Building had no assistance. Had to drive further out of my way to get help from another building while on a time limit.

Room to store extra stuff or just stuff. Or rent a truck.

Ive rented trucks and trailers in the past. Always had good luck.

Never will use again. Bugs transfered from one storage to the other.. mass bed bug infestations.. they did not encourage an insurance to claim on..

They dont know on how to do there job and they dont want 2 fix it and there job they also yelled at customers and tell them they cant park there and there was no sign hanging up and also they cant rent there trailers to anyone that is accused with some one that is renting from so ya not happy we rent it and they want it back at 1200 return when we are going 2 iowa so ya all night turn and burn

Short and sweet service, convenient products and many different trucks to rent out. The staff here are personable, helpful and honest in my experience.

Daniel, manager, was fast and knowledgable. So easy to book. And boxes? Wow! Like $1 a box? Bought in bulk and what I didnt use he bought back. Moving is NOT fun. But easier with these guys.

Not only did it take 3 full hours to put on my trailer hitch, they took a cooler out of my trunk and didnt return it. I dont know why they needed to take it out, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. I called about it THREE times in three days but no one returned my call. I finally just went to back in the fourth day and asked. Yep they had it. No apology, nothing.Also the day I had it put on there was no thank you. Not very customer service oriented. F+. The plus is that I got the hitch.

Easy getting rental. Clean vehicles and they drive great. No problems. Can get any size boxes and even bought a dolly there.

Rates were fair but not the cheapest. It felt like they were all about nickel and dining the customer. The gentleman who helped us was very pleasant and professional, though.

I rarely take the time to write a review unless my experience is a 5 star or a 1 star. During a recent move I purchased many moving boxes and each time my wait time just to make a purchase was up to 1/2 hour. They also state that they are more than happy accept/return unused boxes. This is not the case. You would think that I was asking for them to perform brain surgery for me. The employee morale seems to be quite low and I’m saying that based on multiple experiences in the store. That being said, they are the only show in town so there isn’t any real motivation to “try harder”

We purchased 24 hour access. I went to get into my unit after hours and the automatic door was dead bolted closed. Customer service told me they didnt know what a dead bolt was. The unit itself is on a half story level and you have to duck under cross beams to even get to your unit. Never rent from here worst place ever!

Great and convenient rental store. P.s. They are sometimes short staffed and service may take longer than usual. Online and/or phone call reservations are encouraged for quicker service with most u-haul stores.

Fast fair service Friendly staff

Had an issue with a truck while on the road from Oklahoma to New York. I stopped in and the staff checked out the truck and had me back on quickly after doing a fast inspection under the hood.

The place is real nice but when picked a truck up, the fuel was not full, was 1/4 left, said When dropping off, the gas must 1/4, How can i figure it out when on 1/4, you know 26 foot truck burns lot gas ! About 5 to 7 MPG

This place is a complete joke. Their employees dont listen or walk off when you are asking them questions. Stay away

Worst business experience ever! Wouldnt let me have my u-boxes for over a week because they were too busy. When I finaly was able to able to pick up my box, it had been opened, and many things were missing. Legal action pending.

Reserve ahead, you cant just walk in and rent something.Fast talking sales rep, feel like I may have been sold a load of unneeded goods...

They have fair prices and the staff was friendly. No complaints.

This place is trash. I had a reservation to have a hitch installed at 9:00am and was told that the install should take an hour. we needed to deliver a machine to a customer and was not able to due to not having a hitch on the new shop truck. we called a couple hours after we dropped off to find out they are not complete. they then told me that they would have it in about 45 min that the hitch tech was working on it right now so then calling back 4.5 hours after dropping off. I call and get no answer and am directed to a call center where they try to message and communicate with the store. no response so the call center tells me that according to the notes the truck is complete. so we show up to get the truck and find that its not in the parking lot. instead the truck is still in the install bay. and they tell me it is not complete yet. asking when will this be complete? they proceeded to tell that they have not even started on it and that they wont be able to complete it for at least another couple hours. and then was told that they dont take reservations for hitch installs on sat. so i asked how i happened to have a reservation number and appointed time to do so.. the lady that i was talking to I believe was the manager.. proceeded to take no responsibility for anything just kept saying well i didnt do it so i dont know how you got this because we only do drop offs on sat. If you are the manager step up and take responsibility as a manager. if your not you should look for another job that does not have to do with customer service because the lack of professionalism and the lies that come from that store are a joke. I can assure you that I as well as everyone I know will avoid this place like the plague.. My coworker and I had to install the hitch and wiring ourselves so that we could get on the road. I used to work for the U-haul that is being reviewed by me as a hitch pro and worked the counter as well. its not a hard job and not hard to have better customer service. Here is a tip as well dont lie to your customers. We make your paychecks

Rented a van that had 8k miles on it.the van broke down. while its not the fault of the uhaul store what is the problem is that they said that only a manager could help me to get another van or get a refund. the person i talked to said they would call me back in a few minutes. NOPE!!! no one called me back and not only was i stuck on the side of the road for hours, I had to get someone else with a truck to move my stuff for me.maybe if enough bad reviews come in uhaul will do something about the lack of customer service at this location.

Nothing but problems with them. They overcharged me by $200 dollars for a truck I had for two days, then after I had to fight to get a refund they charged me again a few weeks later!

Ive used this location twice in two months. There service has been first class and very accomodating.

They make u bring the truck back.

The district manager needs fired and sued. He steals money from people by claiming the trucks are damaged or stolen.

Tried for hours to get information on renting a truck and car dolly. Could never get anyone to tell me if my local store had one. And twice they mustve muted me and when they kept asking me a question I was answering, they hung up on me. Worst customer service ever.

Manager was rude when I asked why they added more miles then what I drove. 2nd time its happened. Never going back!

These guys worked for two hours on a land rover problem they ultimately couldnt fix... Then they didnt charge me. I cant praise them enough.
