They worked on my custom 52 Pontiac and resolved electrical issues that I had been unable to resolve myself in about 3 months. And they did it in about 2 days. Absolutely the best place to have your LS engines worked on. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

I called ahead to see if they could help me with my remote start. They install them and fix them at an extremely reasonable price. When I called, they were very helpful. Once I arrived, someone came out instantly to look at my remote start. Within 10 min it was fixed with amazing customer service. They would not charge me for this minor fix. This is a local business that is in the business for all the right reasons. I was treated with respect, they fixed it quickly, and were nice enough to not charge me anything. I would recommend this business to anyone who has issue with their remote start or any other services they offer. I will be definitely going back if I need any work done. Amazing 5 star experience.

Customer Service stinks unprofessional, and the girl they have running the phones is absolutely ridiculous in understanding how to follow up with you. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking to get anything done. If you dont want my business thats fine I will take it elsewhere. The funny thing is I never went in I had to callback a second time to see what happened to my first callback which I still never got. If this is how you run your business busy or not busy its not a good look for a person just wanting to give you money for work which you cant even callback.

Ive done business with these guys since they opened the Kalamazoo location and they have been the most prompt and trustworthy shop Ive ever been to. My most recent experience was last week with my old F150 and a starter problem. I gave them a call and Dave said he could most likely get it fixed the same day if parts were available. Had the vehicle towed to them at noon and I was back on the road by 530 even though they had quite the workload for the day. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and car loving team, this is the place! Thanks again to Dave and Nick for being willing to service the many needs on my old trusty (and rusty) old truck!

Not only was the service horrible and they changed the price 3 times, but they ruined the system functions in my truck because they didn’t ground the wires right when they installed my stereo system. Now my truck will not start up. I would never refer anyone to go to them.

These guys are specialists in what they do. I recently bought a factory style rear view camera for my Audi A4 and had it installed here. They not only did a great job but did it in half a day. Although the airbag lights had come on after the install I took it to the showroom and they did a reset. The camera is working like a charm. They were very reasonable on the price too.

Great customer service from Nick, and the end result was fantastic. Had a 12 sub installed in my audi with a line converter and its a clean install and sounds great.

Traveling for work, David and Nick went out of their way to get me back on the road. They actually found and repaired previous repairs that were not done correctly from a previous shop in Shelby twp MI. Too bad I dont live on the west side, I cant recommend them enough. Polite, professional, and thorough.

Got a system installed and it’s amazing. The staff was amazing and the owner was awesome. They quoted me a price, didn’t have what they quoted (couple days prior to Christmas), install a better amp and didn’t change the price. It should have been $100 more, but he stated “If we quote you, we stick to it”. Thought that was pretty cool! Thanks again!!!

I hesitate to rate this place, because I feel like my experience there may be out of the norm. They seem like really nice guys, and they were fair with me pricewise, but they couldnt find a problem with my stereo, and its horrible. It pops and crackles, volume goes up and down, speakers come on and off...horrible, but apparently it didnt do any of this while they were looking at it, even though it does it pretty much non stop when you drive it. They also kept my vehicle all day and overnight, again to not find a very obvious problem. Nice guys, but I wouldnt trust their abilities enough to ever go there again.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I initially went there for a remote starter because the price was literally the best in town. But after the service I received, I can tell you Ill definitely be back again and again!! They were quick, attentive, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And, like Nick (one of the owners) said, now that I have my remote starter I will NEVER NOT have one again, lol!!! I highly recommend them :)

These guys always seem to go the extra mile for you.I hadnt been there in a couple years but as soon as my remote starter started acting up they were on it without delay. Great guys to deal with. Be cautious though, they are good at what they do and they can get quite busy.

Took truck in to have it diagnosed because of serious static issues and speakers cutting in and out. They kept it for 24 hours and merely turned it on. No diagnosis done and no answers which is sad because I read ready to install a new system if necessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dave and his company did a great job they handled my daughters automatic starter and told her how to use it. Unfortunately I couldnt be there to help and he took my dad rule. Love his Christian values that will always take his business far.

I only give one start so that I can write a review they were very Pleasant and professional people when speaking to them but the work that was done on my car could have caused a major accident with my grandchildren in the car once I took the car somewhere else they gave me everything that was wrong I had crossed wires from the work that auto dynamic did my brake line was about to just break because it was not tightened correctly and lines were crossed the remote starter stopped working in a week and when I called to speak to them I was called a Liar

Nick is great! Highly recommend this shop. Nick was honest and patient with me, helped me find the exact headlights that suited my needs. Then took the time to correctly install the product. With my splash guards, he took his time and got them on there just right. He is very proud of the work he does and it shows. Wanted my car to look just right. Told me several times, that if it his car, he would do the same.

Great customer service with a vast knowledge of everything aftermarket on your vehicles. Both the owners and employees seemed to truly care what they do, and broke down step by step everything I had done to my truck. The audio setup is second to none, all of my remote starts have had zero issues mpnths later. And their Dyno runs we had done before some power adders went smooth and quick like it should be. I needed an aux port installed to my car so I called around and they gave me the best price and they seemed to be the most friendly. I figured they would know better than me where to install the cord and the switch (which they did) all for a reasonable price. Class act, I would definitely do business again.

It was never a great experience. The guy was always on the phone and always made me feel like I was interupting his day. When installing my smart start they cut wires without telling me and eventually became disconnected and then reported a tampering when that wasnt the case. Lost my license for 4 months due to their incompetence, won my case but should never have happened. Be wary!

I was headed out of town for a trip and our old cd player/cassette tape player went crazy and would not stop clicking. I called them up and was in and out in under an hour with a new kenwood smart phone ready cd player allowing me to stream my xmsirius radio which I intended to do in the first place. Great fast service and friendly at a home town garage atmosphere.

The dates I was supposed to get parts installed on my vehicle kept getting moved around. I was lied too constantly by who I believe to be the manager. I would suggest taking your car somewhere else not a professional or legit place of business.

Representative never addressed me directly. Was on the phone the whole time I was there. Said a number, I didnt even realize he was speaking to me; that was the request for payment. Took my credit card out of sight which creeps me out. Never said work was complete. Really an awful experience.
