KBB. I asked him for the best price he could give me and he said he could only take off $200. I decided not to purchase the vehicle bcuz I know I can find a better deal. Kal sent me a not so nice email stating that it was sold for full asking price. He was nice until I decided to take my business elsewhere. Be careful who you buy ur vehicle from. Certain people will tell you anything so that you pay top dollar. Please do your own research.

I called and scheduled service to get my recalls taken care of on my 2008 Wrangler, I was greeted by the service manager and dealt with professionally. The environment was awesome and I felt very confident leaving my vehicle. They worked around my schedule and provided a loaner for the duration of the repairs. My mom and brother were visiting from out of state on Thanksgiving. They headed home that Saturday late in the morning at which time they had a minor accident sliding into a curb on some ice. The front passenger tire got whacked pretty hard. We were afraid the axle was wrecked. Trying to find a mechanic at noon on Thanksgiving Saturday is pretty difficult, especially if you are new to the area. We called Hayes because my Moms car is an ancient, but well-maintained Mazda. Bob Bolinger was totally helpful. He agreed to keep the shop open for us even though it was getting close to closing time. When we limped in, he got the car up on a hoist immediately. Luckily there was nothing wrong with the axle, etc. He got us a new tire, cleaned things up, got it mounted and back on the road in fine shape in less than an hour. He even gave mom a new wheel cover for her model at no charge. His guys were polite and efficient and he was just the kindest fellow. And best of all, Hayes didnt gouge us just because it was Saturday on a holiday weekend. Great service!

3/20/18 (Issues was resolved the difference was made up. No other review has this issues. They claim and I believe this was a mistake. Leaving the review so if anyone else has issues with the same thing.)3/19/18 Just got a $792.09 charge for them to tell me the transmission was bad. Sent my girl friend in to drop off and pick up the jeep. Joe Hunt charged her for labor R&R Transmission when nothing was done. Going to dispute this. Even if it was a mistake it shouldnt happen. She said the guy just kept talking to her and distracting her while she was paying and didnt notice till she saw the bank account. The charge was suppose to me $79.95

I come here for oil changes and other maintenance, it is a great experience. Non-patronizing and helpful technicians, free shuttle service, fast service. Best dealership experience.

James is rude and one time he literally was screaming at me because “he had alot to deal with at the time” and he putted his anger on me. Unprofessional. I was nice enough to not say anything rude back but the cost is in this review here
