He even pointed me to the Muffler Man to fix our muffler because he said it would be better for us economically speaking. As long as we live here in Kalamazoo, they will always have our business.

I called to ask if the shop offered mechanical inspections for craigslist vehicle purchases the shop was to busy to accommodate with such short notice but and the person that answered the phone was super helpful. She was willing to take the time to share the knowledge and insight that she knew on the vehicle and offered up a few other places to look for help. Great customer service. I will definitely head back for service if this purchase winds up being a lemon.I was genuinely impressed!

Not that anyone likes having to take their car to the shop, but I love this place. Its close to home, the staff is friendly, helpful, and most of all honest. They always offer me a ride when I drop my car off. (Not that I need it. I can walk home from the shop, but its the thought that counts.)

Small shop but very good service, they can do what ever need to be done. It your not sure bring it in and they check everything. They well let you know . I go for an oil change, they found something other then what an oil change would have been. If it takes longer then a day they will let you know and they have a KEY DROP BOX u can use. Not sure of the times that they open or close.

So they werent the place I ended up taking my car only because I had to get it in asap to leave town. HOWEVER when I called the woman was so nice and took the time to talk to me. She was incredibly knowledgeable. After telling her what the problem was she stressed how important it was that I get it looked at before driving out of town. She was right. My car did need to be fixed. It was bad enough to be really dangerous. Everything I have heard about Parchment Service Center has been positive and if I have problems in future I will be using them.
