I originally set up my car to have a braking issue fixed, but a more serious problem came up so I had them fix that instead.They found a frame issue and suggested I might want to consider that before going ahead with repairs (I appreciate their integrity there).I didnt really have a choice so I asked them to go ahead with the new problem (control module) and I will determine later if its worth going ahead with other repairs.They were very quick and my car is running well.I highly recommend them if youre looking for quick quality repairs. It doesnt hurt that they were polite, upfront, and professional as well.

I took my truck here after it suddenly began throwing multiple codes and was barely running. I could have sworn it was going to be engine related and I was possibly going to need an engine rebuild. After multiple recommendations from others on our Next-door app, I took it here for diagnostics and repair.. Thankfully Chris and team diagnosed it as a clogged catalytic converter. Not only did they correctly diagnose it but they were honest enough to recommend that I take it to a muffler shop instead of them as it would save me money and time. They saved me roughly $700 by taking it elsewhere. These guys will be my new go to mechanics.

I recently made a phone call to several places and was given a price on something that really doesn’t even exist. I talked to Matt and he told me that manuals don’t get trans flushes. I researched and learned he was correct. They are honest and true. It’s better to take your vehicle to an honest place over a money place.

Chris is fantastic.. he went above and beyond when my cars waterpump, and belt had me stranded with my children on the side of the road. Drove us home safely, and wouldnt even think of taking money for the ride! I will take my future business there for sure!

Trash customer service. I called the place 4 times and the person working the phones picked up and hung up on me each time. I ultimately drove to the store to confront them about the poor customer service. I called while I was in line to see which guy keeps hanging up on me. I called the person out on it and his response was that he assumed I was a solicitor. He apologized so I decided to attempt to conduct the business I was coming to them for originally. I requested a quote on a front axel brake job. The man at the counter responded that he was too busy and that I can leave my information for him to callMe back on. There was literally one woman in the waiting room. Screw these guys!

These guys do good work and are not too expensive. But, when you call for an appointment, the guy will ask you 10 thousand questions and youll be on the phone for 10 minutes. They are not open on Saturdays which would be helpful. Hard to get in sometimes.

I believe they know about their cars and have good mechanics. However I was not respected as a customer. Customer service was rude. Would like my concerns and questions to be answered respectfully. They were thorough in their inspection of my vehicle.

Amazing work quality for a fraction of the price Seelye was charging. They really did a great job, true pros. Felt like they treated me very fairly and honestly, didnt feel hustled at all. Will def be back!!

Great service! Worth the extra 10 minute drive

I recently had my civic thoroughly inspected in preparation for a long road trip. These guys said everything was fine, then a week or so later, my engine was misfiring and apparently all 4 spark plugs were worn, and a coil damaged, leaving me stranded on the road.Moreover, in their inspection, they didnt even notice it was overdue for an oil change. (fluids didnt look good and the dash warning light to change the oil was coming on if the car had been test driven like they said).Yet, they had the car an entire morning.I wont be returning.

A growing number of us found that this is one of the safest, least expensive, God fearingly honest, repair and service place around.

Ive been taking my 2001 Beetle to these guys for more than 10 years. They always do a great job and go out of their way to get replacement parts that arent crazy expensive (which import car parts often are.)
