Sad! Business shouldnt charge you a fee just because your using your debit card. I had an order that came to $9.53. I wanted to use $6 in cash and rest on my debit card. She told me, you should use $5 off your debit card because if you spend less then $5 on your debit card theres a extra fee. I was like are you kidding me? If I spend less then $5 on my debit theres an extra fee? I told her to have a good day and that business lost my business. Debit & cash are pretty much the same thing. Go figure?

Like the many products but not good for social distancing, the aisles are narrow and its impossible to avoid staying 6ft apart.

Store was so closed in!! Isles were small! Felt closed in walking down the isle. Friendly people in the store.

Got a brand new Pony tail and yes it does say non refundable but they failed to tell me before I checked out and minutes literally minutes later I got to return it and they tell me it non returnable somebody needs to update their policies or I guarantee their gonna have angry customers just like me, I will never go to this store again and I wont suggest it to nobody!!!!!!They know its brand new it would be different if it wasnt!

Claustrophobic. I didnt feel comfortable walking the ailes. Of course all eyes on me.. like I came in to steal already taken merchandise. Im not a fan of over priced make up laundry bags mens clothes glasses and earrings. NOT ONE PERSON SPOKE. They all stared. Hurry up and buy!

Very good quality wigs but on the bit pricey side for them not to be fully human hair.

I had bleached my hair and wanted to get the red out, the girl working told me to get the high lift neutral blond, a purple packet of red/ gold eliminator, mix w/ 40 cream developer and it would take the red and yellow tones out. It did nothing. I went back and the Asian manager told me to bleach again, mix w/ the blue packet of “unred” and color with the high loft wells blue base color. It worked!!! No refund however! Very disappointing! Sally’s would’ve have pleased their customer. I give T&T 3 stars only because they have such a large variety of merchandise.
