I’d like to start by saying Eddie is the man, he is a great guy and really goes above and beyond. I’ve got a 2” Level, Wheels and Tires, Red Painted Calipers and Blacked out Emblems. We needed them to remove three dents from two rims, the estimated quote was clearly exorbitant and we decided not to have them remove the dents.We just had them remove the tires from the rims, even though they were priced higher than several other businesses we received quotes from but it was just easier to have them do it since we were there. We dropped it off and picked it up the next day.With that being said they did what we wanted them to do and didnt allow them to dictate what we would have done and what we would pay for. Removed rims from tires even though it was priced higher than other places.

I really wish I could’ve had a better experience. I’ve heard a lot of great things & decided to give this business a try. I wanted a panoramic window wrap, but saying I was unsatisfied is an understatement. Not only was the job done poorly, but they left multiple blade cuts into the paint of my vehicle. The wrap was completely crooked and uneven. And instead of fixing the problems that occurred correctly they decided to “paint” the areas that they messed up. It was a very disappointing experience. The staff is extremely friendly but it doesn’t make up for the terrible job they did on my vehicle.

Eddie and Dan are the best. They hooked me up with Z28 replica wheels for my 2019 Camaro. It looks awesome. Not to mention custom Chevy emblems on the wheel caps and red caliper paint. More stuff planned and hopefully I will be back soon. Thanks guys.

Awesome place to get custom work atresonable prices. They painted my calipers red today & the finished product was quality. WONDERFUL customer service and support. 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK - purchased wheels and tires- Dan was awesome to work with from the moment I walked in. These guys are awesome . Took my Silverado to upgrade on wheels and tires. They showed me catalogs and couldnt find wheels i liked so they gave me websites to look at with no pressure, low and behold I found my wheels, ordered them and they had me in and out in 45 minutes! My truck looks and performs awesome and the prices were great. I will definitely be taking my other cars to them.

Seriously the kindest people. My poor rim had a nasty gash in it from a pot hole. The man at the front looked at it and assured me it was just cosmetic. He offered a more than reasonable price for when i was ready to repair it. Mind you he did this free of charge. I will definitely be recommending.

I’ve had work done in the past on my Jeep..... body lift, rock lights, light bars. Eddie is always amazing to work with! Recently I wanted to beef it up even more. Dan helped me pick out the wheels that would look best. I changed my mind on the tires a couple different times and Dan was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Then after I left my deposit I decided I wanted the springs on the lift kit to match the Jeep. I told Dan and it was done in a matter of a couple days. I planned the date to drop off my Jeep and pick in up that would coordinate with my vacation. Never once hesitated to leave my Jeep with them for a whole week while I was in Mexico, which if you know me I am VERY picky about who leave my baby with. Eddie’s wife even met me there on their day off so I could pick up my Jeep when I got back in town. Hands down the best customer service and reasonable prices. Won’t go anywhere else for my Jeep!

Symbolic Kustomz did a jam up job!! I bent a rim on my Audi A3 and got a flat. An OEM replacement was going to put me out $800 for the rim alone. I received a recommendation to check out Symbolic Kustomz and they are one of the few shops that are still willing to repair a bent rim. Price is extremely reasonable and if they crack it, I can walk away without any cost to me. Sounds like a no brainer not to try! Less than day later, not only did they just repair the rim, they touched up with paint to make the repair look uniform, helped cover up some curb rash, patched up my tire, re-torqued all my bolts, aired up my tires, and spare put back in the trunk. I cant recommend them enough - they saved me a ton of money and were real friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Thanks Symbolic - keep up the good work!

Great deal on rims and tires.

I recently purchased wheels from Symbolic Kustomz. They were very helpful in getting the right look and fit for my vehicle. The install went perfectly. I was in and out in about an hour. The shop also put the wheels on correctly and hand tighten the wheels down and not with an impact wrench. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I will use them again.

I have heard great things about this place so I figured I would check it out I was in this shop to buy some wheels and tires, the man at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable, the shop was set up very nice, but sadly I am leaving a 1 star review, as I was looking at wheels and going through some brochures I could hear a man and a woman yelling in the garage eventually this made me so uncomfortable I left and will not be returning.

I have had a few things done here to my 2013 GMC Sierra . 3inch lift, bull bar, 24inch led bar, raptor paint work on front and rear bumpers, RBP step bars, mesh grill sprayed in raptor, and blacked out badges.Updated: 04/01/18 - paint work not holding up at all on side bars or on the badges. Had them touched up about 6months ago and still not holding up. After new body lift was done my alignment has been off and paid another mechanic to fix but off again now. Good looking work but isnt holding up at all.

Up front fair pricing of purchases, always friendly and very knowledgeable of products without coming off arragant like many in the industry. They listen to what (you) the customer have a vision for and go in that direction. I have 20s on my silver sonata that Id rather not show because, I dont want no copycat orders lol. I went in to get a repair done to my custom 22 wheel. I ran something over in the road and ended up bending the rim slightly. I had trouble finding a place to park. Their current building has the parking in the back but it so full of cars that there really isnt any room for customers to park, so I parked across the street at the school.As I enter the building I could tell that it was well maintained and that they keep waiting guests entertained by comfortable seats and a big flat TV screen.The man that addressed me was polite and knew what I was talking about, even if I wasnt saying all the proper tire and wheel terms he did not correct me.Dropped off my wheel/tire and they said they would get back to me for my quote. Which I thought was strange that they had to see a third party person for a quote that they themselves should have been able to provide.Due to environmental issues the 3rd partys building was damaged and I didnt receive a quote or get the wheel started for 8 days. I dont hold that against them, things happen.First issue: I never received a quote, they just started the work. I only found out because I called them.Second issue: They did not once return my phone calls. I repeatedly tried to find out what was going on with my wheel and the service person on the other side only said that Dave knew about it and he would give me a call back once he found out. Never got a call back.Third issue: I stopped by the shop to see whats going on with the wheel in person and it turns out that the wheel is done, however the guy I was talking to didnt even know that the wheel had been brought back. I then asked for my quote.Positives:The work they do is great, top of the line. I have no problems here. I couldnt even find the bend in the rim anymore.Pricing, also a good thing. I paid very little for a repair that Ive had done before in Ohio.They need to work on their communication with the customers and between themselves.08/06/2016Round Two_________FIGHT!OK so I came back to this place because they do good work and they have great prices. Unfortunately, they dont do motorcycle wheels, which is a shame because they could make some money since no one does that in Joliet, IL.I was talking to the manager through email about coming in and getting my wheels balanced since my steering wheel shakes above 40 mph. We agreed on Saturday. Well, its Thursday and I have time to come in. I come in and talk to the guy behind the counter (not the manager) and he says they can get to my car in about two hours so I drop my keys off and start my trek home. The manager Rico calls me 36 minute later and tells me that I thought we agreed to Saturday, I dont have time for this right now. That was my mistake, I did agree to Saturday, however the guy behind the counter shouldnt have accepted my keys and given me an ETA.Fast forward to Saturday.Dropped my keys off to the manager. No problem.Came in when he told me to come back. No problem.No more shaking steering wheel. Great work.Price: Very affordable -- and Im cheap.Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. This is a small shop that cant handle more than two cars at a time.

Also tried another new place in Joliet, but once again heard, We dont have it, but can order it for you. Then I came here, and Ive never seen that many rims in stock in one place. These guys had what I actually wanted and were able to beat the online prices Ive been seeing!

I emailed them to look into new rims for my 2018 FK8. Im looking to go from 20s to 18s. Specifically 18x9.5+45mm. Not only did they ask me if my vehicle had Brembos, they also asked the oem wheel size. Shouldnt they either know this, or know where to find this information??? They said I could only do 20s because anything smaller wont clear the Brembos. There are hundreds, possibly thousands, of FK8s running various configurations of 18s. Clearly they dont know what they are doing.Response: I chose a wheel and said Im looking for something like this in 18x9.5+45mm. You didnt say these wont clear your calipers. You said I cant do 18s, period.
