Just got a 2018 Chevy Malibu! Worked with Duane who was super helpful with everything, very knowledgeable and personable. From the financing process, test drive, etc it was fairly simple. If you have credit issues and/or dont have money for a big down payment this is the place to go. Would fully recommend my friends and family to Right Way Auto.

I am giving this company ONE STAR because I received a letter from a financial company that had approved my credit loan for an amount & Rightway/New Century rejected their offer. I recommend you read very carefully your contract. On my contracts Front page the seller-creditor name >New Century Auto Sales, Inc. On other contract documents my paperwork states Rightway Automotive Credit.If you decide to buy from Rightway/New Century Auto Sales when you are told to go to the Managers desk to sign off electronically I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR A COPY OF WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO SIGN ELECTRONICALLY. And, thereafter compare all paperwork to what they have vs what they give you BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR & OFF THEIR PROPERTY.My second disappointment is with Edgar Lopez > I test drove a first vehicle. I asked to test drive a second vehicle. I pointed out to Edgar I wanted to test drive a particular vehicle. He put me in one he wanted me to test drive. When I asked why I couldnt drive the vehicle I chose he said they are the same vehicle. My point is It was not the ONE I CHOSE TO TEST DRIVE.Edgar also lied & said the first vehicle I chose the bank is not willing to finance that vehicle. He said they did a 70 Point Inspection on the vehicle I purchased. I asked him to let me see the 70 Point Inspection paperwork but he never gave me a copy or allowed me to see his copy.I say Buyers Beware. I am not letting them do the free oil changes or anything to this vehicle.

Painless experience. My boyfriend and i worked with Paula. She was very helpful when it came to things like our credit situation. She was so friendly as well! On top of that, there were two men there also. One i know was her manager and I’m not too sure about the other. My boyfriend wanted a Chevy Malibu and they went and got three sets of keys for three Malibu’s they had in the back. It really showed that they valued the customers. Paula was so patient while we drove three cars and was very understanding with our feedback. I was skeptical at first but the experience was so painless.
