We are so grateful for great service from our Public Storage in Joplin. We have rented from them multiple times in the last few years as times have been difficult but have had the consistency of ease, professionalism, and affordability with this location.

Had a great experience with this Public Storage. I entrusted my belongings here for nine months while I served in the Army and they helped give me some peace of mind while I was away. They even contacted me when I got back to start clearing out my unit to make sure it was me actually getting my things and not someone else. Johanna and Chassidy were especially helpful since my grandmother would call in every once in a while to make sure the payments went through and they made sure my grandmother felt at ease as well. Would 100% recommend.

I went in today to get a new lock and the lady that was working at the desk was complaining that I was coming in on her lunch break. and saying how she should have locked the doors. very rude and will be losing business from me.

I was driving down the road and seen the sign on the building for boxes. I needed some, so I stopped in. Chassidy was amazingly helpful. She helped get the boxes I needed along with some tape. They had everything in the office you could possibly need for moving. Unfortunately, when it came time to pay, I realized had forgot my debit card at home. But, now I know where to go for quick and easy one stop service!

This place have a Cleaan gated community the only thing I dont like about it is they Raise your monthly storage Fee that you pay every month without Any warnings I mean come on who wa to to pay $75 for a very small to mid size unit

The units themselves are decent, and Johanna was nice, when we first rented. Unfortunately, my husband didnt realize there would not be 24 hour access. When I tried to cancel so we could find one that met our needs, Johanna offered a two day 24 access pass. Also unfortunately, that doesnt work for us. When I asked her to cancel so we could look elsewhere, she became very snippy, and refused to let me cancel my unit. No one would do it until my husband went to the office. I shouldnt have to send my husband to get proper customer service. Johanna is only nice if you stay with the company, then its on to the bully she really is. And the other employees play manager and lie when they see fit. If I could, Id give Zero stars.

Came in with my friend/business partner. Was needing a pretty big unit, but all that was available was a 10x10. Chassidy was super helpful and even stayed out with us to try and see different ways we could fit everything into the unit. Ultimately it was just too small for us. If a bigger unit would have been available, we definitely would have stayed and done business with Chassidy. She had some of the best customer service I have experienced. We will keep this in mind for future needs.

I love the workers they are very helpful. Otherwise I got my unit broken into and lots of valuables stolen. They some how managed to break off that huge lock and steal lots of large items like: fishing poles, suitcases, and guitars. There are no cameras, so I’m just out of money. All I could do was file a police report.

I was impressed when I showed up at the store, meeting my grand-daughter to help her get storage space. I was looking for storage since I was moving from another state, was not sure what I was needing since I have never store in a space before. I walked in and Johanna was so Great, asked me What I will be storing and went over the items. and found out I would need a 10x20 or maybe bigger unit.? She suggested Boxes and secured features that I would need to protect my furniture when storing. she is so wonderful. I would say I will be back soon. I am out state and was checking pricing and they same to be the best and security right off Range Line.

Ive been with this location for well over a year now and only recently have I had any troubles, and they honestly were not anyone on the staffs fault. Someone clipped part of my lock trying to break into my unit and ended up locking themselves, and me, out of the unit entirely. It took about two months to fix it because its not an easy thing to do, and during that time I pushed off paying off the unit since I couldnt get into it anyway. That being said, the unit went almost immediately up for auction, give or take a couple weeks. With the help of Johanna (who was very sweet, she calmed me down and proved she cares more for customer satisfaction than anyone else there that Ive met), Ive gotten my unit off auction and finally been able to get to my things. Im really satisfied with the staff there and how caring theyve all been through this very odd accident.

During my interaction at this location I was helped by what I can only presume is the manager due to their knowledge of both the business and the location itself. It was with Chassidy that I discussed the options of using their storage location for a few of my valuables. Throughout this Chassidy was able to respond to my questions regarding crime rate in the area, at their facility and what the facility does to mitigate these risks. I appreciated her taking the time to respond to my questions professionally and knowledgeably. I would recommend anyone go and see her for their storage needs.

Went in to look at units and go over pricing for my fathers belongings, the girl inside I believe her name was Chassidy, she was very helpful with sizes, letting me know the rules and how all worked. Very set on going to this place so once our move commences I will be getting my fathers stuff set up here!

They dont tell you that u have to buy a special lock from them for almost 25 or 35 bucks i forget the price but the lock is useless unless u have that kind of lock
