I LOVE bath and body works. However, I am disappointed that a lot of items are always out of stock. Although I could get the items online, they charge for shipping if its under $50. And I had already purchased my other items so its not worth it to me. It would be nice if they did a free shipping promotion every once in awhile for people wasting gas to not be able to get the items they want.

Such a well clean store that was amazing well stocked! The girl that greeted me at the door was happy to explain a,couple of coupons I received in the mail. The cashier was so friendly! I got 4 3-wick candles, one body lotion and a roll on perfume for less then $60! So excited to be a customer for this business. Thank you for wonderful people, tons of amazing products and reasonable prices (keep those coupons coming lol)

Went there yesterday. Had a coupon for a free item and 20% off total order. I asked 2 staff members if the coupon was good on what the first staff member showed me. 2!!! Added several other body care items and went to check out. The cashier informed me I couldn’t use the coupon on the selected item. I pointed out to her that I had checked with 2 staff other staff members and the first one even showed me the item I selected! She said, “ Well, they were wrong.” I have shopped and Bath and Bodyworks for about 20 years. Spent hundreds of dollars on candles, gifts, body care, etc. Never again. Your cashier just cost you a customer. I walked out with nothing and will NEVER bother you with my business again.

Really nice customer service right when we walk in. They are always changing the scents and other offerings based on the season. We get coupons all the time and they are for good deals and free stuff. They also have products for men and things for the home, a great place to shop for gifts.

I used to love shopping at BBW but not now that they have joined the shady business club when it comes to there sales and coupons. If your sale goes until a specific date - then it should be for that WHOLE day-NOT A FEW HOURS OF IT!! Also, start using ink colors that are READABLE on your coupons and also make it clear on the FRONT of the coupon that the free item is for specific items only. Dont put it on the back in tiny print where you cant even see it and make us wast time shopping for something only to be told we cant get it and then have to hold up the line while we try to quickly grab something else. SO ANNOYING!

Good place to shop. The staff were amazingly helpful and polite.

Everyone is so very helpful, but never pushy. They help you, but dont linger. There are always new scents to check out. They are extremely organized when it comes to keeping customers safe from COVID, too.

I simply love the customer service, the experience of being able to shop, enjoy the atmosphere and find products that make me smile make it worth the wait in line.

It sucked, having to wait outside for other customers to come out, before I could even go in, but understandable and reasonable, considering whats going on with the covid virus right now.

Shout out to Sammie for exceptional customer service! I wasn’t aware of the annual candle sale until 10 mins before close. But she kept a register open for me to be able to come in and buy what I wanted. I’m personally in retail management myself, and I just wanted to share some appreciation for her cs. Sammie went out of her way and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Thank you Sammie!!!

I am happy this place is still around after so many years, but they have changed their formula of scents that have been around for decades. The original aromatherapy line that I have always loved, is not how it used to be. The scents or formula seems to have been diluted from its original format. Despite their buy 2 or 3 for whatever price special they have at the time, I do not feel the quality is the same and due to the lack of scent potency, the prices are too high. I hope they change the formulas back to the original mixture.

I love Bath & Body Works! I frequently buy their Foaming Hand Soaps to gift to friends and family. I am especially happy about the new store on W. Main in Maple Hill Mall next door to Hobby Lobby. Employee Bri was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be visiting this conveniently located store again as the holiday season approaches.

As always, the staff are experts at maximizing the product to dollar ratio. I brought 3 coupons from a mailer, plus I took advantage of the daily special. Walked out the door with $70 in goods for around $22. Fantastic for stocking stuffers! Everyone should smell good for the holidays!

The manager kept following me and at the cash register made sure that I paid and when I went to do even exchange, he got upset and gave attitude and said I guess we can do it this time and I have no idea if this has anything to due with my race (Im mexican) but I didnt see him following anyone else, but other than that, everyone else was super friendly and helpful

The first day I went was on Candle day (12/1) and although it was super busy, there was a lot of room and staff was more than willing to go out of their way to help. There are so many more choices at this store than the mall. Although I love the store in the mall as well. Overall 5 stars!
