Very positive experience, bought the hands-down cheapest new body style F150 in the country. Turned out it was a local truck (although it most likely came from an auction) and had an extensive great service history from a local ford dealer. Truck body was a little beat up, but its a WORK TRUCK that will serve its purpose very well. They even knocked a few bucks off of it, emailed me the paperwork, and delivered it!!! Absolutely excellent hassle-free buying experience. Yes, I went to look at it first and there was zero pressure and thats the way it should be. I bought a car 5/2021 that never got told it’s was so many things wrong with it a week later find out the calipers, flex pipe and muffler pipes don’t work for it go get fix for a total of $1200.. No don’t buy at this dealership they were not going to fix it and committed Fraud!!!!

Auto auction cars with salvaged parts installed by some mechanics that are not qualified to safely repair vehicles.Buyer beware.Final update: one day after the engine repair work was completed the steering was not fixed and the check engine light came on the very next morning after they said it was completed. I drove it to a Hyundai dealership are they explain to me but the engine that was just replaced the thermostat and an oxygen sensor. I was also able to take pictures of the damage that have been done by the service department of your choice Auto when they put in the replacement engine. Theyre cracked the starter and they failed to safely reinstall control arm the vehicle making it unsafe for me to drive. I had a towed back to your choice Auto. He told me the service department fix the control arm issue again and fix the check engine light problems including the thermostat in oxygen sensor. I told him I did not feel safe driving a vehicle request a refund which he refused. I test drove three other vehicles and the check engine light came on on each of them. he refunded me the money I had spent on repairs. None of the vehicles at Your Choice Auto are safe in my opinion.BUYER BEWARE!!!!19 Days after purchase my vehicle seemingly has major engine issue. Went here to buy a 8th gen Honda Civic. Syed Izhar was my dealer here and he was very honest about what was wrong with the car. The A/C didnt work so they charged it for free but it turned out it needed a new compressor so theyre sending me one for free. Only complaint I had was the car had a lot of dings and scuffs that were not visible on the website. Good place to get a car if you dont mind working on it

Went in explaining I was a single mom, rebuilding my life, gave everything I had for a down payment $3000, still wound up with over $300 payment on a vehicle that(was not disclosed) was not safe to drive around the block. At the dealership they Pointed out the back tires were bad, took the car off the lot for over an hour to fix them, thought wow nice place, but I hadnt discovered the worst of it yet. Got home and discovered there was no oil in the car and no headlight, simple but manageable, took it in the next day and they fixed it right up or so I thought... Week or so more I notice extreme ticking of my engine only to discover they just told me they put oil in, it was bone dry(no leaks had it checked). 2 days after leaving the dealership I was told by a mechanic that the back breaks were shot as well as the roters and struts, all in all a pretty decent chunk of change is needed to repair the car, and if the repairs arent made I lose my loan and get a repo added to my credit report... About 2 weeks later when putting air in my tires I discovered that the rotted tires that were on the back were simply just rotated to the front on a front wheel drive vehicle, wish me luck hoping for a full refund... In the dealership very unprofessional, more concerned with answering the phones than dealing with the people in the office.... I was born and raised in joliet, I thought it was a trustworthy place I was wrong, they not only put my safety at risk but my childrens as well... Very disgusted... Dont buy from here they just see $ signs... Something tells me the positive reviews you see here, are family and friends of the dealership or the dealership itself.

My daughter and I were looking for a reliable car for her, we walked in and Jesse was able to help us right away. Bought a 2007 Ford F-350 with a snow plow. Ray was easy to deal with and upfront about issues. There a few things wrong with truck and they were fixed before we left the shop with the truck. Very happy with transaction, will do business again.

I bought a car from here a while ago, when I took it for a test drive I complained about the brakes. They said they fixed them and initially they felt fine. A week later same problem occurred and I had to buy new brakes, rotors and an A/C compressor. The staff is friendly but they care more about selling cars than they do customer service. I would not recommend buying here. Very dishonest people.

I went in looking for a decent car for my budget knowing I wouldnt be able to finance. Jessie was my main sales guy he showed me almost everything in my price range. the sales guys were friendly and treated me with respect. once I decided on a vehicle I was introduced to one of the sales managers who was also very friendly and went over the numbers with me. I told him my concerns regarding a few things on the vehicle he asked me to show him and he was able to address them quickly and easily. we scheduled them to be addressed then next week as he needed to order the items needed. so far Im loving my car and the sales team was great Jessie, Ray and Izmar I think I got that last one right but if not I apologize were great. Im happy with my car and wold recommend them whole heartily.

We drove 6 hours to check out a suburban after we called, and IZAR gladly sent a huge variety of pics. He had the vehicle ready for us to look it over, test drive it, etcetera when we arrived. Update.....so I bought my car from them on the 1st of July. When i got there I noticed the back passenger window didnt work and needed a motor. I was promised they would fix the back passenger window and install a new motor. I was very happy about it. However when I called them back a few weeks later, they told me they could fix it and to come in that day. I drove there to get it fixed. I was waiting about a half hour before a worker told me that the mechanic is leaving and I would have to come back another day. That isnt easy for me to accept because i live far away. They close at 7pm and I got there at 3pm.That should be enough time to fix it, especially when they said they could fix it over the phone. All in all look somewhere else to purchase a used car.

I bought my 2010 Chevrolet Malibu in February 2019, after a few days driving it my transmission was slipping. Took it back they loaned me a car for a week until my car was done . A week later got my car everything seemed to be going just well. Today July 3,2019 my engine lights comes on. I call the service department a guy tells me to go to auto zone to get my engine checked, Comes back to it saying my timing on my car needs to be done . If my transmission was already rebuilt then there’s no such thing why my light should come on at all. Calls back to your choice autos speak back to the same the person who recommended me to go to auto zone . Just to tell me that auto zone doesn’t know what their talking about. It might be my oil change which I’ve gotten done June 11,2019. I have a 2yr warrant under my hood ! (everything) I’m getting the run around for absolutely nothing . My car now drives so slow takes it time to do 45mph. I never got an invoice for my transmission being rebuilt. No paperwork NOTHING! This problem has to be fixed ASAP! I will not pay a damn dime for an mistake you guys Mechanic done! I paid 1200 for a car that’s still not properly working well.

I was looking for a car for about a month before I ran across this dealership. Walked in the door to friendly faces and awesome customer service! Jesse Nunez was the first person to greet me and promptly took into consideration what I was looking for and my price point. I already had a car in mind. When I told Jesse what car I saw online he immediately grabbed the keys and had it pulled up for me to look over and take for a test drive. This was the only car I drove and looked at. 2001 Grand Am Se 3.4l with 69k Miles! This car was well taken care of. After the test drive I sat down with what I think is the owner Mr. B (sorry cant remember the spelling) . This was quicker then the test drive. I told him what I had to spend and it all got worked out, very friendly man and was very understanding. I drove off the lot with my car in less then 1hr. I honestly was dreading going there or to any dealership for that matter but these guys made it friendly and easy no haggle. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car.

Bought a car from them not even a year ago and the transmission failed. The car radio was messed up with I bought it and they promised to fix it and never have everytime I call they say its still shipping; worse car lot ever there very unprofessional, I will never buy from them again!!

I went to this car dealership and got a craigslist experience. The salesman didn’t tell me about the mechanical issues with the vehicle until I was about to sign the papers. At least he was somewhat honest (that’s why I gave two stars instead of one). I spoke to their mechanic Jesús (a great guy) and he told me the repairs would cost about $600. The salesman said he could only knock down the price by $500. That isn’t enough to even cover the repairs!!! I spent most of my adult life working at a car dealership (as a Porsche trade-in tech), and this is not how a dealership should be operating. Terrible experience, would never want to do business with them again.

Make sure you bring a certified mechanic to check the car you buy. This dealership does not disclose problems with the vehicle. Just a few issues with my vehicle. No heat, engine light when off, abs and traction control lights going off, suspension is complete disarray, back hatch shocks have no pressure(so cant use truck). Lets just say they got away with a steal. Make sure you do a thorough check of any vehicle you bought from this dealership.

They had a few Mercedes I wanted to look at on their website but was on the fence being an hour away but decided to go for it since they had a 4/5 star review. My husband and I got there and there were ZERO parking spots. You could barely pull in there. My husband ended up just parking/blocking other peoples car. We noticed the employees werent very presentable like most dealerships and some were just lighting up and had pants hanging off their butt and everything. But We were helped right away and the guy was really nice however its such madness in their lot, it took the guy 20min to find and bring the car out. When he did, it was making noises their mechanic couldnt even give reasons for. Again, Took another 20min for the guy to bring out a different car which sounded good but everything inside needed replacing and the outside wasnt that great looking. Who buys a luxury car that you cant show off proudly? So by then, we were realizing this place is a joke, were wasting our time, and going to get ripped off if we proceed. Their prices were great and all but you get what you pay for. Ill never go back there nor recommend going there and those who still do, I advise to be careful and THOROUGHLY look over the car.
