Call to ask about a warranty on my battery was told without even being asked what my name was or information on my vehicle that they do not keep that information anymore so how in the heck do they know when you bought the battery if you dont have the receipt he told me its because of a sticker thats on the battery that tells them if its a 1 or 2 year or 3 year battery. I didnt understand so still trying to figure it out since my battery is in the trunk so I have to take the battery out look at it then take it to them very inconveniencing which they have a system like AutoZone or Advance Auto Pep Boys and the other auto stores they used to do it so Im wondering what happened everyone seems to use covid for an excuse Im so fed up with excuses just being real and say theyre incapable of doing a simple job.

If I could give it a zero I would. Called a bunch of times no one ever answered the phone. I called the main store and they told me everyone is busy and cant answer the call and that they couldnt answer my question and all they could do was redirect the call. Not worth it.

What auto center? Its 3 or 4 guys standing at the desk with an empty garage, directing all customers to Plainwell for 10 months.

The positive for Walmarts tire center is that they seem to work fairly quickly and have more convenient hours than a traditional tire shop. However, as there are less tire options generally available you end up paying more for what few choices they have in stock. We had an emergency tire issue on Easter and the cheapest tire we could get was $114 before installation.

Fair price for fair work. Limited wait time. If you need basic maintenance, this should be high on your list.

Customer serves is great at the auto center. however I just had an issue with my car. I took my car into the dealership to get it fixed and I found out that my oil pressure was going crazy because Walmart put on the wrong size oil filter. I wish we could still have a cheep option with quality work.

Quick in and out, no issues with the tire changes. I have had them do oil changes in the past when hubby didnt have time to do it. No problems with it, pricing was a lot better than some other places like Uncle Eds.

If I could give them Zero stars I would thats how horrible the experience was. I took my car in May 5 for a routine oil change and about a week later my oil was leaking and my engine was burning. I took my car into an auto repair shop for them to tell me Walmart Auto never changed my oil filter and also damaged my oil pressure senor. I went into Walmart today to see if they would make things right and the store manage informed me that I would have to pay for my repairs before they could reimburse me. Lucky for me I was able to get all my repairs done by a Professional auto service and Will be heading back to Walmart so they can reimburse me for all my repair work. Do Not Go Here For AN Oil Change They Will Damage Your Transportation.

All I needed was 1 tire changed, told me that they werent going to fit me in because they were busy. The garage was empty and about 4 guys just standing around. But the person in charge told me if I bought a full set of tires they would help me out, other than that i was on my own. Never again

Came in to replace my tire, cause it had a slow leak. I was told the tire was fine, and just needed a patch but that my front drivers side needed a new tire cause it was almost bald. So I agreed, replace front tire and do the patch. I watched from the waiting room the whole time. THREE different techs touched my car. I didnt say anything, but I would prefer for the person who starts the job to finish it. Anyways I paid, and left. The very next morning, I get in my car and the tire light is on. So I go straight to Walmart. Told them that my light was on. A different tech looks at my tires and comes in and tells me I need 3 new tires cause their bad. I said why didnt anyone tell me that yesterday? He said cause they probably didnt look. THREE techs touched my car, and nobody checked? Anyways, another tech adjusted the air in my tires, cause he said it was off. I wasnt charged, and I left. Too many people are touching customers cars. Another customer was there complaining about the very same thing. I wont be returning to replace my 3 bad tires. Ill pay a little more at Belle or Discount.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Just because my ABS light is on, they refuse to do an oil change?? Its unsafe? I drive it 100 miles everyday, you have to drive it 50 feet. Stop being lazy. I understand it was an hour before closing, but its your job.

I was told 2 hours at 9am. Now 1130am and theyre still not done with a simple oil change.Edit: they finished at 1145am. I get home and theres a large oil spot in my driveway. Keeping an eye on it in the garage. Do NOT take your vehicle here!Wish I could attach a photo I just took of the leak.

Forgot to do a tire rotation. When asked consistent service, but not worth the price or wait.

Extremely slow due to being extremely understaffed. Waited 2hrs 30mins for an oil change and my vehicle had been sitting in the bay for 1hr 30mins or longer.

If you want cheap tires, you can get them here. Beware that some name brand tires, like the Goodyear Viva 3 are not made by the manufacturer whose name is on it. They are made in China by Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart pays to put the name brand on them. I had a problem with some Goodyear tires I bought here, when I called Goodyear, they told me they had nothing to do with the tires and gave me a toll free number to call. When o called Wal-Mart answered the phone.

Those fellas helped me out when I had been put in a bind by another local tire company.

Well i havent ever had any problems with Oil service here yet i have friends wich did....but i still go there more than other places for oil change....plus good prices for that service..

Cheap oil changes. Some time long waits

After having an oil change there my coolant return hose was clamped in the hood and has been overheating every since.

I was very unhappy at the automobile area I came to bye tired . I went in asked guy said let me check he came back said yes they have him but the guy who was available said he was leaving for the day so the other Co worker said it be fine they had three cars they were working on so I had to wait my turn so I left my keys walked around shopped a little then returned to be told that they could not work on my car for new tires cause suppose all three machines all of a sudden so I had to leave cause they was nothing that could be done so I waited around a whole hour to be told that they could not do it today to come back tomorrow if they are working then

Drove to walmart to get oil change not open never using walmart again

They got us in and out 2 cars in under an hour.
